The success of Islamic education is a joint effort of Islamic educational institutions, government and society. One of the supporting factors for the achievement of educational goals is good management of educational institutions. Supervision is one of the functions of education management. Artistic supervision as a form of supervision of educational institutions functions to provide assistance to teachers in the form of direction and guidance for improving the learning process. The implementation of artistic supervision needs to be maximized in Islamic educational institutions, so that it is not incidental. The purpose of this study is to analyze artistic supervision in Islamic education management. The research method used is literature study. Data were collected through documentation which was then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research found that the actualization stages of artistic supervision in Islamic education management include planning, implementing, and evaluating based on Islamic values that are sourced from the Al Quran and Hadith; supervision is a collaboration of the principal, supervisors, expert supervisors, and external supervisors. Supervision can be carried out individually or in groups. Implement and follow-up supervision that humanizes the relationship to support the achievement of the goals of Islamic education supervision. This paper is intended to describe how religiosity management in improving the professionalism of teachers. Religiosity is not synonymous with religion. It should be a religious person it is at once a religious person, too. But a lot happens, the adherents of a religion that is persistent, but with a motivated or career advancement. Educational institutions require professional management in order to provide education to walk dynamically, competetif, and productive. This is done for education in the process should lead to the approach to God and human perfection, directing people to achieve his life goal is a happy afterlife. Management includes planning, execution, control, and monitoring of the (human resources, learning resources, curriculum, funding and facilities) to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. Educational planning has an important role and are at an early stage in the process of education management, which serve as a guide for implementation, control, and supervision of education. The essence of planning is a decision-making process that is systematic, relating to future plans, and to achieve certain desired objectives. And to overcome the limitations of the ability, willingness, and its resources in achieving educational goals needed organizing in education. Implementing an educational institution is the key of success of an educational institution. Teachers as professional educators have a good image in the community if it can demonstrate to the public that he is worthy of being a role model or example of the surrounding community. Teacher behavior patterns associated with it will be discussed in accordance with the objectives, namely the teachers' professional attitude towards laws and regulations, professional organizations, colleagues, students, work place, leadership, and work. A teacher not only reflects a profession, but a representation of different positions which is very noble. Teacher is a hero selfless, unsung hero, a hero of science, goodness hero, heroes education, human builders, the builders of civilization, culture bearer, piorir, reformer and reliable, and etc.

Abstract: Islamic education institutions in Indonesia face two challenges, namely; internal and external. Internally, Islamic education is faced with the classic problem of the low quality of human resources in education management. The causes include poor quality and education staff development and selectivity of education personnel. Furthermore externally, Islamic education institutions faced three major issues; globalization, democratization, and liberalization. The issue of globalization that is identical with market orientation and mechanism also affects the world of education. That way in education also includes awareness about how to attract and convince the community of the type and model of education. From here, the education world is ready or not ready to be involved in competition to gain public trust. To face these challenges Islamic Education institutions must maximally manage and empower all elements of management in the management of educational institutions. A good understanding of the elements of management can have an impact on the readiness of educational institutions to manage their institutions well in any condition to be the best and foremost. The article considers the questions of moving from the monopoly of the state to development of civil society, that in Russia have some features. By the expansion of the public participating in education management there are contradictions between the necessity of realization of state-public management education and absence of sufficient experience on the decline of level of alienation of education from society and effective mechanisms of decision of this task. The authors of the article consider the principal reasons and factors, hampering becoming and development of state-public management universal education. The article exposes the new approaches to the realization of joint activity of organs of state-public education management. In the article the ground of project-activity in education management approach is given, that allows to organize the activity in the mode of development, and innovations are explored, educational potential of organization is grown, the quality of its work is improved.

This article makes a map of education management in school by looking at the developed potentials in every school elements, starting from the headmaster, teachers, education staffs and students. The potential contributed is the expectation of school. It is not only as a known list, but also to be implemented through good and correct map. Through school based management certainly it gives authority to head master to develop the school along the vision-mission and work-program which have been planned. Through descriptive analysis approach, this article conclude that school based management is a management paradigm which put forward an autonomy and involvement of community. Education autonomy means an effort to give a large space for the head master to develop and manage the institution. In India, agriculture is considered as the backbone of its economy. It has been around since ancient times when other sectors were not even in existence yet. Today agriculture has achieved commercial importance and one of the powerful sectors contributing to nations’ GDP. The population of our country is increasing day by day and the size of land remains same. So, with increasing productivity, another important concept is “MANAGEMENT”. Agribusiness Management Education is a discipline that blends economic, agriculture, business (commerce) and management principles. In agriculture education, management field is gaining popularity day by day. Since the last few decades, agriculture has achieved satisfactory growth but due to some factors, the agricultural growth is relatively stagnated. So, upgradation is needed, right from pre harvesting until it reaches at the consumer level. Farmers are key performers in farming but are not able to get good returns to his produce due to many middlemen in the marketing channel. Due to a growing population, it creates a disparity between market demand and supply. So, proper management practices are required including reducing raw material wastage at farm and processing level and effective marketing strategies are also needed. Hence, an attempt is made in this paper to study the role of management education in agri-business sector and how it will help in developing managerial skills and to develop management workforce to cater for the Indian agricultural industry which serves as a good option for potential employment in corporate sector.

The administration can be defined as the whole process of activities achieving goals efficiently with and through others people . Administration in orderly and orderly education is very necessary for improve education management capabilities. Increased ability will have a positive effect, namely increasing efficiency, quality and expansion on performance in the world of education. The purpose of administration in general is all activities support the achievement of educational goals. Specifically wanted achieve production effectiveness; Efficiency; Adaptability; and Job Satisfaction. In other words, the measure of administrative success education is educational productivity, which is first seen in product yields or the effectiveness of the process, atmosphere and efficiency. In achieving this effectiveness a minimum process is needed including organizational human behavior. That behavior can be stated in the form of planning, implementation and supervision or coaching for administrative duties

This chapter includes an in-depth analysis of the evolving and dynamic environment that surrounds business education management and institutions. Specifically, this chapter intends to elaborate on two fundamental issues about business education: the concept and scope of business management education explained from different perspectives and the environment of business education (institutional environment, company environment, and general environment). This chapter finds that the current global environment is highly dynamic and unpredictable, and therefore, organizations in all fields including institutions of higher education must be innovative, future-oriented, and global-minded. Business schools should focus on collaborations across institutional and geographical boundaries and maintain high talent. Recognizing the emerging demands of various stakeholders in higher education and designing inclusive and dynamic academic programs are some of the strategic actions all business education institutions may and should pursue.
