Kata kunci: interpretasi; uji coba tujuh hari; praperadilanABSTRACTThe pretrial hearing is conducted quickly and the minutes and pretrial decisions are made like a brief examination and are chaired by a single judge. Seven days is a provision mandated by the Criminal Procedure Code for the implementation of a quick and simple pre-trial series, starting from the commencement of the examination. The Constitutional Court through decision number 78 / PUU-XI / 2013 asserted that at the latest seven days the pretrial process is to provide legal certainty, especially for applicants who feel their rights are harmed. This type of research is empirical juridical research that is as an effort to approach the problem under study with the nature of law that is real or in accordance with the reality in the field, because in this study, researchers immediately conduct research on the location or place under study to provide a complete and clear picture about the problem under study. The nature of this research is descriptive. This study uses secondary data, namely data that has been prepared. The results of this study are the interpretation of judges related to the seven-day pretrial hearing between workdays and calendar days in some cases and their relevance to the judge's code of ethics in the Pekanbaru District Court varies. There are still interpretations of judges who are not in accordance with the provisions of the KUHAP so that there are still judges who decide that pretrial cases exceed 7 working days. Fulfillment of the right of the applicant with a related interpretation of the seven-day pretrial hearing between the working day and calendar day in the Pekanbaru District Court still contains several cases that indicate the fulfillment of the right of the applicant in accordance with the provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code. In Article 82 paragraph (1) letter c KUHAP no later than seven days the judge must have made a decision, while there are still a number of cases where the judge's decision is imposed more than 7 days. Keywords: interpretation; seven days trial; pretrial

AbstractThe second cycle of cooperative breeding and testing of coastal Douglas-fir in western Oregon and Washington was started around 1992. By 2020 the bulk of testing is nearing completion, while the latest program in southern Oregon and NW California is scheduled to run through 2035. A total of 109 first-generation programs were consolidated into nine second- cycle breeding and testing cooperatives (with 15 testing zones); 136 tests are planned, of which 120 have already been established. Between five and eight tests are established per trial series. Trials established to date have contained from 50 to 283 full-sib crosses. In total, the Douglas-fir breeding effort will be comprised of over 2,900 crosses, of which 2,500 have already been established in the field. A total of about 349,000 test trees are to be planted, with over 310,000 already planted.Tests typically get three main measurements when the trees are 3 (or 4), 7 and 12 years old from seed. (1) Age-3 or 4: progression of budburst, on a 1 to 5 rating score, when roughly 50 % of the seedlings have broken bud, on one or two sites per trial series. (2) Age-7: height (height pole), dbh, stem sinuosity in the second internode from the top, number of incidences of stem forking, number of incidences of ramicorn branching and (3) Age-12: height (vertex), dbh, stem sinuosity in the second internode from the top, number of incidences of stem forking, number of incidences of ramicorn branching, second flushing yes\no in current year, and wood acoustic velocity (in some trial series).

In this study, novel methods were tested to culture the collagen-rich sponge Chondrosia reniformis Nardo, 1847 (Demospongiae, Chondrosiida, Chondrosiidae) in the proximity of floating fish cages. In a trial series, survival and growth of cultured explants were monitored near a polluted fish farm and a pristine control site. Attachment methods, plate materials, and plate orientation were compared. In a first trial, chicken wire-covered polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was found to be the most suitable substrate for C. reniformis (100% survival). During a second trial, survival on chicken wire-covered PVC, after six months, was 79% and 63% for polluted and pristine environments, respectively. Net growth was obtained only on culture plates that were oriented away from direct sunlight (39% increase in six months), whereas sponges decreased in size when sun-exposed. Chicken wire caused pressure on explants and it resulted in unwanted epibiont growth and was therefore considered to be unsuitable for long-term culture. In a final trial, sponges were glued to PVC plates and cultured for 13 months oriented away from direct sunlight. Both survival and growth were higher at the polluted site (86% survival and 170% growth) than at the pristine site (39% survival and 79% growth). These results represent a first successful step towards production of sponge collagen in integrated aquacultures.

Background: Yoga is a popular physical exercise activity with mental health benefits. Public and academic libraries have offered free yoga as their primary movement-based program.Case Presentation: In an attempt to bolster wellness and connect to the health sciences community, an academic health sciences library offered free yoga as a ten-week trial series in summer 2016. At the end of the trial series, weekly attendance and online feedback data determined that this series should continue. Conclusions: Yoga provides health professionals and students with a welcomed midday break from a stressful work environment. Additionally, by partnering with yoga instructor trainee programs, the financial burden is low for the library.
