The article deals with the actual problem of organizing additional specialized education of students in a general educational organization, which is an urgent problem. The purpose of organizing additional specialized education is not only the development of intellectual and creative abilities, subject, meta-subject and personal results of students, but also their vocational guidance and assistance in professional self-determination. The importance of vocational guidance work is emphasized in many federal state documents, in particular in the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" dated December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ, Federal State Educational Standards of General Education, the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation for the Period up to 2025, An exemplary education program, including the module "Career guidance", etc., as well as in the speeches of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. This article will allow the general education organization to build a system of additional specialized education for students, taking into account the peculiarities of the educational environment of the school. The organization of additional specialized education is a certain difficulty, however, the experience of such work is in one of the schools in the Moscow region. The article has a practice-oriented character and will be of interest to pedagogical and leading employees of general educational organizations, since it describes the goals, objectives and methods of organizing additional education for schoolchildren in the educational environment of a general educational organization.

Problem. Modern cryptography is a very important part of cybersecurity and confidentiality of many operations. It covers almost all parts of our lives, from e-commerce to specialized education of students. Goal. The advantage of symmetric key cryptography is that working with this method is very easy for users, as one key is used for encryption, as well as for decryption purposes, and this key must be secret and should be known only to the sender and recipient and no one else. On the other hand, public key cryptography has two keys. Unfortunately, this exposes the inherent security flaws, as the integrity of the encryption depends entirely on the password. It was decided to consider the implementation of a modified symmetric Vernam cipher that avoids these problems, and its modification and experimental studies should further strengthen data protection. Methodology. Higher mathematics, linear algebra are very important subjects. But if we want to encourage students with cryptography, we need to use all aspects of the IT cluster more effectively. Ideal for this is the implementation of algorithms and programs using programming languages. It is very important and useful for students studying Cybersecurity to illustrate where and how it is possible to create software implementations of encryption / decryption methods. Results. The article presents the analysis and implementation of the modified cryptographic Vernam cipher and Caesar cipher using a concept that combines modern programming languages and the principles of cryptography, which students study in subject-oriented specialties. Originality. An original approach to teaching Cybersecurity students by implementing ciphers using applied programming is described. Practical value. Using cryptography as a learning tool will help students develop their programming skills and effectively understand the concept of cybersecurity in real-world examples.

A profession or trade is a permanent occupation, an activity based on specialized education that someone regularly pursues on the basis of an appropriate qualification, in order to obtain remuneration. Personality is a universe that constantly encourages knowledge, but which can never be exhausted. Goethe believed that the supreme performance of scientific knowledge is the knowledge of man. The idea is justified both by the maximum complexity of the human being and by the fact that "man represents the supreme value for man." Between Nietzsche's pessimism, which states that "man is the animal that can never be defined," and Protagoras' axiological view, that "man is the measure of all things," personality is a global concept, a structure that cannot be defined only by its structural elements. The concept of interest and its implications for human learning and development have an important role in both education and psychology. In a society that continues to transform, social, economic and psychological factors cause profound changes in the sphere of professions and occupations. Therefore, there must be a transition to a training school and an appropriate way so that anyone can meet the requirements in a constantly changing society.

Discussed is upbringing as a socio-cultural characteristic of social experience, which makes it possible to form an idea of ​​upbringing as a necessity for social progress in philosophical thought. A complex of philosophical and pedagogical methods is used: analysis, synthesis, comparison, discourse analysis of educational programs, secondary analysis of the results of sociological research. It is determined that modern pedagogy is characterized by a crisis of the educational process, which has arisen with an urgent need for a philosophical understanding of the problem of education. The purpose of this work is to analyze the specifics of a philosophical approach to the phenomenon of education as a process of socio-philosophical research. In this regard, a need arose to study the essence of the phenomenon of education in the context of global information technology. According to the authors, the philosophy of upbringing is the most important factor in the interdisciplinary study of the problems of upbringing for the improvement of society. n arguing this issue, the authors are based on the pedagogical concepts of famous philosophers who determined the development of pedagogy of the last century. Thus, the authors propose to include in the curriculum the course “Philosophy of Education” that exists in the universities of the CIS. The authors of the articles identified the priorities of the effectiveness of higher and secondary specialized education in interdisciplinary research of the problem of education.

