Abstract With the development of big data and the continuous advancement of education informatization, the single lecture-based classroom teaching model no longer meets the development requirements of the society for the development of talent education and training. Under the environment of big data technology, how to innovate teaching models and talent training models becomes the focus of the current classroom teaching reform. This article aims to study the design of the college English bisection classroom teaching system based on big data. On the basis of introducing the bisection classroom, the basic theory of teaching system design and the design principles of the bisection classroom teaching system, the theoretical analysis and top-level design of the system login module and the teaching system that adaptively integrates teaching resources according to the status of college students are carried out. Finally, an experimental test of the college English split-class teaching system based on big data has been carried out. The test results show that the system can realize the core of system management, teaching resource release and dynamic configuration.

The article discusses the implementation of big data in the educational process of higher education. The authors, analyzing a large amount of data, referring to the types of services provided by e-government, indicate that there are many pressing problems, many services are not yet automated. In order to improve the professional training of teachers of Computer Science of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, educational programs and courses have been developed 7M01514 — «Smart City technologies», «Big Data and cloud computing» and 7М01525 — «STEM-Education», «The Internet of Things and Intelligent Systems «on the theoretical and practical foundations of big data and introduced into the educational process. The arti-cle discusses several types of programs for teaching big data and analyzes data on the implementation of big data in some educational institutions. For the introduction and implementation of special courses in the educational process in the areas of magistracy in the educational program Computer Science, the curriculum, educational and methodological complex, digital educational resources are considered, as well as hardware and software that collects, stores, sorts big data, well as the introduction into the educational process of theoretical foundations and methods of using the developed technical and technological equipment.

In recent years, although the overall physical health of Chinese students has shown an upward trend, the substantial decline in student physical fitness has been basically curbed. Most of the physical health indicators of students are steadily improving, but there are still many problems that need to be vigilant. In order to solve the problem of the decline of the physical health of primary school students, it is very important to construct a teaching system based on big data and artificial intelligence to promote the physical health of primary school students. This article aims to study from the actual situation and find scientific and reasonable methods to improve the physical health of primary school students. This article uses the literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, and other research methods to analyze and study the current physical condition of the interviewed students and the actual influencing factors by taking students from 5 domestic primary schools as the research object. It is concluded that more than 90% of primary school students in Haidian District, Beijing, have good physique and physical development. The development level of strength and flexibility is gradually improved, but the speed and endurance quality are on the decline, especially the endurance quality of primary school boys has declined the most. Lack of good exercise habits, insufficient exercise time and exercise efficiency, and lack of appropriate exercise volume and necessary exercise intensity are currently the most important factors affecting the physical health of primary school students. The physical problems of primary school students are not caused by a single factor, but the result of multiple factors. This article puts forward a number of suggestions for the above situation and problems to be solved urgently.

Artificial intelligence is an innovative enterprise theme that combines computer science, physiology, science, and other disciplines, including expert programs, technical experiments, games, native language understanding, cognitive rehabilitation, robotics, engineering, recognition, and other fields. The breakthrough growth made the arrival of the era of big data have a fundamental impact on many traditional industries and has also promoted the transformation of teaching methods and methods in the field of education. In the traditional classroom, due to the limitations of teaching resources, teaching time, and location, students are basically passively accepted by the teacher, and the teaching form is single. This will improve in the age of big data with well-developed network message. Modern distance education uses advanced technology such as computer networks, multimedia, and artificial intelligence to build a virtual teaching environment based on the network. It breaks through the limitations of teachers, teaching materials, experimental equipment, and other resources that exist under the traditional teaching model. Using educational resources of the same scale can expand educational capabilities exponentially and at the same time overcomes the unified progress of traditional teaching methods, single teaching methods, and students’ dissatisfaction. The shortcomings of differences and personalities that are not reflected are conducive to the improvement of the quality of education. It is the original intention of education to offer students special study resources and to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning. To enhance the current learning environment, the article builds a personalized multimedia network teaching system based on big data and streaming media technology. By recording the teacher’s class process as a video and uploading it to the multimedia network teaching system, students can watch and download related videos online for learning and also communicate online. The system can also provide personalized and intelligent recommendations for students based on student learning habits. The system is developed based on intelligent multimedia method and has the characteristics of security and stability and has done some help for network teaching of educational institutions.
