AbstrakManajemen aset merupakan hal terpenting dalam perusahaan. Proses manajemen aset yang tepat, dapat membuat aset yang dimiliki perusahaan lebih optimal. Dalam penelitian ini, Penulis membahas perancangan Enterprise Architecture (EA) manajemen aset yang dimiliki oleh PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PT PJB) dengan Zachman Framework. Ada 7 (tujuh) tahapan yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam manajemen aset yaitu tahapan pengumpulan data, inisialisasi perencanaan, melihat kondisi perusahaan, menganalisis hasil kondisi enterprise, membuat perencanaan arsitektur, membuat rencana implementasi, dan membuat portofolio aplikasi. Hasil penelitian adalah evaluasi blueprint arsitektur untuk diimplementasikan pada beberapa tahun di masa mendatang.Kata kunci: Enterprise Architecture Planning, manajemen aset, Zachman Frameworks. AbstractAsset management is a cornerstone for any business organisations. Proper asset management process can make a company's assets more optimal. This paper discusses the design of enterprise architecture of management assets owned by PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali with Zachman Framework. There are 7 stages in asset management, i.e. data collection, initialization planning, Observing the existing condition of enterprise, analyze the results of the condition of enterprise companies, create architectural planning, create implementation planning, and create application portfolio. The results of this reseach is evaluation of architectural blueprint to be implemented for several years in the future.Keywords: Asset management, Enterprise Architecture Planning, Zachman Framework.

Abstrak— Aset adalah hal penting yang dimiliki oleh setiap perusahaan atau organisasi. Proses manajemen aset yang dilakukan dengan tepat akan membuat aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan atau organisasi lebih optimal. Karena proses manajemen aset belum terlaksana dengan maksimal, maka pada penelitian ini direncanakan sebuah arsitektur enterprise untuk proses manajemen aset untuk kelompok perusahaan PT. Musdalifah Group dengan kerangka kerja Zachman melalui tujuh tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data terkait manajemen aset perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai acuan perencanaan. Tahap kedua adalah inisialisasi perencanaan yang menghasilkan rencana kerja arsitektur perusahaan sesuai ruang lingkup dan kondisi perusahaan. Tahap ketiga, meninjau kondisi enterprise saat ini perusahaan, dengan hasil tinjauan model proses bisnis dan katalog sumber daya perusahaan terkait manajemen aset. Tahap keempat adalah analisis hasil tinjauan enterprise dengan analisis SWOT, sehingga dapat dihasilkan 5 rencana proses bisnis serta usulan sistem dan teknologi terintegrasi. Tahap kelima melakukan perencanaan arsitektur enterprise yaitu arsitektur data dengan hasil 34 kandidat entitas data, arsitektur aplikasi yang menghasilkan 9 kandidat aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi dengan hasil 3 kandidat perangkat keras dan platform aplikasi yang terintegrasi. Sedangkan tahap terakhir, perencanaan implementasi hasil penelitian yaitu, rencana pemenuhan komponen, rencana migrasi, dan evaluasi dampak arsitektur. Evaluasi dari hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa cetak biru arsitektur dapat diterima oleh perusahaan dan dipertimbangkan untuk diimplementasikan beberapa tahun kedepan.Kata Kunci—Perencanaan Arsitektur Perusahaan, Kerangka Kerja Zachman, Manajemen Aset.Abstract— Asset is an important thing that owned by any company or organization. Asset management process aims to manage an organization’s assets optimally. Because of the asset management process has not been implemented maximally, so in this study planned an enterprise architecture for the process of asset management for the group of companies PT. Musdalifah Group using Zachman framework through seven phases. The first phase, data collection, and the results is relevant information of company’s asset management as a design reference. The second phase, planning initialization, generates enterprise architecture work plan according to the scope and conditions of the company. The third phase, reviewing the company's current enterprise conditions, the results of the review are models of business processes and enterprise resource catalog of related asset management. The fourth phase, results review analysis of enterprise with SWOT analysis, so it can produce 5 plan and proposed business processes and technology systems terintegrasi. The fifth phase, enterprise architecture planning of data architecture with the results are 37 data entities candidates, application architecture which produces 9 applications candidate, and technology architecture with the results are 3 hardware and application platform candidates. The last phase, planning the implementation of the research’s result, plan fulfillment component, the migration plan, and evaluating the impact of architecture. Evaluation of the result of research is describing that the architectural blueprints can be received by the company and considered to be implemented next few years.Keywords— Enterprise Architecture Planning, Zachman Framework, Asset Management.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to describe management related to asset management in places of worship. The object of research is the garden assets. This research was conducted at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Mosque in Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Number of informants, namely 1. Deputy chairman of takmir 2. Garden employees. In general, it can be concluded that the Baitul Hakam Mosque is a typical office mosque because it is located in the Pelindo office area. Garden management activities at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya Mosque are also running or in accordance with existing theories and realities. Namely applying management elements which include Man (human), Money (money), Materials (objects), Machines (machines / tools), Methods (ways), and Markets (markets). Takmir Baitul Hakam Mosque has also carried out functions in the management process which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In addition, it can also be seen that the work system implemented by the Baitul Hakam Takmir Mosque such as a finger scan every entry and return, various rewards and punishments for employees can also make the park management activities at Baitul Hakam Mosque run well.ABSTRAKTujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan terkait Manajemen Pengelolaan aset pada tempat ibadah. Objek penelitian ada pada aset pertamanan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informan, yaitu 1. Wakil ketua takmir 2. Pegawai taman. Secara umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Masjid Baitul Hakam adalah tipikal masjid perkantoran dikarenakan letaknya di area perkantoran Pelindo. Kegiatan manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya juga berjalan atau ada kesesuaian dengan teori dan realitas yang ada. Yaitu menerapkan unsur-unsur manajemen yang di antaranya Man (manusia), Money (uang), Materials (benda), Machines (mesin/alat), Methods (cara), dan Markets (pasar). Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam juga telah menjalankan fungsi-fungsi di dalam proses manajemen yang diantaranya adalah perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), penggerakan (actuating), dan pengawaasan (controlling). Selain itu juga dapat diketahui bahwa sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam seperti finger scan setiap masuk dan pulang, berbagai reward dan punishment bagi para pegawai juga dapat membuat aktivitas manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam berjalan dengan baik.

