Based on the content that users prefer to follow, they are presented with similar content, which they may like. Thus, they can interact with individuals whose mindsets are similar to theirs. The users who cannot socialize in real life due to the COVID-19 pandemic and thus consider social media as an escape point think that they can produce unlimited and uncontrolled hatred in a synergistic environment consisting of people who produce similar contents to what they produce. This study focuses on hate speech on social media and analyzes the hate, discriminative, and derogatory speech regarding men within the “dunyaerkeklergunu” hashtag on Twitter based on symbolic interaction theory using the content analysis method. Within the scope of the “dunyaerkeklergunu” hashtag, 500 shares were analyzed. The study aims to raise awareness of the fact that hate speech can be made even on international men's day and that hate speech is not only directed towards women but is also made regarding men.

Busana secara simbolik merupakan bentuk komunikasi nonverbal yang dapat mengikat suatu komunitas. Pemuda hijrah dalam komunitas Shift di Y outube berusaha menyajikan keberagaman busana dan citra simbolis dalam video-video dakwah yang menampilkan Ustaz Hanan Attaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana representasi busana muslim yang ditampilkan oleh Pemuda Hijrah di Channel Youtube Shift Media dalam rangka menarik perhatian generasi milenial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi etnografi virtual, dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan representasi busana muslim yang ditampilkan dalam video komunikasi dakwah Pemuda Hijrah di Channel Youtube Shift Media bertujuan untuk melakukan pembauran dengan jamaah anak muda. Dengan menentukan segmentasi khalayak, kreator Channel Youtube Shift Media mencoba untuk menggeser busana muslim menjadi busana kasual yang lebih dekat dengan milenial saat mendatangi kegiatan kajian dakwah. Proses kontruksi makna denotatif busana muslim ditandai oleh Ustaz Hanan Attaki yang kerap tampil dengan menggunakan kemeja, kaos atau sweater dan penutup kepala model reggae (topi kupluk).Symbolically, clothing is a form of nonverbal communication that can bind a community. Pemuda Hijrah in the Shift community on Youtube tries to present various clothing and symbolic images in da'wah videos featuring Ustaz Hanan Attaki. This study aims to find out how Pemuda Hijrah displays the representation of Muslim clothing on the Shift Media Youtube Channel to attract the attention of millennial generation. The research method used is a virtual ethnographic study, with a qualitative descriptive approach and using symbolic interaction theory. The results of the study show that the representation of Muslim clothing displayed in the communication video of Pemuda Hijrah propaganda on the Shift Media Youtube Channel aims to mingle with young congregations. By determining the segmentation of the audience, the creators of Channel Youtube Shift Media are trying to Shift Muslim clothing into casual clothing that is more suited to millennials when they come to da’wah activities. The process of constructing the denotative meaning of Muslim clothing was marked by Ustaz Hanan Attaki, who often appeared wearing a shirt, t-shirt or sweater and a reggae-style head covering.

The interactions of dopamine [2-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl)ethylamine, (Dop−)] with cadmium(II), copper(II) and uranyl(VI) were studied in NaCl(aq) at different ionic strengths (0 ≤ I/mol dm−3 ≤ 1.0) and temperatures (288.15 ≤ T/K ≤ 318.15). From the elaboration of the experimental data, it was found that the speciation models are featured by species of different stoichiometry and stability. In particular for cadmium, the formation of only MLH, ML and ML2 (M = Cd2+; L = dopamine) species was obtained. For uranyl(VI) (UO22+), the speciation scheme is influenced by the use of UO2(acetate)2 salt as a chemical; in this case, the formation of ML2, MLOH and the ternary MLAc (Ac = acetate) species in a wide pH range was observed. The most complex speciation model was obtained for the interaction of Cu2+ with dopamine; in this case we observed the formation of the following species: ML2, M2L, M2L2, M2L2(OH)2, M2LOH and ML2OH. These speciation models were determined at each ionic strength and temperature investigated. As a further contribution to this kind of investigation, the ternary interactions of dopamine with UO22+/Cd2+ and UO22+/Cu2+ were investigated at I = 0.15 mol dm−3 and T = 298.15K. These systems have different speciation models, with the MM’L and M2M’L2OH [M = UO22+; M’ = Cd2+ or Cu2+, L = dopamine] common species; the species of the mixed Cd2+ containing system have a higher stability with respect the Cu2+ containing one. The dependence on the ionic strength of complex formation constants was modelled by using both an extended Debye–Hückel equation that included the Van’t Hoff term for the calculation of the formation enthalpy change values and the Specific Ion Interaction Theory (SIT). The results highlighted that, in general, the entropy is the driving force of the process. The quantification of the effective sequestering ability of dopamine towards the studied cations was evaluated by using a Boltzmann-type equation and the calculation of pL0.5 parameter. The sequestering ability was quantified at different ionic strengths, temperatures and pHs, and this resulted, in general, that the pL0.5 trend was always: UO22+ > Cu2+ > Cd2+.

