The need to keep a close alignment with the market environment in permanent change implies the high dynamics of the organizations’ structure reconfigurability, introducing a new concept of dynamically reconfigurable global networked structures, traduced by the agile/virtual enterprise (A/VE) organizational model. In the BM_virtual enterprise architecture reference model, Putnik (2001) presents “fast adaptability” or “fast reconfigurability” as the main enabler of business alignment and the main requirement for competitiveness.

Abstract - A school library is a place which serves many things for student and academic civitas needing. The Existence of school library is something important in the school environment to fulfill all of needs and interests which can be got from the the library, so the concept of library needs a new concept which can give more benefits from its existence. The concept of enterprise Architecture Planning is able to arrange a layout to realize a new concept for existencing a library,such as The information system integration for a library. In this Research.the researcher makes enterprise architecture to integrate the information system of school library such as : in SMUN 1 Tasikmalaya, SMU SIliwangi Tasikmalaya,SMK MJPS Tasikmalaya, SMK Bina Lestari PUI Tasikmalaya. Based on the business process which is run by every library, EAP can show a blueprint for the architecture of integration library information system which involves business architecture, application architecture, information architecture and technology architecture. Abstrak - Perpustakaan sekolah adalah tempat yang menyajikan banyak hal untuk mahasiswa dan membutuhkan civitas akademik. Keberadaan perpustakaan sekolah adalah sesuatu yang penting dalam lingkungan sekolah memenuhi semua kebutuhan dan kepentingan yang dapat dapatkan dari Perpustakaan, sehingga konsep Perpustakaan kebutuhan sebuah konsep baru yang dapat memberikan manfaat lebih dari keberadaannya. Konsep arsitektur perencanaan perusahaan ini mampu mengatur sebuah layout untuk mewujudkan sebuah konsep baru untuk existencing sebuah perpustakaan, seperti informasi sistem integrasi untuk Perpustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti membuat arsitektur perusahaan untuk mengintegrasikan sistem informasi perpustakaan sekolah seperti: di SMUN 1 Tasikmalaya SMU Siliwangi Tasikmalaya, SMK MJPS Tasikmalaya, SMK Bina Lestari PUI Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan proses bisnis yang dijalankan oleh setiap Perpustakaan, EAP dapat menunjukkan cetak biru untuk arsitektur integrasi sistem informasi perpustakaan yang melibatkan arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur informasi dan teknologi arsitektur Kata Kunci: Perusahaan, Perusahaan Arsitektur, Integrasi Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan, SIPT.

It is more efficient to store messages as-is or with minimal modification than it is to develop a new (typically relational) schema to re-map and store the data in the messages. Yet, persistent models and message models have different needs, so naïve message persistence may not be ideal. We review the approach used in two enterprise integration efforts where XML message formats are directly or nearly-directly used to persist data and enable functions in the enterprise, avoiding costly and fragile mapping layers and the associated impedance mismatch. We also make the general case that the message model is more critical to enterprise architecture (as distinct from system architecture) and should therefore be preeminent during enterprise design. Actual integration efforts on the HealthCare.gov Data Services Hub and a large insurance provider are discussed, and simplified, non-proprietary example documents are used to illustrate the concepts concretely. We also review and define the Data Hub pattern for integrating data in the service of real-time, transactional loads that support service oriented communication across systems via messages. The architectural implications of sharing message and persistent document structures, rather than using a separate persistence model, is far-reaching and affects multiple layers or “tiers” in the overall architecture. The extent of this change illustrates that NoSQL technology, which can store message-like persistent forms, drives a fundamentally different architectural approach rather than merely being another persistence option.

Current enterprise architecture frameworks are inherently committed to the process paradigm by separating the data and application architectures. The N-tier architectural style is a good match to those methods, since it is based on the same separation principle. However, the process paradigm does not satisfy the information hiding and low semantic gap principles heralded by the object-oriented paradigm. This chapter presents an enterprise architecture framework that emphasizes the motivations (stemming from the business), the ends (expectations, what the business needs to achieve), and the means (what is needed to accomplish the ends), as the basis for a method to develop architectures better prepared for changes, either due to maintenance, adaptation, or enterprise integration and interoperability. The main tenets are to refine the ends into goals and objectives, increasing the level of concreteness as much as possible before delving into the design, and to adopt the service paradigm, for which a tierless architectural style is a more suitable match.

