The friction conditions when cutting fiber-reinforced polymers are significantly influenced by the shape of the tool cutting surface. Hence, different strip drawing tests were carried out at a 5 MPa surface pressure to investigate the behavior of unidirectional CFRP with different test tool surface preparations. The tool surfaces were ground and blasted. The created surface topographies are characterized by particular parameters of roughness and function which affect the sliding friction of the CFRP / tool pair.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on employment, namely capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, and wages. Empirical data is presented to prove that the role of small and medium enterprises on employment is influenced by capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, and wages. Multiple regression analysis through the SPSS program was used as a research test tool. The research data was obtained from SMEs businesses, Central Bureau of Statistics and the SMEs Office to test scientifically whether capital, sales volume, type of business, duration of business, and wages affect employment. Research results show that the duration of the business influences the absorption of labor while capital, sales volume, type of business, and wages do not affect employment. Keywords: SMEs, capital, sales volume, type of business, length of business, wages

Various problems of migrant workers and their alleged different coverage on various media are the background of this research. This study focused on 131 news items on migrant workers' issues in Saudi Arabia in the online newspapers Detikcom and Sabq.org, with details of Detikcom 64 news and Sabq.org 67 as samples, with the aim of finding out how Detikcom and Sabq.org cover Indonesian migrant workers in Saudi Arabia and the difference in coverage of both. The content analysis method was chosen as an analysis tool with Codingsheet as a data collection technique and chi-square as a different test tool. The findings of this study are that there is uniformity of coverage on news about migrant workers in Saudi Arabia at Detikcom and Sabq.org with several categories of significant differences.

Every worker lift burden differently due to physical condition and age of the workers so the researchers wanted to see whether there was a correlation between the  amount of weight lifted with the level of fatigue of the workers. The research purposes was to identify the correlation be- tween the amount of weight lifted and the level of fatigue in workers in the warehouse Bulog Dasan Cermen Mataram 2015. This research was analytic survey research, Cross Sectional want to raise the amount of weight lifted relationship with the level of fatigue of the worker carried out once the observations within a specified period or one time. The study population was all worker of Bulog Warehouse as many as 35 people. Based on the test tool Pearson Chi-Square was obtained was obtained p = 0.005 <a 0.05 (significant). The total Weight Appointed With Fatigue Level Workers In Bulog Warehouse At Dasan Cermen Mataram had significant correlation. With the value of the odds ratio = 7.778, which meant someone who had a heavy burden had seven times greater risk of causing fatigue.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fixed asset management (land) belonging to the Jambi Provincial Government. A total of 46 sample respondents were taken in this study using purposive sampling method. Asset inventory, asset legal audit, asset valuation, and asset monitoring and control are the variables used in this study. From the results of the analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression test tool, it shows the results of an individual test that it is proven that asset inventory has a positive and significant effect on the optimality of fixed assets (land) which means that it matches the hypothesis, but individually legal audits of asset valuation, as well as asset monitoring and control not proven to have a positive and significant effect on the level of optimality of fixed assets (land) which means that it is not in accordance with the hypothesis, while the results simultaneously show that the four variables, namely asset inventory, asset legal audit, asset valuation, and asset monitoring and control, have a significant and positive effect. to the optimal level of fixed assets (land), the results are proven by the value of F-count > F-table.
