Performing prayers is a routine activity that begins the activities of daily life. The implementation of the Fajr prayer has great benefits for life, those who are able to discipline the Fajr prayer, especially in congregation in the mosque, can form personal discipline. This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between residence status and individual behavior with the discipline of performing Fajr prayers in mosques. Residence status is defined as the condition of student living to distinguish whether they live with family or not with family (boarding / rent), while behavior is related to individual daily life related to the ability to wake up early or sleep habits at night. The study was conducted on 100 students, especially men who are currently studying in the city of Bandar Lampung. Testing research using the Ordinal Regression Anlisys shows that the residence status variable is valued at 9,907 with a degree of freedom of 1 and a significance of 0.02 (<0.05) while Wald's behavior is worth 6,290 with a degree of freedom of 1 and a significance of 0.012 (<0.05) so that it can be concluded that there is an influence between status stay and behavior towards the discipline of carrying out the Fajr prayer in congregation. In connection with this, it is of course the concern of various parties, including boarding house owners, educators and parents, to always remind individuals to improve their faith.

Perceraian merupakan sesuatu yang diperbolehkan, tetapi dibenci olehAllah SWT. Setelah terjadi perceraian maka akan ada masa tunggu bagiperempuan yang disebut masa iddah di mana dalam masa iddah ini, istri wajibmendapatkan haknya seperti hak nafkah. Imam mazhab (Imam Abu Hanifah,Imam Malik, Syafi’i dan Imam Ahmad) sepakat bahwa perempuan yangdiceraikan dalam bentuk talak raj’i, berhak mendapatkan nafkah dan tempattinggal selama masa iddah. Sedangkan untuk talak ba’in keempat Imam mazhabberbeda pendapat mengenai hak nafkah dan tempat tinggal, Imam Abu Hanifahberpendapat ketika istri ditalak ba’in dia tetap berhak atas nafkah dan tempattinggal, sedangkan Imam Malik dan Imam Syafi’i, berpendapat bahwa mantanistri tersebut hanya berhak atas tempat tinggal saja, sedangkan Imam Ahmad ibnHanbal berpendapat bahwa mantan istri tersebut tidak mendapatkan hak nafkahdan tempat tinggal Pendapat Imam Ahmad ini memiliki persamaan denganperaturan perundang-undangan perkawinan di Indonesia, yang tercantum di dalamKompilasi Hukum Islam, pasal 149 b, yang menyatakan bahwa, suami wajibmemberikan nafkah, maskan dan kiswah kepada istri yang ditalak raj’i dan tidakuntuk istri yang ditalak ba’in.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research), denganobjek penelitiannya adalah pendapat Imam mazhab dan peraturan perundangundangan perkawinan di Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah datasekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari buku-buku, dokumen dan lainnya. Teknikpengumpulan data yaitu teknik dokumentasi, yang digunakan untukmengumpulkan serta meneliti bahan pustaka, yang merupakan data sekunder darijudul dan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan teknik analisis dalampenelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis yaitu menganalisis serta membandingkanpersamaan dan perbedaan pendapat Imam mazhab dan peraturan perundangundangan perkawinan di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pendekatan yangdigunakan adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu dengan cara menganalisa data yangdiperoleh dengan ketentuan hukum.Berdasarkan studi perbandingan hukum Islam (pendapat empat Imammazhab) dan peraturan perundang-undangan perkawinan di Indonesia,kedepannya untuk lebih mempertimbangkan hak istri, dengan dua jenis talaktersebut, dalam hal nafkah khususnya setelah ketika masa iddah sedangberlangsung. Sehingga istri tersebut tetap berhak mendapatkan nafkah dan tempattinggal ketika dia sedang menjalani masa iddah, tidak perduli dari jenis talak yangdijatuhkan oleh suaminya.

The thought of Harun Nasution's educational reform began to be socialized and applied since he firstentered the elite ranks of IAIN Jakarta (in 1969, after he completed his studies at Me Gill University Canada). Atthat time Harun had the impression that the thought at IAIN before he joined it was very narrow, allergic to thingsthat smelled of renewal. An indication of this is that books containing renewed ideas, such as books written byMuhammad Abduh, for example, are prohibited from being taught at IAIN. Thought at IAIN, said Harun, is stilltraditional, which specializes in fiqh, not thinking. Whereas understanding of Islamic religion which is fiqhoriented, according to Harun, if all problems are returned to fiqh (Islamic law), then we will go back to 20 yearsago. In addition, if the IAIN is still allowed to be controlled by the narrow fiqh thinking, the government will seethat the IAIN gives birth to narrow and fundamentalist thinking in a negative sense, which is why sanat may bethe IAIN will be closed. Similar criticism was also raised by several rectors of Islamic higher educationinstitutions in this country. Azumardi Azra said that the decline in Islamic Studies was due to the weak ability ofthe principals in PTAI who did not have knowledge and perspectives in the basic Islamic sciences. In addition,Amin Abdullah also stated that in PTAI, the Philosophy of Philosophy is still weak and not much research andbooks have been formulated for this field. In this regard, the first step taken by Harun Nasution in order to renewhis Islam at IAIN is to renew the curriculum (in the narrow sense of the study material) of IAIN. In connectionwith this matter, Aaron proposed that the introduction of Islamic Studies be included in the IAIN curriculum. Thiscourse is intended to provide insights into Islam that are as broad and basic as possible. Besides that Harun alsoproposed the inclusion of courses in philosophy, kalam science, Sufism, monotheism, sociology, and researchmethodology. With the updated curriculum, Harun believes that it will help open broad insights about Islam, anurgent matter in a society that is undergoing a process of modernization.

