Communication games are crucial tools for investigating the limitations of physical theories. The communication complexity (CC) problem is a typical example, for which several distributed parties attempt to jointly calculate a given function with limited classical communications. In this work, we present a method to construct CC problems from Bell tests in a graph-theoretic way. Starting from an experimental compatibility graph and the corresponding Bell test function, a target function that encodes the information of each edge can be constructed; then, using this target function, we can construct a CC function, and by pre-sharing entangled states, its success probability exceeds that of the arbitrary classical strategy. The non-signaling protocol based on the Popescu–Rohrlich box is also discussed, and the success probability in this case reaches one.

The SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is an application and presentation layer signaling protocol used for initiating, continuing and terminating multimedia session for the end user. It gains much attention of the researchers because it is exposed to several threats and noticed challenging vulnerabilities from time to time. Consequently, the security of SIP is a crucial task and many efforts have been made by different researchers and tried to divert the attention towards its solution. But still, no one claims with conviction about a foolproof secure mechanism for SIP. As users extensively use SIP services, the mutual authentication and key agreement among the participants is an important issue. So, robust authentication and key agreement scheme are mandatory for enhancing security, legitimacy and better complexities. Therefore, we present an improved three-factor authentication scheme that caters all the weakness and known attacks in Mishra et al. scheme. The proposed scheme not only guarantees for security but performance can also be made lightweight. As performance and security contradict each other, the change in one inversely affects the other. The proposed scheme has been analyzed both formally using BAN (Burrows-Abadi-Needham) logic and ProVerif1.93 software verification toolkit, and informally using assumptions which show a delicate balance of security with performance.

Nowadays power consumption has the highest priority in designing high-performance electronics systems. The main purpose of this paper is to present a 16-bitKogge-Stone Adder where the low control operation is attained by the decrease of exchanging action. In this paper, we propose a method called Sense amplifier Lector based Half-Buffer (SALHB) by exemplifying Sense Amplifier Half Buffer (SAHB) with LECTOR algorithm to lessen leakage current in circuit structure. A 16-piece Kogge Stone Adder (KSA) is structured and actualized utilizing an asynchronous Quasi-Delay-Insensitive cell configuration approach known as the SALHB algorithm. Generally, SAHB is an asynchronous QDI configuration approach which applies 4-phase signaling protocol and sub-edge operation to obtain low control dissipation and rapid of operation. Additionally, LECTOR algorithm is applied to SAHB configuration approach through which leakage current can be decreased further to a great degree. A portion of the asynchronous QDI cell templates are Pre-charged Half-buffer(PCHB) and Autonomous signal validity Half-buffer(ASVHB), as both the templates, use completion detector circuits which lead to high power dissipation and large area overhead. SAHB design surpasses these drawbacks. But, SAHB has more leakage current. Hence, SALHB method was proposed to overcome the problem of high leakage current. In this paper, the performance of KSA is analyzed in terms of power, delay, energy, rise time, fall time, settle time, duty cyle, throughput and slew rate.

Session Initiation Protocol is an IP based application level signaling protocol. SIP employs request retransmission for enabling reliability over UDP transport. This research work proposes a Hybrid SIP System that integrates the congestion control techniques from the proposed Smart Reliable SIP and Overload control using Advanced Smart Priority (ASP) Queuing Strategy. The proposed system reduces retransmissions and queuing delays in SIP servers. Smart Reliable SIP (SRSIP) implements the modified Selective Repeat ARQ protocol for enabling reliability of SIP requests without violating the SIP core functionality. SRSIP reduces the number of retransmissions. ASP Queuing Strategy prioritizes the SIP requests based on the retransmissions. The proposed system reduces the queuing delays for request processing at the downstream server and the retransmissions over the network. The Hybrid models integrates the features of both Smart Reliable SIP and ASP queuing strategy resulting in a system with almost zero retransmissions and reduced queuing delay for request processing.

Improving voice quality over wireless communication becomes a demanding feature for social media apps like facebook, whatsapp and other communication channels. Voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) helps us to make quick telephone calls over the internet. It includes various mechanism which are signaling, controlling and transport layer. Over wireless links, packet loss and high transmission delay damage voice quality. Here VoIP quality will be measured by three main elements which are signaling protocol, audio codec and transport layer. To improve the overall voice quality, we need to combine these three elements properly to get the best score. Otherwise perceptual speech quality will not be the right tool to measure the voice quality. Here we will use Mean Opinion Score (MOS) for calculated jitter values and end to end delay. At the end, best combination of audio codec signaling protocol produced the quality speech.
