Covid-19 pandemic has created unprecedented interruption for the global business industry management. The world economy already facing a turbulent phase experienced the worst scenario in the view of this pandemic. Business management strategists and policymakers have been making an impact assessment to understand the problem structure of this worst possible pandemic situation. The present article tries to develop a viewpoint on Covid-19 impact on business industries and management. Further authors attempt to develop a problem-solving structure by discussing the best possible solutions to mitigate the fact on the one hand and facilitating the business process in various sectors such as business Industry, Marketing, finance, and health industries on the other.

The study aims to investigate the impact of workplace stress on employee performance in healthcare sector of Gandaki Province. Using the sampling frame of 1162 employees of seven public hospitals in Gandaki Province, 167 respondents were randomly selected. Data has been collected using a well-structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis. The study revealed that status of employee performance is moderate in hospitals of Gandaki province, this actively demonstrates that employees are providing good quality service and are able to accomplish the task they are assigned. The findings of multiple regression portray that, pay and reward, supervisor support, role ambiguity and work life balance significantly influence in service quality and job accomplishment. However, workload was found to have weakly negative impact on employee performance.

For the first time in 1990 in the scientific literature the term emotional intelligence was coined. Since then, over the decade a lot of work is carried in concatenation of emotional intelligence. This paper extensively reviews the spurt of research that supports and develops emotional intelligence theory and also to discover the different aspects of emotional intelligence, to explore how different constructs are related to emotional intelligence and to know how emotional intelligence can be applied effectively in organizational context. In this paper, a theoretical review of emotional intelligence is presented using literary analysis approach to understand the development and increased research in this field.Keywords

While the issue of negotiation has long been considered important in a variety of individual, group, societal and cross-country settings, this issue has acquired greater significance of late. This paper examines differing schools of thought and brings into focus the kind of cross-cutting strategic research done in this area. It highlights the basic principles of negotiation techniques and identifies strategies and sequential stages for effective negotiation. An attempt is also made to look at common mistakes in negotiation and place matters in perspective.

In present scenario we can see that youngsters are facing stress in their day to day lives. Sometimes this is found in chronic stage also. People talked about spirituality to deal with the stress. Spirituality involves many practices like meditation, yoga, spiritual books. Today’s generation are mostly found to be least interested in such practices. So, this becomes more important to know the stress level in youngsters and their involvement in spirituality. This research is also discussing about stress and spirituality in the engineering students. Researcher also examined the relationship between spirituality and stress with reference to engineering students. Data has been collected from 200 engineering students through questionnaire. For identifying relation between spirituality and stress among engineering student’s researcher used regression analysis by using SPSS.
