Language talent education is an essential education in education, but today’s language talent education needs to be improved because of the influence of teaching methods and other factors. This paper puts forward an idea of sensor-assisted education. The sensor is connected to the computer to help improve the language ability and information acquisition ability of the educated by means of network sensing and try to intelligently classify the relevant languages in language education, so as to reduce the time for the educated to process information, so as to realize the matching between language and reception. At the same time, the research also found that the sensors based on computers and networks have the function of intelligently strengthening the language, and the meaning of expression is simpler and more accurate. By studying the improvement of the effect of language education based on computer and network sensors, this paper provides a reference for the application of network sensors in the future.

Abstract With the development of big data and the continuous advancement of education informatization, the single lecture-based classroom teaching model no longer meets the development requirements of the society for the development of talent education and training. Under the environment of big data technology, how to innovate teaching models and talent training models becomes the focus of the current classroom teaching reform. This article aims to study the design of the college English bisection classroom teaching system based on big data. On the basis of introducing the bisection classroom, the basic theory of teaching system design and the design principles of the bisection classroom teaching system, the theoretical analysis and top-level design of the system login module and the teaching system that adaptively integrates teaching resources according to the status of college students are carried out. Finally, an experimental test of the college English split-class teaching system based on big data has been carried out. The test results show that the system can realize the core of system management, teaching resource release and dynamic configuration.

A tehetségnevelés mára univerzálisan elterjedt eszközei a tehetséggondozó programok, illetve a vegyes tehetséggondozó tevékenységek (Gagné, 2018). Míg az előbbiek hosszú távú, a tanulók fejlesztését akár több életkori és fejlettségi szakaszon keresztül komplexen támogató tehetségnevelési tevékenységek, amelyek jellegzetesen egy vagy néhány alapvető tehetségpedagógiai alapkoncepció köré szerveződnek, az utóbbiak rövid távú, egy-egy kisebb téma vagy tevékenységelem köré épülő fejlesztések, amelyeket a tanulók tipikusan mozaikosan válogatnak össze maguknak. Jelen tanulmány a tehetséggondozó programokra fókuszál. A szerző négy területen mutat be két-két tehetséggondozó programot, a vezetői tehetség fejlesztésére, a közoktatási és felsőoktatási tehetségnevelésre, az offline és online tehetséggondozásra, valamint a kisebbségi tanulók tehetséggondozására hozva példákat. Noha a cikk egyik példája azt mutatja meg, milyen változások történnek a tehetséggondozásban a globalizáció hatására, ahogyan azt manapság értjük, általában is az mondható, hogy a mai tehetséggondozás nemzetközi szinten az egyre globálisabbá válás irányába igyekszik haladni: arra törekszik, hogy egyetlen potenciális tehetségterület, egyetlen megfelelő tehetségazonosítási lehetőség, egyetlen oda való személy, egyetlen társadalmi csoport, egyetlen képzési lehetőség se maradjon ki a tehetséggondozás lehetőségeiből, elvetve a korábbi, nem kevéssé elitista irányvonalak számos jellemzőjét. Az új fejleményeket elemezve a tanulmány végén a szerző megfogalmazza azt a véleményét, miszerint a tehetséggondozás terén lezajló jelenlegi gyors fejlődés után a mesterséges intelligencia megjelenése hoz majd igazán kopernikuszi fordulatot a tehetséggondozásban.According to Gagné (2018), talent development programs and mixed talent development activities (provisions) are universally used tools in talent education. While the former are long-term talent development activities that comprehensively support the development of learners through several age and developmental stages, typically organized around one or a few basic concepts in talent development, the latter are short-term developmental activities, based on a smaller theme or activity element, and they are mosaically selected by the students. The present study focuses on talent development programs. The author presents two-two talent development programs in each of four areas, giving examples of leadership talent development, public and higher education talent education, offline and online talent management, and talent management for minority students. Although one example of the article shows the changes that are taking place in talent management as a result of globalization, as we understand it today, it can be said in general that today’s talent management is moving towards becoming increasingly global at the international level: no suitable opportunity for talent identification, no person there, no social group, no training opportunity should be left out of the possibilities of talent management, rejecting many features of the previous, rather elitist lines. Analyzing the new developments, at the end of the study, the author formulates his opinion that after the current rapid development in the field of talent management, the emergence of artificial intelligence will bring a truly Copernican turn in talent management.

Shuangchuang talents refer to talents with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial abilities. This is also the main goal of training talents for education and teaching in my country’s higher education institutions. In the process of training and teaching innovative and entrepreneurial talents, there are problems such as imperfect training facilities and insufficient teachers, which have seriously affected the training of innovative talents in universities. The rise of VR technology has provided a new way for the training of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, which not only greatly eases the resource input of talent education in colleges and universities, but also effectively improves the efficiency of talent training. This article conducts detailed research on the application of VR technology in talent education and training from multiple perspectives.

In order to enrich the training modes for internationalized and innovative talents, universities from China, Japan and Korea have cooperated each other since 2012, and established a consortium named Innovative Research & Education of Asia (IRE). The consortium proposed the “student-centered, innovation-oriented and multiple cooperation” teaching concept. To achieve the objective of innovation talent education, an international interdisciplinary teaching team has been formed and three international innovation engineering education projects have been created. Furthermore, an international collaborative training system for innovation talents has been designed. Up to now, more than 20 colleges and universities joins the IRE consortium and 2000 Asian students participated in the training system. The successful cases demonstrate that the proposed teaching system is effective and has become a famous example of interdisciplinary engineering innovation education for talents.

It is of great significance to strengthen college students' practice ability. Practice training will effectively combine theory and practice which will help college students better understand and adapt the society. Practice ability cultivating is also the goal of college talent education. In this paper, it started with the connotation of practice ability and analyzed the current main problems existing in practice ability cultivating in applied colleges. According to the practice of practice ability cultivation in South China Business College, it puts forward several suggestions: Based on the motivation of talent cultivation, it is concluded that the tutors and students should realize the importance of practice ability, applied colleges should work hard at attracting high-level qualified faculty, establish the standard of practice teaching system, and set up a college-enterprise bridge by establishing a college-enterprise cooperation committee.