Setiap manusia menginginkan kebahagiaan, salah satu kebahagiaanyang dapat dicapai adalah dengan cara menikah, akan tetapi membina keluargayang harmonis tidaklah mudah, karena akan muncul berbagai permasalahan dalamrumah tangga. Dan apabila masalah tersebut tidak dapat terselesaikan, makapercerain menjadi satu-satunya jalan keluar yang terakhir. Dengan terjadinyaperceraian, akan ada masa tunggu bagi perempuan yang disebut masa iddah, dimana dalam masa iddah ini, istri wajib mendapatkan haknya seperti hak nafkah.Fiqh madzhab (Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi’i dan Hambali) sepakat bahwaperempuan yang diceraikan dalam bentuk talak raj’i, berhak mendapatkan nafkahdan tempat tinggal selama masa iddah. Berbeda dengan Peraturan PemerintahNomor 10 Tahun 1983 tentang Izin Perkawinan dan Perceraian Pegawai NegeriSipil, yang mengatur tentang nafkah dalam hal ini adalah pasal 8 tentangpembagian gaji, yang diberikan mantan suaminya terhadap mantan istrinyatersebut.Berdasarkan pernyataan di atas, maka kajian terhadap hak nafkah jandayang tidak menikah lagi menjadi menarik dan sangat penting, hal ini dikarenakanadanya perbedaan antara hukum Islam (pendapat fiqh mazhab) dengan peraturanpemerintah. Dalam hal ini penulis ingin meneliti lebih dalam tentang persamaandan perbedaan diantara keduannya.Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian pustaka (libraryresearch), dengan objek penelitiannya adalah pendapat fiqh madzhab danperaturan pemerintah. Sumber data yang penulis gunakan adalah data sekunderyaitu data yang diperoleh dari buku-buku, dokumen dan lainnya. Teknikpengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan yaitu teknik dokumentasi yangdigunakan untuk mengumpulkan serta meneliti bahan pustaka, yang merupakandata sekunder dari judul dan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan teknikanalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis komparatif yaitu menganalisis sertamembandingkan persamaan dan perbedaan pendapat fiqh mazhab dan peraturanpemerintah. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalahyuridis normatif, yaitu dengan cara menganalisa data yang diperoleh denganketentuan hukum.Dari studi perbandingan hukum Islam (pendapat fiqh mazhab) danPeraturan Pemerintah Nomor 10 Tahun 1983 tentang Izin Perkawinan danPerceraian Pegawai Negari Sipil, diharapkan ke depannya untuk lebih memikirkannasib semua janda, dalam hal nafkah khususnya setelah masa iddah. Sehinggatidak hanya mantan istri pegawai negeri sipil saja yang mendapatkan hak nafkahsetelah masa iddah.

Since the emergence of the Transnational Da'wah Movement such as the TablighiJama'at, it has created contradictions about the Law of Providing both birth and mentalityto the family left in the Khuruj fii sabilillah program (Exiting the Way of Allah) to preachthe ummah from house to house, mosque to mosque, inviting listen to Muslims (religiouslectures) and invite to pray in congregation in the mosque. From the development ofJama'ah Tabligh's missionary movement in Indonesia, this movement has experiencedquite rapid development. Not only is the movement that has a strong community, it ismarked by the presence of da'wah markers (da'wah centers) in each of the Provinces andDistricts of the City. But in the development of the da'wah movement there are severalthings that become contradictions in the family, in this case the provision of income forchildren and wives who are left behind when their head of household implements Khurujfii sabilillah for 3 days, 40 days and 4 months. Therefore, this paper takes the theme of theLaw of Livelihood Against Families in the Tabligh Jama Da'wah Movement in acomprehensive manner.

Basically the implementation unit of a regional government such as UPT (Unit Pelaksana Teknis/TechnicalImplementation Unit) is assigned a social mission. However, based on observation both in the field and in UPTAir Minum in Metro City, as well as the society as the customers, the following problems are found: the lowquality and quantity of clean water supply, and limitation to the continuity of water distribution. Theimplementation of public service is still interfered by ineffective and inefficient governmental system, as well asincompetent human resources. It can be seen from the society's prevailing dissatisfaction and complaint, bothdirectly and indirectly expressed through mass media. The causes are ineffective procedure, no assurance of timein completion process and in cost, unclear requirements, and unresponsive officials, leading to negative image ofthe government. To overcome those conditions, improvement is highly requeired in public service sustainabilityin order to establish a qualified public service. The objective of this study is to understand service quality of UPTAir Minum of Metro City to their customers. Basically, quality implies similar purpose in determining servicequality, to be specific. The scope of this study is the service quality of UPT Air Minum of Metro City which isfocused on water serving. By using qualitative descriptive method with a single table, data is collected usingtriangulation technique (observation, interview and documentation). The informants are 15 interviewers and 70questionnaires informants from the total of 1544 customers. From the research result using interview, observationand documentation, it is found that the service quality of UPT Air Minum of Metro City which is described interms of product and tangibility, responsiveness, empathy, reliability, assurance may be assumed as qualified. It issupported by single table; Tangible 61.43%, Reliability 72.86%, Responsiveness 90.00%, Assurance 76.79%,Empathy 87.14%. Based on the whole service quality criteria above, it can be concluded that service quality inUPT Air Minum of Metro City is definitely qualified. Thus, the researcher implies that UPT Air Minum of MetroCity needs evaluation and that related Department to provide better response to those.
