Gender equality should be a necessity in every developed economy of the world. Despite this assumption, this is not the case. The field of sports is no exception. This study addresses the relationship between gender equality, institutions and football performance of national teams. Correlation and regression analysis is used to determine the relationship between variables. The results suggest that higher gender equality leads to better performance for footballers on the fields. Countries with higher gender equality perform better (more FIFA points). The economic condition of the country has a similar effect on performance. Estimates have shown a statistically significant positive relationship between economic prosperity and performance on the pitch. Climate and age of players do not affect the performance of national teams. Institutional factors significantly affect players’ performance. Members of the European Union perform significantly higher than those that are not in the EU. As well as countries in which there was no communist regime in the past . Keywords: gender inequality index, FIFA ranking, men, women, institutions

The present study provides a correlation and regression analysis of lightweight waste aggregate concretes with varying degrees of fibre reinforcement. The concrete mix contains pre-soaked red ceramic waste aggregate, expanded clay coarse aggregate and Portland cement. Copper-coated crimped steel fibre was used as the reinforcement. The experimental results included properties measured by destructive test methods—compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, static modulus of elasticity, the limit of proportionality, shear strength; and by non-destructive test methods—dynamic modulus of elasticity and surface electrical resistivity. These properties were analysed to study the relevancy and significance between non-destructive and destructive methods of measurement in the case of different amounts of fibre. The results show differences in the degree of fit to the linear and quadratic regression curves for pairs of destructive and non-destructive test results. As expected, the linear relationship can be applied in a few cases, but the quadratic curve must be used for a few pairs. Another observation is that it is not possible to neglect the amount of fibre in the correlation analyses of the measured properties.

The specifics of market pricing in the Russian road freight transport market by means of correlation and regression analysis have been studied. Statistically significant factors have been highlighted, and mathematical models have been constructed. The influence of fictitious variables (body type) that improve the quality of the calculated values has been noted. Regression equations useful for determining the average market value of tariffs have been drawn up, which, when compared to actual tariffs, may indicate the adequacy of freight transactions. The results of transport companies registered in the Krasnodar region have been considered. A differentiated approach has been justified, requiring enterprises to be divided into revenue growth groups in order to identify differences in profitability and its sustainability. The limitations and shortcomings of the mathematical model, which do not allow us to make an unambiguous conclusion about the unprofitable and low-margin nature of the industry, have been considered. Areas for future research have been suggested.

This research paper deals with identifying the basic prerequisites for the IT companies’ development in terms of tightening requirements for personal data protection. The article aimed at assessing the impact of personal data protection policy on the company development through the assessment of the efficiency of the use of intangible assets. The following methods were used in achieving this aim: comparative analysis, the method of horizontal analysis of company performance, correlation and regression analysis, graphical analysis, as well as the method of expert survey of the impact of macro-environmental factors on the company profitability level. It is established that the degree of personal data protection of customers of IT companies directly affects the financial performance of companies and contributes to the development of IT companies. The article proves that poorly developed personal data protection system of Ukrainian companies is related to the regulatory framework of the creation and registration of personal databases. The main world trends in the development of personal data protection were identified through the study of the provisions of international policy frameworks as compared to the legislation of Ukraine. The main area of application of the results obtained by the author are IT companies, in particular in the management of profitability in the context of strengthening the personal data protection. The obtained results are a contribution to scientific achievements in the field of personal data protection and business development for Central European countries. This is primarily due to the novel research objective.

The main purpose of the academic paper is to analyze the dynamics of microfinance services and assess their impact on the entrepreneurial activity of small and medium-sized enterprises and the consequences for the population. Methods of generalization, analysis, comparison, correlation and regression analysis have been used in order to achieve the purpose outlined. The academic paper considers the impact of microfinance services on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the form of net profit. The results have showed that the impact of the cost of microfinance services on the development of financial activities of small and medium-sized businesses have a positive result, and, when using the proposed regression equation, the company will receive positive results in 2020-2024. The conducted correlation analysis of the impact of microfinance services on the level of the average salary of the population of Ukraine has revealed a high level of dependence of citizens on loans obtained. This is confirmed by the high correlation coefficient.

