This research examines the influence of dividend policy and leverage on firm value with agency cost as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. The type of research used is associative research. Anumber of populationin this research are 42 firms. Sampling technique used purposive sampling, so selected 14 firms as research sample.Research variables consist of Dividend policy proxied byDividend Per Share (DPS), Leverage proxied byDebt to Equity Ratio (DER), Agency cost proxied by effectiveness, and firm value proxied byPrice to Book Value (PBV).Data analysis uses simple regression, path analysis, and Sobel test.The research resultindicates that dividend policy has a significant negative effect on Agency cost. Leverage has a negative significant effect on Agency cost. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value. Agency cost has a significant negative effect on firm value. The test results using path analysis and sobel test show that Agency cost is able to mediate the influence of dividend policy on firm value. Nevertheless, Agency cost is unable to mediate the effect of leverage on firm value.   Keywords         :           Firm value, Dividend policy,Leverage, Agency cost, Intervening variable

The reaserch examine about the influence of free cash flow and set of infesmnet opportunities toward company value with dividend policy as moderation variable the reaserch aim is to find out a) the influence of free cash flow toward company value b) the influence  invesment opportunities set toward company value c) whether the dividend policy is able to mederate the influence of free cash flow toward company value d) whether the dividend policy is able to mederate the influence invesment opportunities set toward company value, the reaserch sample is manufacturing company which listed in indonesia stock exchange period of 2012-2016, sample received trough sample survey based on criterion detemined thus, obtained 15 companies become sample data analysis use simple linier regression analysis on hypothesis 1 and 2 later, double regression with modertated with moderated regression analysis method (MRA) for hypothesis 3 and 4. Reaserch result shows that free cash flow have a positive influence toward company value, invesment opportunites set have possitive influence toward company value while moderated regression analysis (MRA) shows that dividend policy weaken the influence between free cash flow and company value, and dividend policy also weaken the influence between  invesment opportunites set and company value.   Keyword : Free cash flow, set of invesment opportunites, dividend policy, company value.

The purpose of this study was to analyze tourism marketing strategies in Ketapang Raya Village, Keruak District, East Lombok. The type of research approach used by researchers in this study is the type of descriptive approach. While the type of research used is qualitative research. In determining the informants as sources of data in this study the authors used purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in the marketing strategy carried out by Ketapang Raya Village the marketing process was divided into several stages, starting with segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix. The most effective marketing strategy is to use word of mouth promotion because visitors who have visited the tourist attraction in Ketapang Raya Village will influence their colleagues or family to visit the tourist attractions.   Keywords : Marketing Strategy, Tourism, SWOT Analysis, Marketing Mix

This research entitled the influence of Trust and Easy Of Use on Repurchase Interests in the Shopee Marketplace in the City of Mataram. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Trust and Easy Of Use on Repurchase Interests in Shopee Marketplace in Mataram Mataram City or associative. The study was conducted on a sample of consumers who had conducted transactions at the Shopee marketplace with 50 respondents with criteria for consumer samples aged 16 to 40 years, having access to applications or websites from the Shopee marketplace and having the desire to shop online at the Shopee marketplace. Data were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that the trust variable influences the repurchase intention positively but not significantly. And the results of the easy of use variable have a positive and significant repurchase intention.   Key Words: Trust, Easy Of Use, Repurchase Interests, Marketplace

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of online customer reviews, online customer ratings on customer trust in online shopping at Shopee. This type of research is correlational research because this study aims to study the differences between two or more variables. The data collection method used is a survey method. The population in this study is the teenagers of the city of Mataram who bought 10-24 years who had bought fashion products online at Shopee. Purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 120. The distribution of questionnaires using the form of goggles. The data analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 22 program for Windows. The results of this study indicate that online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a significant positive effect on customer trust   Keywords : Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, Customer Trust.
