Laser light beam transmit efficiency and accuracy in atmosphere channel is important parts in space laser communication system. The atmosphere channel effects to laser light beam mainly have two aspects, atmospheric attenuation and atmospheric turbulence. After doing related experiments, we figure that the speed of wind has little effect to atmospheric turbulence and the altitude is portional to structure parameter. And bad weather has much influence with energy transmission efficiency. In practical situation, we should consider two ways working at the same time refer to our conclusions.

Optimizing the transmission efficiency of data is becoming an indispensable job in voice radio communication system. IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) standardized Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), which categorize as a signaling protocol for management and maintenance of new multimedia IP-based services. Session setup delay is one of important index of it. In order to reduce SIP signaling delay, to begin with, we analyze and study the factors affecting the session setup delay from different points, and solve the problems in good ways. In the end of the article, we contrast five compression algorithms of SIP signaling.

Mobile ad hoc Network (MANET) and Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) communication are emerging techniques in modern communication system. MIMO and MANET have various applications in the wireless communication system. This paper presents a survey on recent advancement of MIMO implemented mobile ad hoc network. A review of more than 40 papers on MIMO communication based mobile ad hoc network and most of the related topics is presented in this work. This paper shows the significant contribution in the field of MIMO communication and mobile ad hoc network. Previous works in this domain can be categorized into four major areas: (a) Mathematical modeling of MIMO channel and Ad hoc networks, (b) Physical Scattering Model of MIMO channel considering fading (c) Spatial multiplexing (OFDM) technique with MIMO channel, (d) Analysis of transmission efficiency of packet radio network. The review paper establishes the advancement in these four areas as well as recent changes in advance communication and networking environments.

The purpose of this article is to outline a decision-making process and highlight which portions of the augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) evaluation process deserve special attention when deciding which features are required for a communication system in order to provide optimal benefit for the user. The clinician then will be able to use a feature-match approach as part of the decision-making process to determine whether mobile technology or a dedicated device is the best choice for communication. The term mobile technology will be used to describe off-the-shelf, commercially available, tablet-style devices like an iPhone®, iPod Touch®, iPad®, and Android® or Windows® tablet.

The critical need to identify children with hearing loss and provide treatment at the earliest possible age has become increasingly apparent in recent years (Northern & Downs, 1978). Reduction of the auditory signal during the critical language-learning period can severely limit the child's potential for developing a complete, effective communication system. Identification and treatment of children having handicapping conditions at an early age has gained impetus through the Handicapped Children's Early Education Program (HCEEP) projects funded by the Bureau of Education for the Handicapped (BEH).