The aim of the chapter was to model the impact of selected determinants (trade openness, human capital, entrepreneurship, and innovation) on regional competitiveness, as well as to propose future activities and measures required to be implemented to improve the competitive performance of the regions. The research was conducted on the sample of 18 regions in six European countries: Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, and Romania. The database was prepared, and the statistical processing was performed in SPSS. In this data analysis, the following methods were used: comparative analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. The results of the research showed that the impact of the determinants—import dependence, the number of pupils enrolled in secondary education, gross domestic expenditure on research and development, and the number of companies per 10,000 inhabitants on the competitiveness of the region—are (statistically) significant.

This research aims to determine and analyze; (1) description of the principal's leadership behavior and the teacher's work experience towards the motivation of the achievement of religious teachers; (2) influence of the principal's leadership behavior on the motivation of teacher achievement; (3) the relationship between the teacher's work experience and the motivation of the teacher's performance; (4) Influence of the principal's leadership behavior and teacher work experience on the motivation of the teacher's religious achievement. The study used descriptive analysis survey methods, with a sample of 35 religious teachers and used correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study found that the magnitude of the simultaneous influence between the principal's leadership behavior (X1) and the teacher's work experience (X2) on the teacher's achievement motivation (Y) was 0.746 which was classified as weak. Meanwhile, the simultaneous contribution of the variables (X1) and (X2) to (Y) = R2 x100% or 0.7462 x 100% = 55.7% and the remaining 44.3% is determined by other variables. Then the rise and fall or the size of achievement motivation can be predicted through the regression equation: = 19.766 + 0.2213x1 + 0.9734x2. The results of this study can be drawn several sub-conclusions as follows: (1) the magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership behavior variable (X1) on teacher achievement motivation (Y) is 0.606% while the contribution of the variable (X1) to (Y) is 36.72%. the remaining 63.28% is determined by other variables. (2) the magnitude of the influence of the teacher's work experience (X2) on the teacher's achievement motivation (Y) is 0.746% while the contribution of the variable (X2) to (Y) is 55.65% and the remaining 44.35% is determined by other variables. (3) the magnitude of the relationship between principal leadership behavior (X1) and teacher work experience (X2) is 0.609 then the contribution of variables (X1) and (X2) is 37.09% while the remaining 52.25%.

Background and Aim: Rapid tests are routinely used to estimate serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) concentrations in diagnosing a failure of passive transfer (FPT) in calves. The study aimed to compare the Fassisi® Bovine IgG (FB-IgG) immunoassay and an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for quantifying bovine IgG in neonatal calf serum. Materials and Methods: A total of 277 calves of 1-10 days of age were used in this study. Blood samples were obtained, and serum was extracted by centrifuging the samples at 2740× g for 5 min at 20°C. The serum was analyzed using the FB-IgG according to the manufacturer's specifications. Serum IgG concentrations were also determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA-IgG). FPT was defined as a serum IgG concentration <10 mg/mL. Results: The mean ELISA-IgG serum concentration was 8.40 mg/mL (SD=7.02, range=0.10-47.50 mg/mL). FPT prevalence based on the ELISA measurements was 66.8%. The prevalence of partial and full FPT based on the FB-IgG was 54.5%. The ELISA-IgG and FB-IgG results were subjected to correlation and regression analysis. Overall sensitivity and specificity of the FB-IgG were 61.1% and 58.7%, respectively. A statistically significant dependence on age was identified in the results. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that the FB-IgG rapid method is less accurate and provides no other advantages over established methods.

Ensuring a stable improvement in the quality and standard of living of the rural population allows preserving the social and economic potential of rural areas. Effective management can ensure the implementation of social control and development of rural areas, the preservation of ecology, which ultimately contributes to the preservation of sustainable development of agricultural territories. The purpose of the study: To determine the directions and effective level of increasing the production of agricultural and livestock products aimed at preserving the sustainable development of agricultural territories. A correlation and regression analysis was carried out in the study to determine the promising directions of the northern districts of the Omsk region (Russia) to increase the effectiveness of strategic planning for the sustainable development of agricultural territories. Sustainable development of the regions, according to the authors, is impossible without increasing the level of well-being, therefore, the authors identified such areas for development as the cultivation of fodder crops, the cultivation of livestock and poultry (for slaughter), the cultivation of poultry for meat and the production of honey. The authors concluded that it is necessary to increase the production volumes of the selected promising areas for the development of agriculture by at least 5% to 13% per year, depending on the direction. There will be an increase in profit only at these values, which is one of the important factors contributing to the sustainable development of the areas allocated for research.
