Dance  photography  is  a  photo  shoot  on a  dance  movement  which  has  a  characteristic as  it  shows  on  a  particular  movement  with unique costumes. The arts of dance photography specifically describes through a specific thematic effect  with  an  aesthetic  and  creative  oncoming. Based on the photographer experience to capture the  light  together  with  his  aesthetic  expression on  movement  photography,  he  finally  presented the  visual  arts  on  Baris  Tunggal  Dance  in  art photography expressions using strobe light. Basically,  the  creative  works  focused on  the  dancer  movements  and  transformed  into photography  expression  which  blended  with aesthetic  and  creative  idea  (ideational)  also  the technical photo shoot capability (technical) of the photographer. The photo shoots technique chosen through a variety of consideration which oriented on practical implementations possibilities, resulting photographs  in  freeze,  blurred,  and  multiple-images  as  art  photography.  The  art  photograph includes  extrinsic  and  intrinsic  aesthetic  values through photo presentation. With the presence of this photography art works it was not only present Gerak Tari Baris Tunggal dalam Fotografi Ekspresi Menggunakan Teknik Strobo Light in the form of mere documentation but it was the art photography expression on creative and aesthetic level. In reading intervention research, implementation fidelity is assumed to be positively related to student outcomes, but the methods used to measure fidelity are often treated as an afterthought. Fidelity has been conceptualized and measured in many different ways, suggesting a lack of construct validity. One aspect of construct validity is the fidelity index of a measure. This methodological case study examined how different decisions in fidelity indices influence relative rank ordering of individuals on the construct of interest and influence our perception of the relation between the construct and intervention outcomes. Data for this study came from a large State-funded project to implement multi-tiered systems of support for early reading instruction. Analyses were conducted to determine whether the different fidelity indices are stable in relative rank ordering participants and if fidelity indices of dosage and adherence data influence researcher decisions on model building within a multilevel modeling framework. Results indicated that the fidelity indices resulted in different relations to outcomes with the most commonly used fidelity indices for both dosage and adherence being the worst performing. The choice of index to use should receive considerable thought during the design phase of an intervention study.

SUMMARYThis paper introduces the design, analysis, and experimental results of a fast mesoscale (12 cm length) quadruped mobile robot that employs unconventional actuators. Four legs of the robot are actuated by two pieces of piezocomposite actuator named LIPCA, which enables the robot to achieve the bounding gait with only one degree of freedom per leg. The forward locomotion is obtained by a creative idea in the design and the speed can be controlled by changing the frequency of actuators. The mechanism of power transfer has been improved in order to use the actuation power more efficiently. Two small RC-servo motors are added to control the locomotion direction. In addition, a small power supply and control circuit is developed that is fit for the robot. Our experiments show that the robot can locomote as fast as about two times its body length per second with the circuit board and a battery installed. The robot is also able to change the heading direction in a controlled way and is capable of continuous operation for 35 min.

A research of creative economy is impossible without an in-depth review of the existing approaches to its study. By analyzing approaches to the study of creative economy through the prism of most popular theses and ideas of prominent researchers in this field, e. g. J. Ruijssenaars, Suciu М.-С., Howkins J., Florida R. and others, it is revealed that the creative economy is a new type of the economy with the culture in its core with its clearly established and commonly accepted components which, at the same time, constitute its fundamental parts: talent, creativity and tolerance. But these components are integrated in each of the industries that are creative economy components, namely: cultural objects, traditional types of cultural self-expression, performing arts, media, audiovisual activities, artistic creation, printing and publishing, design and engineering practices in the field industrial production, creative services. Such combination of the material and the spiritual in each of the aforesaid industries complicates their investigation and analysis for a researcher. Given that now each of these industries develops in the conditions of intersecting three vectors, technological-digital, creative and entrepreneurial, there appears a need in organizing and conducting additional monitoring, in employing alternative and unorthodox methods for analysis and providing well-grounded and sound opinions concerning creative economy development. It is supposed in the article that in line of the creative circle of Howkins J. a successful creative idea (or product) developed or improved by use of technological-digital means and with support from business will be profitable in future.
