LATAR SOSIAL EKONOMI PERIODE MEKAH DALAM AL-QURAN

The socio-economic background of the Mecca period in the Qur'an influenced the attitudes, thoughts, and souls of Arab society at that time. The function of property as a basis for horizontal action is applied in various ways and purposes. This article concludes that worldly-oriented wealth can cause people's minds and souls to lose their minds and morals. Excessive attitude towards wealth accompanied by worries of poverty can affect the attitude of ignoring other people and even God. The Qur'an describes the previous people who were destroyed in their morals because the function of property was not used properly. Assets can be used for macroeconomic management in solving crises and for the benefit of community welfare in the Mecca period.

Collaborative Governance and its Role in Fighting the Pandemic: From the Conception of what it is to the Verification of its Inexistence

Complex problems such as the public management of a pandemic require coordinated and horizontal action, involving not only public officials and their state agents but also representatives of civil society, their universities, and r esearchers, the technical and the corporate staff in the health field, such as collaborative go vernance practices.How ever, what we observed in Brazil in the Covid-19 first months of the pandemic, was the intensified action in the government sphere, with precarious effectiveness and little coordinative efficiency.

On the use of parameter γ z in fire situation

Herein will be presented a study on the use of parameter γz for reinforced concrete frames in fire situation. Currently, there are no results of similar research for concrete structures, since the subject has not received the adequate attention. In fire situation, many of the horizontal actions are no longer considered in exceptional load combination, leaving only the horizontal action due to the global geometric imperfections. Once the equivalent horizontal forces to these imperfections are obtained, the parameter is applied. One of the conclusions was that the parameter γz is not adequate, in particularly for high buildings, indicating that more research is necessary. Even so, using γz for room temperature, we conclude that fires that affect lower floors are more damaging to the building and more floors under fire also lead to worse results.

The Design and Realize of Activation Platform on Dynamic Simulation Test Machine of Guns

In order to test the functions and relevant conditions performance of guns in non-fighting shooting situation, the dynamic simulation test platform is researched to drive gun move along body tube axis direction and vertical and horizontal action, thereby the function of man-recoil and vertical or horizontal slip is realized. by test comparison, test results indicates that the platform structure reasonable, and function reliable, can solution gun pre-war fast "examination", and pre-repair detection and after-repair test without disintegration.