The article is devoted to an experimental study conducted between September 2017 and September 2020 at Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov and Khromtau Mining and Technical College of Aktobe Region. The purpose is to study the modernizing aspects of the specialized education of rural youth through the development and operation of internship sites on the example of educational organizations of the Aktobe region. Research methodology include a set of empirical and theoretical methods: abstraction, analogy, modeling, analysis, synthesis; study of economic, social, psychological and pedagogical literature; experiment; modeling, forecasting, argument; psychodiagnostic methods: survey, questionnaire, testing. The end result is the form of work of internship sites in the professional education system, intended for rural students. Methodology, technological, social and economic aspects have been developed. It is also necessary to highlight the advantage of internship sites - coverage of practical-oriented educational bases according to the received specialties. Introduction. The existing methodology of personnel training determines the requirements for the competencies of future specialists, but the methods for determining the number of trained specialists are based either on the readiness of educational institutions for the quality management of the educational process, or are limited to the level of a motor transport enterprise, and do not take into account the regional needs of the labor market. The system of personnel training for the regional road transport complex is unbalanced in relation to the needs of this complex. This is due to the urgency of developing an enlarged methodology for determining the needs of the region’s motor transport complex (ATCR) in specialists with specialized education.Materials and methods. The paper uses the method of questioning economic entities engaged in road transport activities not only as the main focus, but also as an auxiliary one. The survey is aimed at determining the share of employees of motor transport enterprises and departments of various industries, taking into account the level of specialized education. The provisions of the theory of technical operation of cars and methods of mathematical statistics are used in the work.Results. The main result of the work is an enlarged methodology for determining the needs of the motor transport complex for specialists with specialized education, which differs from the known ones in that it takes into account the quantitative characteristics of personnel, taking into account the level of education in the economic entities of the region of various organizational and legal forms. These results represent the scientific novelty of the study. The structural characteristics of the personnel are determined, the corresponding algorithm is developed. The comparative values of labor productivity of specialists with specialized motor transport education are given.Discussion and conclusions. The methodological tools for determining the needs of the regional motor transport complex in specialists with specialized education have been developed, which allows overcoming the existing imbalance between the system of personnel training for the regional motor transport complex and the needs of this complex. The application of the results of the work will increase the validity of the state task for the training of specialists in the motor transport profile in the regions, increase the efficiency of using budget funds and public funds for educational activities.

The problems of organizing interactive learning in higher education are discussed, taking into account the prospective introduction of new educational standards. It is noted that the emphasis on the use of professional standards in the existing conditions will lead to a decrease in the creative component of graduate training, and the lack of the possibility of real practice will lead to dogmatism and scholasticism. The high dynamics of technical and technological transformations and transformations of the economic sphere in the Russian Federation against the background of global challenges demonstrates the discrepancy between the paces of individual training of high-class professionals. According to the author, the problem is not the transition beyond the boundaries of habitual work; the main attention should be paid to the "smart" future. Complex technologies require significantly more time than before to master the profession. Domestic specialized education should certainly be linked to the spatial development of Russia, which has a huge territory and corresponding local-territorial specifics. Job security – as a tactical emphasis disappears irrevocably within the borders of the region and the industry, giving way for adaptation to the market of local labor and also rapidly and freely moving capital.

Рассматривается вопрос формирования социально-информационной компетентности учащихся (которые проходят обучение в средних специальных учебных заведениях – колледжах) педагогических специальностей при реализации компонентов медиаобразования. Дана характеристика социально-информационной компетентности, описаны способы использования компонентов медиаобразования в системе среднего специального образования. Представлены возможные пути формирования компетентности, названы основные направления работы. Дана характеристика педагогических условий, которые должны соблюдаться для формирования социально-информационной компетентности у учащихся в процессе реализации образовательного процесса. Выделены такие педагогические условия, как организационные: специфика организации образовательной среды и ее оснащение; внутренняя позиция и мотивы учащегося; учет содержания и вариативность учебно-программной документации. Названы основные направления модернизации образовательного процесса: корректировка учебных планов, введение модулей, направленных на формирование высокого уровня социально-информационной компетентности у учащихся педагогических специальностей. Охарактеризована роль преподавателя в формировании компетентности учащихся, описана деятельность школы профессионального мастерства для преподавателей. Раскрыты особенности проведения текущей аттестации с использованием стандартов WorldSkills. The article discusses the issue of the formation of social and informational competence of students (who are trained in secondary specialized educational institutions - colleges) of pedagogical specialties in the implementation of the components of media education. The characteristic of social and informational competence is given, methods of using the components of media education in the system of secondary specialized education are described. Possible ways of forming competence are presented, main directions of work are named. The article defines the components of the model for the formation of social and information competence. The characteristics of the pedagogical conditions that must be observed for the formation of social and informational competence in students in the process of implementing the educational process are given. Highlighted such pedagogical conditions as organizational - the specifics of the organization of the educational environment and its equipment; internal position and motives of the student; accounting for the content and variability of educational and program documentation. The main directions of modernization of the educational process are named: the adjustment of curricula, the introduction of modules aimed at the formation of a high level of social and informational competence among students of pedagogical specialties. The role of the teacher in the formation of the competence of students is characterized, the activities of the school of professional skills for teachers are described. The features of the current certification using WorldSkills standards are disclosed.

The author shows the relevance of training computer sports specialists, which is due to the shortage of such professionals with specialized education in the labor market. The article reveals the specifics of eSports, presents the existing experience in training such specialists. The review of the regulatory and legal sphere of this kind of sport is carried out. The theoretical aspects of the formation of the competence of a computer sports specialist are considered, approaches to the definition of the content and technologies of the process of training these specialists are substantiated. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the author has developed the structure and content of the competencies of computer sports athletes in the following areas: “Sports discipline of computer sports”, “Preserving the physical and psychological health of an athlete”, “Maintaining the image of computer sports”. The main professional functions that future specialists in computer sports should master, the training of which is carried out in universities within the framework of bachelor's programs in the direction of training 49.03.04 Sports, have been substantiated.