With the development of technology today, it is very important for every company to plan and develop a system to support business processes in each company. Achieving the goals of an enterprise faces challenges and changes that require strategies for effective measures and efficient use of resources. One important and increasingly widely used strategy is the use and improvement of information system support for the enterprise. This plan can utilize enterprise architecture planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and the direction of its implementation plan for the enterprise.CV Biensi Fesyenindo is engaged in retail garment, with branches throughout Indonesia, covering the areas of Kalimantan, Sulawesai, NTB, NTT, Bali, Java and Sumatra. In their daily activities, they carry out production to distribution processes to meet market and employee needs.The enterprise architecture model used in this study is by using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a process of defining enterprise architecture that focuses on data architecture, applications and technology in supporting business and plans to implement the architecture, where the EAP method has several stages, starting from planning in planning, business modeling , Current System and Technology (Current System & Technology), Data Architecture (Data Architecture), Application Architecture (Applications Architecture), Technology Architecture (Technology Architecture), Implementation Plans (Implementation Plans).The results of this study are recommendations for information systems for Fesyenindo Biensi CV in the form of enterprise architecture planing blue print planning that is successful in defining 5 main business processes, which consist of application architecture data architecture and for technological architecture to produce technology architecture proposals divided into 5 chapters 110 pages .

Teknologi Informasi (TI) serta Sistem Informasi (SI) saat ini wajib ada dalam menunjang sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Arsitektur yang baik beserta dokumentasinya yang sesuai memungkinkan kemudahan pemeliharaan agar sistem tidak menjadi usang. Dalam  hal  ini  arsitektur  TI didefinisikan  sebagai framework yang  terintegrasi  untuk  mengembangkan  atau memelihara  TI  yang  ada  dan  memperoleh  TI  yang  baru  untuk  mencapai  tujuan strategis organisasi. The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF): Kuat pada Aspek Arsitektur Bisnis dan Arsitektur Teknis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan TOGAF ADM mulai dari fase pendahuluan, kebutuhan manajemen, visi arsitektur, bisnis arsitektur, arsitektur system informasi, arsitektur teknologi,serta solusi dan peluang. Menetapkan 3 prinsip pengembangan arsitektur informasi teknologi adaptif pada Universitas Bina Insan. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis single sign on (sso) untuk intergrasi antar system. Merupakan sebuah hasil dari penelitian ini yang dapat menghasilkan sebuah rancangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang berifat adaftip dengan konsep yang di adopsi berupa teknologi virtualisasi server, serta pemanfaatan proses bisnis mampu berjalan efisien, efektif serta sesuai yang diinginkan manajemen.

The City

Semarang City Public Works Department is a state-owned enterprise that works in the area of public services in the city of Semarang. Most of the technological conditions in the Public Works Department are still in manual data management, which is hampering business processes from going well. Therefore this research was conducted to design an Information System at the Semarang City Public Works Department using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method which includes a SWOT analysis and Value Chain analysis. The existing framework in the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method can help align the data architecture and application architecture to get the expected results, which is achieving the business objectives of the City of Semarang Public Works Department so that business functions can run by the desired business processes. This research resulted in several proposals for the development of Information Systems and Information Technology in organizations including the development of several applications in the next 5 years.

AbstrakManajemen aset merupakan hal terpenting dalam perusahaan. Proses manajemen aset yang tepat, dapat membuat aset yang dimiliki perusahaan lebih optimal. Dalam penelitian ini, Penulis membahas perancangan Enterprise Architecture (EA) manajemen aset yang dimiliki oleh PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PT PJB) dengan Zachman Framework. Ada 7 (tujuh) tahapan yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam manajemen aset yaitu tahapan pengumpulan data, inisialisasi perencanaan, melihat kondisi perusahaan, menganalisis hasil kondisi enterprise, membuat perencanaan arsitektur, membuat rencana implementasi, dan membuat portofolio aplikasi. Hasil penelitian adalah evaluasi blueprint arsitektur untuk diimplementasikan pada beberapa tahun di masa mendatang.Kata kunci: Enterprise Architecture Planning, manajemen aset, Zachman Frameworks. AbstractAsset management is a cornerstone for any business organisations. Proper asset management process can make a company's assets more optimal. This paper discusses the design of enterprise architecture of management assets owned by PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali with Zachman Framework. There are 7 stages in asset management, i.e. data collection, initialization planning, Observing the existing condition of enterprise, analyze the results of the condition of enterprise companies, create architectural planning, create implementation planning, and create application portfolio. Dalam mendukung program pemerintah yaitu Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat (Disparbud KBB) khususnya pada fungsi Kepegawaian Umum dan Bina Budaya diupayakan dapat menyelaraskan antara layanan bisnis dan layanan teknologi informasi dalam melakukan perubahan dari segi layanan internal maupun publik dalam mengembangkan potensi kebudayaan dan pariwisata untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Enterprise Architecture (EA) menjadi jawaban sebagai pengembangan rancangan dokumentasi blueprint TI. Perancangan EA pada penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan sistem melalui Phase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architecture & Application Architecture). Metode analisis dokumen, wawancara dan observasi dilakukan dalam menunjang pencaharian kebutuhan informasi organisasi selama pengembangan EA. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan berupa solusi integrase proses data dan aplikasi melalui teknologi Government Service Bus (GSB).