Sebagai perusahaan, PDAM bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan. Proses pelayanan pelanggan mencakup registrasi pelanggan, pencatatan angka meter, pengaduan pelanggan, pengajuan perubahan pelanggan, pembayaran rekening, monitoring jaringan pipa, pemeliharaan meter air sampai monitoring penerimaan dan tunggakan. Karena pertukaran data melibatkan bagian-bagian yang ada, maka perlu dibangun suatu integrator services yang mengintegrasikan semua aplikasi dan data. Untuk realisasi pengembangan Customer Services Information System dalam skala enterprise, maka terlebih dahulu harus dirancang Enterprise Architecture berdasarkan proses bisnis yang dimiliki PDAM terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Zachman sebagai acuan perancangan karena memiliki berbagai perspektif, yaitu: planner, owner, designer, builder, implementer dan worker. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model Customer Services Information System yang terdiri dari front-office system dan back-office system.Kata kunci: Customer Services Information System, enterprise, architecture enterprise, services, kerangka kerja Zachman

Pengembangan sistem informasi memerlukan perencanaan untuk melengkapi arah strategi perguruan tinggi.Perencanaan dibangun dengan mendefinisikan arsitektur data, aplikasi dan teknologi dalam penggunaan informasi untuk mendukung business process kemudian perancangan arsitektur untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan membuat skema arsitektur pada Universitas. Pemodelan bisnis utama yang digambarkan pada penelitian ini dalam bentuk value chain memiliki aktivitas utamanya yaitu Penerimaan Mahasiswa, Operasional Akademik, dan Penglepasan Mahasiswa. Ruang lingkup enterprise architecture  planning untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ini meliputi bagian akademik. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam perancangan arsitektur enterprise Enterprise Architecture Planning dengan kerangka kerja zahman (Zachman Framework) yang mengacu baris pertama dan kedua yang merupakan perspektif perencana dan pemilik, serta tiga kolom pertama yaitu kolom data, fungsi dan jaringan. Hasil perancangan arsitektur enterprise berupa cetak biru sistem informasi untuk data, aplikasi dan teknologi.Cetak biru sistem informasi berguna sebagai landasan bagi pengembangan sistem informasi secara keseluruhan yang lebih baik dalam business process perguruan tinggi. Kata kunci: enterprise architecture planning, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, business process, value chain, pengembangan sistem informasi.

