For economic entities, business partnerships are not based on individual competition or improving individual business processes, but on improving supply chains. When making management decisions, the question arises about the performance indicators of business processes both at the level of an economic entity and at the macro level. When assessing the effectiveness of supply chains, it is necessary to assess the costs arising in the course of financial and economic activities. The logistics component has a large share in the supply costs. A full accounting of logistics costs allows you to obtain reliable information for the analysis and development of measures to reduce them, which increases the efficiency of the entire economic activity of an economic entity. The article proposes a classification of logistics costs according to the degree of added value creation and dependence on the volume of production, including the allocation of transaction costs, which make up a significant share in the overall structure of logistics costs. The classification of logistics costs should be transformed depending on the organizational and legal form of the organization and the field of activity. The system of accounting for the logistics costs of economic entities should highlight them when implementing all logistics functions; study information about the most significant logistics costs and the nature of their occurrence; study the interdependencies of logistics costs throughout the entire supply chain. The developed system allows keeping separate accounting of logistics costs on a separate account, which makes it possible to control them. In modern conditions, organizations are faced with the need to integrate various types of accounting, including accounting, management and statistical. The algorithm for the implementation of this task includes four stages: development of a methodology for the integration of accounting, management and statistical accounting; formation of management accounting policies; development of data transformation regulations; selection of software for the automation of statistical, accounting and management accounting

Managing dependencies via coordination is an effective solution for the problems that arise from these interdependencies in supply chains. This can be practical via a set of methods called coordination mechanisms. Numerous coordination mechanisms have been discussed before in literature. This paper develops a new classification of these mechanisms on the basis of information technology (IT) impact on them. This classification proves the important role of IT in better coordinating supply chains and help managers distinguish between coordination mechanisms that are created and improved by information technology and thus lead them to have the best choice based on their infrastructures and organization type.

The article considers the conditions of the EAEU as a favorable environment for the supply and sales markets of domestic enterprises. The advantages of the EAEU for domestic enterprises, such as a unified transport infrastructure and document flow and the abolition of customs formalities, are highlighted. The characteristics of indicators of mutual trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the EAEU member States for 2018 and 2019 in general terms are given. The dynamics and the share of exports and imports of the EAEU in the total volume of export and import operations in the context of each member of the EAEU are considered. The commodity structure of Kazakhstan's import and export products with the EAEU countries is studied, where the main groups of commodity products are identified. The structure of export and import supplies in the context of the percentage ratio by product groups is determined to identify the main product groups of exports and imports to determine the properties and characteristics of supply chains. The general classification of supply chains for analyzing the properties and characteristics of the main commodity groups of exports and imports of Kazakhstan with the EAEU countries is given. Selected mineral products, which account for almost 40% of the total volume of exports to the countries and the EAEU, for which an analysis of the properties and characteristics of supply chains is provided.

The article reveals the issues of replacing spare serviceable devices (spare parts) for avionics objects for aircraft, discusses the organization and construction of supply chains, discusses the features of the functioning of avionics objects and their repair. The necessity of including blocks for modeling various scenarios of supply chains into the decision-making loop for the assembly and launch of spare devices is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the classification of methods for calculating spare parts, based on the theory of restoration processes. The graphs of the function of increasing the functioning of avionics objects, graphs of the reliability of objects and graphs of forecasting the number of deliveries are given. The article discusses the possibilities of organizing supplies and their unique features. The necessity of modeling various delivery options and the limited data obtained on the basis of standard parameters, which include the technical reliability of the parameters of specific devices, are proved. Key words: SPTA, avionics, instrument, supply chain, aviation instrument reliability.

Essence of the risk management model in supply chains of enterprises is investigated in the article. Classification of type risks faced by enterprises in construction of their own supply chains is considered. The SCRM model is analyzed as a supply chain management tool. Necessity to introduce a risk management algorithm at enterprise using modern technologies is substantiated. Structural elements and relationships of the supply chain risk management algorithm are identified. It is justified that one of the most effective tools for identifying and analyzing risks in supply chain is big data, which should include information about the participants (elements) of the supply chain; resources used by supply chain members and / or moving between its elements; logistics processes that occur at each stage of the supply chain. It is also established that the use of block chain technology will ensure the integrity, reliability and security of information, which will form the basis of big data risk management in the supply chain, and the effective functioning of the entire supply chain risk management system.

Abstract Logistics and supply chain management is a comparatively new scientific field which has been rapidly developing. Apart from the criterion of total logistics costs, that is used to evaluate the efficiency of supply chains, another criterion - total satisfaction of consumer needs - is being increasingly used for the same purpose. It can be explained by the transition to such new logistics concept as the sustainability of supply chains, which is characterized not only by flexibility, rate of response, strength, adaptability, but mostly by the reliability of functioning of the logistics system's elements. The paper presents critical analysis of the existing approaches to the formation of failure models in supply chains, the methodical approach and classification of failures for the key logistics functions (purchasing, order processing, transportation, storage, warehousing and materials handling) as well as some developed and improved failure models for a number of logistics functions and operations; there have been also given some examples of calculating the reliability indices for the elements of the supply chain.

For years the separation of carcinoma and sarcoma and the subclassification of sarcomas has been based on the appearance of the tumor cells and their microscopic growth pattern and information derived from certain histochemical and special stains. Although this method of study has produced good agreement among pathologists in the separation of carcinoma from sarcoma, it has given less uniform results in the subclassification of sarcomas. There remain examples of neoplasms of different histogenesis, the classification of which is questionable because of similar cytologic and growth patterns at the light microscopic level; i.e. amelanotic melanoma versus carcinoma and occasionally sarcoma, sarcomas with an epithelial pattern of growth simulating carcinoma, histologically similar mesenchymal tumors of different histogenesis (histiocytoma versus rhabdomyosarcoma, lytic osteogenic sarcoma versus rhabdomyosarcoma), and myxomatous mesenchymal tumors of diverse histogenesis (myxoid rhabdo and liposarcomas, cardiac myxoma, myxoid neurofibroma, etc.)
