<p>The main aim of this paper is to develop an amalgamated conceptual model of technology acceptance that explains how individual, social, cultural and organizational factors affect the students’ acceptance and usage behaviour of the Web-based learning systems. More specifically, the proposed model extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to include four constructs namely, Quality of work life; Social Norm; Facilitating Conditions and self-efficacy. In addition, Individual differences—namely, age, gender, and experience—are hypothesized to moderate the effects of these constructs on behavioral intention and technology use. A comprehensive understanding of this model will provide valuable insights into the factors that influence the acceptance or resistance of web-based learning system by intended users and offers opportunities for future research in understanding the acceptance of technology. Further, understanding these variables is helpful for instructors to design meaningful educational activities to promote student knowledge construction and make learning more effective and appealing.</p>

This research examines the factors affecting students' intention to use web-based learning system by assessing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sample was targeted to a public higher learning institution in Federal Territory of Labuan Malaysia, which implemented convenience sampling technique. A total of 204 questionnaire sets were collected and multiple regressions analysis was used in the research to analyze the variables relationships in the theoretical framework proposed. Empirical research confirmed that students' use of web-based learning was positively influenced by attitude towards use, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating condition, and anxiety. Results may benefits the education and teaching industry in building web-based learning system effectively. The education and teaching industry should increase the quality their own web-based learning system referred to the results based on the variables in order to increase the user to their web-based learning system besides maximizing profit.

Dompet Dhuafa Enterprise System (DESI) is a system created in 2015. Initially it was created to replace the Fundrising Administration System (SANDRA) because SANDRA is a desktop-based application. Nowadays DESI is only used for budgeting functions and “Tebar Hewan Kurban” (THK) its a sacrificial animal stocking functions. DESI which has daily functions such as budgeting and seasonal functions in THK. In its implementation, DESI which is a web-based system sometimes becomes difficult to access when the system has a problem. This certainly makes the budgeting function that is used in daily activities become not implemented. THK's function in DESI was also inseparable from problems, one of which was the presence of volunteers who did not directly enter the data of prospective victims into DESI during the THK implementation. New data entered into DESI on the first Tasyrik day, for example, will increase work in other divisions. It would be different if it had been done before the sacrificial feast. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the acceptance behavior of DESI users. In this quantitative study using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. This study uses PLS-SEM for data processing and uses the application of SmartPLS version 3. There are 6 variables examined in this study, namely perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, format, attitude using, behavioral intention to use, and actual system usage. From 7 hypotheses proposed there is one hypothesis that is rejected, namely the path attitude toward using the behavioral intention to use.

This paper details an empirical investigation of the factors that determine the intention of adopting and using electronic health records (EHR). The paper’s goal is a study aimed at examining the possibilities and intents towards EHR amongst healthcare professionals in Nigeria. In this study, an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that incorporates Subjective norm, Social influence, Result demonstrability, Computer self-efficacy and System quality to the original TAM constructs was proposed. The proposed model was empirically tested using data collected from a sample of 126 healthcare professionals across 14 healthcare delivery institutions in Oyo State, Southwestern, Nigeria by applying structural equation modeling (SEM). These data were collected by administering a questionnaire containing 30 items. The results of the evaluation showed that all constructs have significant effect on healthcare professionals’ behavioural intention to use EHR.

This study is one of the few empirical studies to examine students’ acceptance of a web-based learning system (WLS). By incorporating intrinsic motivator into the technology acceptance model, our model attempts to explain students’ behavioral intention in using the system from a motivational perspective. Unlike most studies using subjects from developed countries, this study aims to extend knowledge by examining WLS adoption and usage behavior in a developing country (China) and then compares with findings of the same examination using Canadian subjects. The results show that both perceived usefulness and enjoyment have significant impact on students’ intention to use WLS in two groups. However, in contrast to Chinese subjects, Canadian subjects do not think ease of use has impact on their intention to use WLS. Implications of this study are important for both researchers and practitioners, especially for institutions of higher education, planning to adopt WLS in the two countries.

Snapchat, and Instagram are two social networks which recently gain their users after adopting such a feature called "Story" which allows a certain post to be disappeared after a certain time. This research takes up this technology trends analyzing the factors that probably affect the behavioral intention to use Snapchat and Instagram stories among generation Z. Factors are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling, with basis model and variables from Technology Acceptance Model. Data collection was targeted to finished within 1 week using online questionnaire with respondent from Jakarta and Tangerang for 100 respondent that are using both Snapchat stories and Instagram Stories. There are two tools researcher usually use to analyze Structural Equation Modeling: SPSS AMOS and LISREL. In this research, researchers choose AMOS. From six hypothesis proposed for Snapchat analysis, four hypothesis is accepted, while the other two are rejected. Meanwhile, on Instagram Stories analysis, five hypothesis is accepted and one hypothesis is rejected. This study finds out the Social Presence is an exogenous variable which has a major role in affecting other variables. While Perceived Enjoyment influenced the behavioral intention to use Snapchat and Instagram Stories the most. With the rapid growth of information technology, electronic money has played an important and central role in the e-payment. Development of electronic money is able to create a trend less-cash society, which is a society’s behavior using non- cash transactions by utilizing the simplicity offered through electronic transactions. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors affecting the intention to use electronic money. We designed a questionnaire and used it to survey a simple random sampling of people who use of e-money in DKI Jakarta. The actual samples used for the study are 125 respondents. We analyzed the data using Structured Equation Modeling to evaluate the strength of the hypothesized effects. The result of the analysis showed that perceived ease of use has no significant effect on attitudes towards the use of e-money. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the perceived usefulness of e-money. Perceived usefulness has no significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on attitudes towards the use of e-money. Attitude has a significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Subjective norm has a significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Perceived behavioral control has no significant effect on the intention to use e-money.
