The article substantiates the need to use a creative component of content and teaching aids in STEM-education. The author highlights the successful experience of implementing the creative component in modern educational systems of other countries and proves its impact on the level of learning productivity. The regularities of building a model of STEM-lesson based on the creative component are determined, in particular: between the level of divergent thinking about educational process subjects and educational activity productivity in general, between the continuous development of creative abilities and mastering the new professional competences and ways of thinking. The author notes that considering the above patterns during the construction of STEM-lesson helps the teacher form in students a responsible attitude toward innovation as a product of their own development and as a driving force of social development. The stages of productive occupation are characterized as follows: students' comprehension of different ideas and finally the choice of one proposal of changes, the most relevant and which can be embodied in a new educational product; generating and accumulating ideas, the teacher's position should not dominate, which will promote free choice of students from many proposals of one or two of the most progressive; stages of «incubation» and «enlightenment», and especially «verification».Practical advice for teachers is described. The first piece of advice is to create a group of expert students whose task is to assess the «value» of each proposed idea according to such criteria as compliance with the purpose of the educational program, technological efficiency, nonstandard, rationality and integration, duration and scope. The second piece of advice is to «measure» the cost of the practical implementation of the proposed ideas, which helps recalculate the potential of students, the conditions of STEM-classes, and the search for additional resources. The third piece of advice is to develop an action plan for the practical implementation of the idea chosen by the students. Both expert stu-dents and other STEM participants can develop their plan in groups of 3–5 people. When presenting an action plan, only well-grounded practical steps are taken into account, which will form the basis of a single developed plan. Some problems that need to be solved to effectively use the creative component in the STEM education system are outlined: special train-ing of teachers, development of the corresponding educational and didactic material, development of creative and productive thinking at both pupils, and teachers

Trains are one of the modes of public transportation that are widely used by the public. Travel by train has many advantages. To answer the needs of its users, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) develop Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) Commuter Line which is a commuter railway service that is operated by PT KAI. Since 1 October 2012, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Commuter Jabodetabek (Greater Jakarta) launched a special train carriage of women. The existence of this special train cariage is intended for women who use public transport to avoid criminal acts, sexual harassment etc. However, after the operation of women-only carriages in KRL complaints from female passengers using the carriage facilities reappeared. This article aims to analyze existing conditions and infrastructure of KRL Commuter Line with one sample T Test and analyze the efforts that can be done to improve the quality of women mobility using KRL with the Analytical Hierarchy Process. In general, except for train capacity, the resepondents were satisfied. For women mobility quality improvement using KRL, most of the respondents suggest additional train frequency.

With the official operation of high-speed railway lines, the number of passenger train on the existed railway will be reduced with the transport capacity of baggage car lessen concurrently. Meanwhile the existing baggage and parcel transportation resources will be idle. According to the problem, in the context of fierce market competition and logistics developing trends of small pieces of goods express, a new product named Baggage Car Special Train to transport baggage and parcel is proposed and studied. Taking Beijing-Guangzhou channel for example, the Baggage Car Special Train planning on Beijing-Guangzhou line in 2015 is made out.

In the report some investigations of bridge structure, connected with the adaptation of the railway line to speeds up to 200 km/h for conventional trains and up to 250 km/h for tilting trains were presented. A railway track is the characteristic feature of tested viaduct, because the truck is curved over the whole length of span with radius of R = 2600 m. The tests of the viaduct required the verification of influence of the dynamic effects on the ultimate limit states which corresponded to the safety of structure, as well as the serviceability limit states, related to the safety of driving and the travellers’ comfort. In frames of investigations, a special train comprised of two locomotives and four passenger cars, was used with speeds in the range between 10 and 200 km/h. The report focuses on the problems addressing the influence of horizontal actions in the case of bridge with curved truck. The measurements of the horizontal and vertical displacements as well as the accelerations of span, and the speed of crossing test train were executed. The measured and theoretically calculated chosen courses of displacements and accelerations were introduced. The degree of divergence between measured and calculated values was analysed.

Just after midnight on 17 January 1900, a special train pulled out of Chicago carrying a contingent of public officials on a secret mission to Lockport, about 30 miles to the southwest along the Des Plaines and Illinois River Valleys. They were racing to beat an injunction that was expected to be issued later that day by the United States Supreme Court. The managers of the Sanitary District of Chicago (SDC) were headed for a dam that controlled the water level in a brand new, 30-mile ship canal and drainage channel. Touted as the world's largest earth-moving project, the $33, 000, 000 waterway promised not only to solve the city's sanitation problems but also to boost its economy as the centerpiece of a grand, deep-water highway from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico. Reaching their destination before noon, they ordered the dam's “bear trap” doors lowered, sending a rush of water down the Illinois River. The opening of the canal was so hurried that unfinished construction projects five miles downstream at Joliet were swept away in the ensuing flood, creating a sudden danger of inundating the city.

The definitions of finite dimensional baric, train, and special train algebras, and of genetic algebras in the senses of Schafer and Gonshor (which coincide when the ground field is algebraically closed, and which I call special triangular) are given in Worz-Busekros's monograph [8]. In [6] I introduced applications requiring infinite dimensional generalisations. The elements of these algebras were infinite linear forms in basis elements a0, a1,… and complex coefficients such that In this paper I consider only algebras whose elements are forms which only a finite number of the xi are non zero.
