Salah satu tanggungjawab pemerintah desa adalah pementasan kemiskinan di wilayah yang merupakan kewenanganya. Pementasan kemiskinan dilaksanakan dengan merealisasikan program-program pementasan kemiskinan sesuai dengan regulasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan program pemetasan kemiskinan di Desa Loli Oge, kecamatan Banawa, Kabupaten Donggala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif berdasarkan data-data yang diperoleh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Implementasi program pementasan kemiskinan oleh pemerintah Desa, serta faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaannya. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Ketua BPD, Sekertaris Desa,  Kasi bidang pemberdayaan dan Masyarakat. Data-data yang terkumpul diperoleh melalui tekhnik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan memverifikasi data-data yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan masalah penelitian, kemudian data disusun, dan disajikan serta tahap terakhir penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Desa lili Oge dalam  mengimplementasikan Program pementasan kemiskinan dengan langkah melakukan sosialisasi selanjutnya dilakukan pemetaan terhadap masyarakat mana yang berhak dan yang tidak berhak (DTKS dan Non-DTKS) dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam penetapannya, serta melakukan pengkategorian sesuai dengan aturan dan juknis yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam tataran penyaluran program melibatkan masyarakat dan seluruh stockholder yang berwenang didalam penyaluran program pementasan kemiskinan tersebut, upaya tersebut sangat relevan dengan Strategi dalam upaya mencapai tujuan dan sasaran serta kebijakan program pementasan kemiskinan yaitu strategi partisipasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) problematika gangguan kecemasan pada lanjut usia, 2) penyebab gangguan kecemasan pada lanjut usia dan 3) Bagaimana cara mencegah dan mengatasi gangguan kecemasan pada lanjut usia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan individu sebanyak enam orang informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. problematika gangguan kecemasan adalah suatu kondisi yang dialami seseorang yang mengalami kekhawatiran berlebihan terhadap suatu masalah atau keadaan sehingga mempengaruhi gangguan emosi dan kondisi fisik dan psikis yang tidak nyaman ditandai  dengan perasaan gelisah, jantung berdebar, takut, sulit berkonsentrasi, gangguan tidur hingga kesulitan bernapas/sesak. 2.  penyebab gangguan kecemasan adalah stres atau trauma ekstrem, rasa kehilangan dan kesedihan yang rumit atau kronis, penggunaan alkohol, kafein, obat-obatan (resep, tanpa resep, dan ilegal), riwayat gangguan kecemasan dalam keluarga, gangguan neurodegeneratif (seperti alzheimer atau demensia lainnya). 3. cara mencegah gangguan kecemasan dapat dilakukan dengan menyediakan kondisi yang mendukung seperti lingkungan hidup yang menjamin kesejahteraan, memungkinkan gaya hidup sehat dan terintegrasi. Sementara jika lansia mengalami gangguan kecemasan maka dapat dilakukan perawatan, dan juga membutuhkan dukungan dari keluarga atau sosial lainnya.

Morality is a very hot discussion these days, Morality is an effort to guide someone’s action with common sense. Moral philosophy is a critical, systematic, and methodical science about the deeds of human beings and its relation to the good and bad. Code of scout honor sections of the code of ethics is interesting to study moral values contained in it. Type of this research is qualitative method; the formal object was moral philosophy while the material object was the code of honor of the boy scouts. The approach method that used in this research was ethics normative, and the analysis method was the philosophical interpretation. In the moral Values in the code of honor of the boy scouts is the crystallization of value-the value of life taken from the values in the life only for a while of the society. The value of moral rights and obligations, justice, honesty, responsibility and attitude of humble can become the norm which is universal so it can be a reference norm for human beings in general. In addition, these norms enrich moral values in character of education.

Vocational education is one of education that is unique in the orientation of creating work-ready people with the appropriate knowledge and skills.  World changes in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, provide new direction in enhancing human resource in the form of new challenges.  This research was conducted to see the challenges and opportunities that exist in the industrial era 4.0 related to the development of human resource in vocational education in Indonesia.  The study in this research used the literature method.  Literature study is used to see the literature related to the subject.  From this topic, conclusion were drawn, so that it can be seen some of the challenges that exist in Industry 4.0.  but behind that, there are also opportunities that vocational education has that can be maximally utilized in building quality human resource.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study about the transformational leadership style of principals in improving the quality of human resources in schools. The location of this research is SMP Negeri 1 Tomini. So the description in this study departs from the problem of how the principal's transformational leadership style in improving the quality of human resources at SMP Negeri 1 Tomini? And what are the opportunities and challenges of the principal's transformational leadership at SMP Negeri 1 Tomini? This research uses qualitative research. The data collection techniques that the writer did, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found a concept, that the principal's transformational leadership style in improving the quality of human resources at SMP Negeri 1 Tomini is that the principal improves the quality of teachers, staff and students not only through education but provides the widest possible opportunity for employees to participate in activities. outside of school such as seminars and workshops to increase their knowledge. Then develop the skills of students such as extracurricular activities. In addition, it also complements school facilities because it can increase creativity in active teaching and learning. Opportunities and challenges for the transformational leadership of the principal at SMP Negeri 1 Tomini, namely by delivering the program consistently and transparently, and 80% of the teachers and staff at the school are adequate and have an undergraduate level and are temporarily continuing their master's degree. Then the facilities and infrastructure are very supportive and when problems occur at school, such as learning problems and misunderstandings (personality with a bit of ego) between teachers and staff to anticipate this, the principal gives limits and warnings at the evaluation meeting which is held every three months.