In this article, we report on the implementation of using the game Werewolf as a student-centered applied-learning activity to teach symbolic interaction theory and concepts. Engaging with symbolic interaction theory can be a powerful experience for students due to its potential to challenge taken-for-granted assumptions and analyze students’ everyday life experiences. However, some students may have difficulty grasping the specific details and overall significance underlying the perspective. Moreover, research has shown that undergraduate students often have significant levels of anxiety when confronted with sociological theory in both introductory and upper division theory courses. We aim to address recommendations to incorporate more active learning approaches to social theory by outlining an applied-learning activity based on the role-playing game Werewolf. In the article, we review Werewolf and provide a step-by-step guide on how to implement the activity in the classroom and summarize findings from student assessments and classroom evaluations.

This study aims to see if job involvement and transformational leadership have a significant impact on millennial employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The application may be different because the literature review by previous researchers hasn't yet established which idea models play a key role in influencing employee efficiency. This study is unique in that it is the first to look at the impact of job involvement and transformational leadership on the performance of millennial workers. Furthermore, using interaction theory as a knife of research, to measure the impact of job involvement and transformational leadership on millennial employee performance. The study was carried out at PT. Basirih Industrial. Using the survey criteria methodology, a total of 0 millennial workers (those born between 1980 and 1995) were included in the study. This study takes a quantitative approach to explanatory analysis. The data was gathered through an online questionnaire survey and was tallied using a Likert scale. After performing validity and reliability checks as well as classical assumption tests, the SPSS version 23 research tool was used to evaluate multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. According to online surveys, there were 0 millennial workers, with 0 dominating males accounting for 76 percent of the total, and 0 millennial female workers accounting for 23.9 percent. The results showed that job involvement and transformational leadership had a significant effect on the millennial performance of PT. Basirih Industrial, either partially or simultaneously. All hypotheses can be proved.

This study explores learners' perceptions of and experiences in a flipped-blended Chinese-as-a-Foreign-Language (CFL) course. Based upon dynamic complex system and social interaction theory for language learning as well as on instructional design approaches, this study examines the seamless integration between the online and face-to-face (FTF) components. Twenty-three first-semester CFL learners participated in the study. Data were collected via student surveys and a semi-formal focus group interview. The findings show that students' perceptions are highly positive and that the seamless integration of the two modes is beneficial and conducive to meeting the learning outcomes. The students also pointed out weaknesses of the design, such as the length of the videos, the need for more interesting writing tasks in the FTF meetings, and the lack of immediate help during the video watching process.

With the existence of Covid 19, the business of growing drinks and food is hampered. This makes business people at the beverage shop experience a loss. Therefore, business people must see how to plan in doing marketing properly in order to overcome this and produce good results. Marketing communication can be done in various media. The development of technology today makes it easy and fast for people to get what they are looking for, especially for business people, this is very important and there are no longer obstacles for them to do marketing of their products. In this marketing research, symbolic interaction and communication become interrelated so that one another must work together to facilitate marketing communication. This study uses symbolic interaction theory and the concept of marketing communication. The approach used in this research is qualitative research with a case study strategy. The data was collected by using in-depth interviews, documentation and direct observation. In this study, interactions occur in longtang marketing products because of the interaction and planning of marketing communications that are able to reach consumers to buy.Dengan adanya covid 19 ini, bisnis pertumbuhan minuman dan makanan menjadi terhambat. Hal ini membuat pelaku bisnis pada kedai minuman mengalami kerugian. Maka dari itu, pelaku bisnis harus melihat bagaimana perencanaan dalam melakukan pemasaran dengan benar agar dapat mengatasi hal tersebut dan memberikan hasil yang baik. Komunikasi pemasaran dapat dilakukan dalam berbagai media. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi yang ada di jaman sekarang, membuat masyarakat menjadi mudah dan cepat untuk mendapatkan sesuatu yang dicari, apalagi bagi pelaku bisnis hal tersebut sangatlah penting dan sudah tidak ada lagi penghambat bagi mereka untuk melakukan pemasaran terhadap produk yang dimiliki. Dalam penelitian pemasaran ini, interaksi simbolik dan komunikasi menjadi saling berkaitan sehingga satu dengan yang lainnya harus saling bekerja sama untuk memperlancar komunikasi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik dan konsep komunikasi pemasaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan observasi langsung. Dalam penelitian ini terjadi interaksi interaksi dalam produk pemasaran longtang karena adanya interaksi dan perencanaan komunikasi pemasaran yang mampu mengjangkau konsumen untuk membeli.
