This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on store image, the influence of service quality on repurchase intention, the influence of store image on repurchase intention, and the role of store image mediate the influence of service quality on repurchase intention in Carrefour Bali Province. Repurchase intention is one of the company's goals because the repurchae intention is the action of the consumer to be faithful to the company. This research was conducted in the area of ??Bali Province using 100 respondents. Data collection method used is purposive sampling method with path analysis technique. The results showed that service quality had positive and significant effect to store image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. The store image has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. Store image as a variable of mediation have an indirectly significant influence to repurchase intention through service quality variable.

It has been found that the quality of oocytes from obese women has been compromised and subsequent embryos displayed arrested development. The compromised quality may be either due to the poor or rich metabolic conditions such as imbalance or excession of lipids during oocyte development. Generally, lipids are mainly stored in the form of lipid droplets and are an important source of energy metabolism. Similarly, lipids are also essential signaling molecules involved in various biological cascades of oocyte maturation, growth and oocyte competence acquisition. To understand the role of lipids in controlling the oocyte development, we have comprehensively and concisely reviewed the literature and described the role of lipid metabolism in oocyte quality and maturation. Moreover, we have also presented a simplified model of fatty acid metabolism along with its implication on determining the oocyte quality and cryopreservation for fertilization.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to assess multidimensional body image concerns in a sample of obese women seeking bariatric surgery at an outpatient hospital clinic in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Design/methodology/approach – A sample of obese adult women seeking bariatric surgery at an outpatient medical clinic in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada (n=148) completed various self-report measures of body image concerns, including body image dysphoria, body image quality of life, body image investment, and appearance satisfaction. Participant scores were compared to normative data. Correlations between body image concern measures and body mass index (BMI) were examined. Findings – Participants endorsed more body image dysphoria, more negative body image quality of life, and less appearance satisfaction than normative samples. BMI was not correlated with body image concern scores. Practical implications – Interventions aimed at reducing body image disturbance in obese women should target multiple components of body image concern. Decisions about who should receive interventions should not be based on BMI status. Originality/value – The majority of research on body image concerns focuses exclusively on evaluative constructs such as body image dissatisfaction. The current study examined affective, cognitive, and behavioural body image constructs. A better understanding of the multidimensional nature of body image concerns in obese women seeking bariatric surgery informs the development of effective, targeted interventions.

In the observation of a thick specimen by means of a transmission electron microscope, the intensity of electrons passing through the objective lens aperture is greatly reduced. So that the image is almost invisible. In addition to this fact, it have been reported that a chromatic aberration causes the deterioration of the image contrast rather than that of the resolution. The scanning electron microscope is, however, capable of electrically amplifying the signal of the decreasing intensity, and also free from a chromatic aberration so that the deterioration of the image contrast due to the aberration can be prevented. The electrical improvement of the image quality can be carried out by using the fascionating features of the SEM, that is, the amplification of a weak in-put signal forming the image and the descriminating action of the heigh level signal of the background. This paper reports some of the experimental results about the thickness dependence of the observability and quality of the image in the case of the transmission SEM.

This article introduces Cognitive Health Counseling 40+ (CH.CO40+), an individualized intervention that is conceptually based on the orchestration model of quality-of-life management ( Martin & Kliegel, 2010 ) and aims at improving satisfaction with cognitive health in adults aged 40 years and older. We describe the theoretically deduced characteristics of CH.CO40+, its target group, its multifactorial nature, its individualization, the application of subjective and objective measures, the role of participants as agents of change, and the rationale for choosing participants’ satisfaction with their cognitive health as main outcome variable. A pilot phase with 15 middle-aged and six older adults suggests that CH.CO40+ attracts, and may be particularly suitable for, subjective memory complainers. Implications of the pilot data for the further development of the intervention are discussed.