Penelitian membahas tentang pembinaan dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 Palu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Agar data yang diperoleh terjamin validitas dan kredibilitasnya maka diadakan pengecekan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian: (1). bentuk pelaksanaan pembinaan iman dan takwa dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 Palu dilaksanakan dalam beberapa bidang program kegiatan yakni; bidang pendidikan, bidang keagaaman, bidang kebersihan. (2) Faktor pendukung pembinaan iman dan takwa dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 Palu yakni adanya kesesuaian antara tujuan pembinaan iman dan takwa dengan tujuan sekolah, adanya perhatian yang besar dari guru kepada peserta didik, serta tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Adapun faktor penghambat yang dihadapi antara lain karena kurangnya ketersediaan waktu, adanya perbedaan karakter peserta didik yang sangat beragam, serta faktor perkembangan arus teknologi yang tak terbendung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) mengapa masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu melakukan  Tradisi Mabbaca Doang. 2) makna Mabbaca Doang terhadap masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu. 3) fungsi Mabbaca Doang pada masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan individu sebanyak lima orang informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Masyarakat suku Bugis setempat melakukan tradisi mabbaca doang di masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu yaitu karena mabbaca doang dianggap sebagai warisan leluhur yang layak untuk dipertahankan karena prosesinya yang tidak begitu memberatkan dan niatnya karena Allah dan jika mabbaca doang ini tidak dilakukan, mereka percaya bahwa akan ada sesuatu hal yang akan menimpa hidup mereka. 2. Makna mabbaca doang bagi masyarakat Suku Bugis masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu yaitu pertama sebagai bentuk rasa syukur kepada Tuhan dan yang kedua sebagai penolak bala. 3. Fungsi mabbaca doang bagi masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kelurahan Kabonena Kecamatan Ulujadi Kota Palu yaitu sebagai perwujudan religi yang berisi tentang keyakinan-keyakinan individu terhadap apa yang telah diberikan Tuhan kepadanya dan mengintensifikasikan solidaritas sosial.

This article aims to explore the treasures of Ibn Rushd's philosophy of rationality versus Al-Gazali's fundamental religious thought related to 3 (three) metaphysical problems, namely: (1). Qadimnya (eternal) nature, (2) God does not need to take care of small things (3). There is no physical resurrection. To understand and know the three problems, it can be described as follows: One: Qadim or eternal nature. The scholars represented by Al-Gazali argue that God created this universe from nothing into existence. According to Ibn Rushd, the opinion of the ulama represented by Al-Gazali cannot be justified. Therefore, what is true is that there are 2 (two) substances of two things which are both eternal (eternal), namely God and Nature, although the nature of God is not the same as the nature of Nature. The existence of God was earlier while the existence of Nature was later or later. Initially, God and finally Nature are not in terms of time or time, but from the side of the level of matter, as previously the movement of a person with the movement of his shadow. In fact, a person's movement occurs first, followed by a moving image, but both of them move at the same time and time. Although it is different from the side of its origin. Second: God doesn't have to take care of little things. Al-Gazali argues that knowledge is something that stands alone, even though it has a relationship or relationship with matter, science stands alone, the matter stands alone, but both of them manifest in one substance. Therefore, God is obliged to know everything big and small. Third: Resurrection of the body. Al-Gazali argues that the bodily awakening coincides with the spirit. This reasoning is based on a large number of texts from the Al-Qur'an which informs about the awakening between the body and the spirit. This is as informed by God through the incident of the Prophet Moses who asked God so that God could show Prophet Moses how God brought life to the dead. The Lord answered, O Moses, chop a bird then put the bird's flesh separately into all the mountains, after that call the bird, surely the meats that you spread will gather together and immediately come before you. When the Prophet Musa cried out to the bird, suddenly the meat quickly moved to one another to become a bird as before.

The education system as we know it today is the result of educational developments that have grown in the history of our nation's experience. There have been some writings discussing the regulations of education policy in Indonesia from time to time, but this paper examines the comparison of education policies from the Old Order era to the implementation of education policies to the work cabinet period. Through a literature review, this paper aims to describe how education policy regulations in Indonesia were during the Old Order, New Order, Reform, and Work Cabinet Periods. The results of this study reveal as has been explained in the discussion, that during the New Order era education only took place in terms of quantity without being matched by quality developments. In this period, it is to create as many educated graduates as possible without producing quality teaching and educational outcomes. The curricula used at this time were the 1968 curriculum, the 1975 curriculum, the 1984 curriculum, and the 1994 curriculum. However, education in the next period during the New Order period was not said to be fully successful, so in the next period of the reform period, improvements were needed, both in the field of curriculum. as well as in terms of the teaching staff. The curricula used in this reform era are the Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK) and the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), and K13.