AbstractNazir has a central role in management and development of waqf assets. A nazir’s method of managing waqf assets will decide the quality and quantity of the use of waqf assets, so that the existence of a professional work team will make the waqf assets more developed and productive. The purpose of this study was to determine the professionalism of waqf nazir by analyzing the management of productive waqf in the Daarut Tauhiid Bandung waqf institution. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing productive waqf management from three aspects, namely nazir, waqf assets, and finance at the Daarut Tauhiid waqf institution. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used interactive model analysis by Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study indicate that productive waqf management at the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf Institution, which is reflected in three aspects, namely nazir, asset management, and financial reporting has gone well. This is supported by professional and competent nazirs in managing and developing waqf assets productively through collaboration with various parties; as well as management of waqf finances in a transparent and accountable manner through reporting to BWI, the community and waqif. AbstrakNazir memiliki peran sentral dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan aset wakaf. Cara nazir dalam memperlakukan aset wakaf akan menentukan kualitas dan kuantitas pemanfaatan aset wakaf, sehingga keberadaan tim kerja yang profesional menjadikan aset wakaf akan semakin berkembang dan produktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profesionalitas nazir wakaf dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif dari tiga aspek, yaitu nazir, aset wakaf, dan keuangan di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen wakaf produktif di Lembaga Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid yang direfleksikan melalui tiga aspek yaitu nazir, pengelolaan aset, dan pelaporan keuangan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini didukung oleh para nazir yang profesional dan kompeten dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan aset wakaf secara produktif melalui kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, dan juga pengelolaan keuangan wakaf secara transparan dan akuntabel melalui pelaporan kepada BWI, masyarakat dan waqif.

The purpose of the study to determine the most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees in Department of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA ) Bengkulu City . Data collection method used in the study was a questionnaire method , while the method of analysis using a Likert scale , and the rating scale . By the five factors that affect the performance of employees in Department of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management ( DPPKA ) Bengkulu city , four factors are personal factors, team factors, systems factors, and contextual factors got the perception of respondents agreed criteria, means that four factors affect the performance of employees . While one factor got the strongly agree perception is leadership factors, that greatly affect employee performance leader . The most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees inDepartment of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA) Bengkulu is leadership factors , because they have an important role in nurturing , supportive.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to analyze the balanced scorecard (BSC) for measuring the competitive advantage of infrastructure assets of state-owned port in Indonesia: Pelindo IV, Makassar, Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach This investigation adopts an explanatory and exploratory qualitative case study method to analyze the effectiveness of the BSC over the strategy management processes. For data collection, the researchers used semi-structured interviews, direct observation and document collection. Data collection was made for a six-month period, which allowed deep knowledge to be gained of the culture and management methods used in Pelindo IV Makassar Branch. Other data collected refer to the company’s documentation and reporting of online media publications. Detailed interview data were the main data sources, allowing the authors to obtain a detailed and holistic understanding of the experience, opinions, and attitudes of the interviewees. Interviews focus on asset management to determine the relationship between various factors. This study adopts an ideal BSC principle (four perspectives) in order to develop a strategic map for infrastructure assets of Pelindo IV. Findings The results showed that the management performance of Pelindo IV in the financial sector over the next five years was expected to increase by 3.5 times with the business profit reaching an amount of Rp.1.64 trillium in 2017. In the next five years, the target of the customer’s perspective set was zero complaints and zero claim with waiting time meeting the ideal standard, which is a maximum of one-hour service, and the number of containers were expected to witness an average growth of 30 percent per year; the growth ship traffic visit history showed that the flow of goods increased by 4 percent and the number of passengers was targeted to grow up to 30 percent. A historical growth rate of 6 percent was also expected both for the human resources and personnel scout. Originality/value In this paper, the Sobel test was used to test the significance of a mediation effect and balanced scorecard was used for measuring competitive advantage of infrastructure assets of state-owned ports in Indonesia. Previously, no research has been undertaken to examine the relationship between the location of the study and competitive advantage of infrastructure assets in the context of PELINDO IV, Makassar branch, Indonesia.

The Covid-19 pandemic necessitates a rapid change to the digital age. Currently, the Directorate General of Treasury continues to make policies that refer to the principles of E-government by developing the direction of transactions that occur in the government. One of them is the launch of SAKTI, which has been specifically designed to simplify and speed up the financial management process from planning to budget accountability, which consists of nine modules integrated into one database (single database) within the scope of the work unit. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection is done by interviewing parties related to the use of the SAKTI application and observations at KPPN Palembang. This research is expected to provide an overview of the implementation of SAKTI at KPPN Palembang. The result of this research is that the Expenditure Treasurer of KPPN Palembang as the operator of the Treasurer Module has implemented the SAKTI Treasurer Module properly according to the laws and regulations and does not mix with SILABI. Since the use of SAKTI desktop, switching to SAKTI Web has made it easier for treasurers to administer the money they manage online. However, the development of increasingly sophisticated technology must be a challenge and motivation in developing SAKTI. In addition, the quality and competence operator SAKTI is also very important and necessary in achieving the successful implementation of SAKTI.
