For the selection of the suitable place for the construction of sanitary landfill and biogas plant in the city of Najaf Abad, this study used fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy analytic network process, and geographic information system. In this research, factors such as slope, aspect, geology, land use, biomass, and distance from groundwater, electricity network, protected areas, and roads were used as the most important criteria for site selection of biogas plant. The results of weighting and overlaying the maps of different criteria showed that based on the analytic network process, the best place selected for the establishment of biogas reactor was located in the southwest and based on analytic hierarchy process, the best places are located in the south and southwest of the study area. Suggested places, which are the best for the establishment of biogas plant, are located in barren lands of Najaf Abad. Moreover, according to the result, it is found that 10% and 11% of the study area are highly suitable based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and analytic network process methods, respectively. The results showed that the usage of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy analytic network process as multi-criteria decision-making methods in combination with geographic information system are suitable for selecting the best place for landfill and biogas plant.

Disasters adversely affect human life. Many people face sheltering problems after disasters. Temporary shelter areas are very important in terms of meeting people's post-disaster sheltering needs. In this study, it was aimed to determine temporary shelter areas in the city center of Burdur. The AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was used to determine temporary shelter areas. According to certain criteria and spatial standards, six temporary shelter areas were determined in the city center of Burdur, and their adequacy was tested. Temporary shelters are located in urban open and green lands. Temporary shelter areas determined under today's conditions are adequate. However, it is predicted that temporary shelter areas will be inadequate in the upcoming process. Some recommendations were made about the problems and the path to be followed in the upcoming process. These recommendations will be useful for the post-disaster process.

Decision support systems into a solution in deciding the problem of various election BAZNAS vehicles in the city of Mataram. Various types of vehicles available in the office BAZNAS Mataram, this can help in the process of decision-support of various criteria and the selected alternative. The results of data collection and calculation processes Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to get the value on which to base recommendations for the selection of vehicles in the city of Mataram BAZNAS namely deer with a total value of 0.4998097. The highest value is the value of the selected vehicle that can be used in distributing Zakat, Infak and Sedekah to various areas in the city of Mataram. The result of this decision in accordance with the calculation criteria and alternatives on which to base the selection of vehicles in the city of Mataram BAZNAS Office in choosing a vehicle. Zakat, Infakand Sedekah distributed to the poor are earning less than the average and for the people of the poor and orphans so that it can be utilized for the welfare of society, especially in the city of Mataram.

The introduction of talent programs is one of the key programs in many cities in recent years. In order to “encourage and enrich the people and innovate the city”, cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi’an and Shenzhen are using various attractive policies to compete for talents. Based on this, this paper uses BP neural network and analytic hierarchy process to model and analyze the talent demand of A-City and the development of the city.

The rainwater system is an important part of the urban infrastructure as well as a key hub for maintaining the dynamic operation of the city and a clear indicator of the level of urban development. With the rapid development of urbanization, the hardened area of roads and residential areas has increased, and the construction of rainwater systems is so far insufficient, causing the urban waterlogging and water pollution problems to become increasingly serious. Accordingly, combined with the “sponge city” construction concept of the six-character policy of “seepage, retention, storage, use, purification, and drainage,” we propose to adopt measures for the local conditions and to reasonably select sponge city engineering measures to increase rainwater utilization, effectively reduce rainwater runoff, and alleviate the city waterlogging and water pollution problems. We used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the effect of a sponge city “pocket park” rainwater system in Chaohu City before and after the transformation. The results showed that the pocket park after the renovation was well controlled, the waterlogging was basically eliminated, the water quality pollution was clearly improved, and the ecological environment was significantly improved.

Given the importance of competition in the retail sector, this research builds on spatial interaction theory to develop the competition index (CI). For this, geographic information systems (GIS) and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were used. AHP results reveal that key factors to assess competitors relate to location and branding. The proposed method was tested by evaluating 45 supermarkets in the city of Castellón (Spain). Using this method, sales targets can be adapted to each outlet’s individual circumstances.

Bali has many traditional foods, the most popular traditional in Bali, sausage. This study aims to determine the criteria of the order of urutan product in the city of Denpasar, Bali and to find out the most priority characteristics among the criteria that have been determined against the order of urutan in the city of Denpasar, Bali. This study uses the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. The results of this study indicate that the AHP Test on the criteria shows that the weighting of the five experts is included in the criteria consistently and it can be concluded that the most important criterion is the taste criteria, with score of 0.350. The most important criteria in the sub-criteria for taste are the spicy sub-criteria, with score of 0.505. The most important criterion in the sub-criteria in the process is the sun criteria sub-criteria, with a score of 0.329. The most important criteria in the sub-criteria for the composition are the fat meat sub-criteria, with a score of 0.622. The most important criteria in the sub-criteria at the price are the 80-90 sub-criteria with a score of 0.478. The most important criterion in the sub-criteria for texture is the soft sub-criteria which is a score of 0.758. Keywords: Urutan, AHP, fermentted sausage

With the development of urbanization in developing countries, some large cities have experienced rapid population growth and industrial expansion in a short period of time. In order to reasonably expand the scale of the city and guide the orderly outward movement of population and industries, it is urgent to improve the human settlement environment (THSE) in the surrounding areas of large cities. In the case of limited financial funds, different areas around the city need to be improved one by one according to the order of improvement grades. Since THSE is a comprehensive system involving multiple levels and indexes, it is difficult to assess it in a simple way. The previous assessment of THSE mainly focused on qualitative and semi-quantitative aspects, with poor accuracy. In this paper, the author takes JianYang County under the jurisdiction of Chengdu City in Southwest China as an example and uses the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to quantitatively calculate the improvement grade of THSE in 55 townships of JianYang County. The author carried out an investigation for more than one year. According to the actual situation of JianYang County, five primary indexes and 22 secondary indexes were selected to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system. This index system contains 1210 statistical data points, and more than 30,000 data points were calculated and derived in this article. Finally, the author calculated the improvement grade of 55 townships by FAHP quantitatively and carried out a horizontal comparison of townships within the same grade to further determine the order of improvement of THSE.
