The proposed paper is discussed about the design, verification and analysis of a 32-bit Processing Unit.  The complete front-end design flow is processed using Xilinx Vivado System Design Suite software tools and target verification is done by using Artix 7 FPGA. Virtual I/O concept is used for the verification process. It will perform 32 different operations including parity generation and code conversions: Binary to Grey and Grey to Binary. It is a low power design implemented with Verilog HDL and power analysis is implementedwith clock frequencies ranging from 10MhZ to 100GhZ. With all these frequencies, power analysis is verified for different I/O standards LVCMOS12, LVCMOS25 and LVCMOS33.

ABSTRACT<br />Background of research is human errors in manual data recording, less accurate and data<br />searching requires several time, thus cause difficulties in traceability system, while traceability is<br />to collect product history from receipt of raw materials, processing, packaging until product<br />delivery to customer. The purpose of this research is to design, and develop information system in<br />fish processing to assist traceability of seafood product from receiving, processing until shipping<br />to customer. System have feature to print QR Code label to put in products, which is readability<br />through label scanning, in packaging stage and product shipments. Information label consist of<br />product information,, species type, grade, and weight, supplier information, processing date, and<br />fishing location. System design consist of feasibility study, data collection, system analysis,<br />system design, and development, testing and implementation. Through the summary transaction<br />module, fish processing can be traced from the beginning, starting from the stage of receiving,<br />cutting, retouching to packaging. The QR code stores information where input data is faster<br />through scanning. The use of internal lot codes, makes it easier to trace fish resources at each<br />stage of fish processing, which consists of the code of the fish catch area, supplier code, and fish<br />processing date.<br />Keywords: Traceability, QR Code, Data Management, Information System<br />ABSTRAK<br />Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya kesalahan dalam input data manual,<br />ketidakakuratan dan pencarian data yang memerlukan waktu yang lama, kesulitan dalam sistem<br />penelusuran dimana penelusuran sebagai kegiatan mengumpulkan data riwayat produk dari<br />penerimaan bahan baku, pengolahan, pengemasan sampai pengiriman ke pelanggan.

Inpatient care of pediatric trauma patients includes care transitions, including from emergency department (ED) to operating room (OR), OR to pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) and ED to PICU, which are important to patient safety and quality of care. Previous research identified work system barriers and facilitators in these transitions; the most common related to team cognition. We conducted interviews with 18 healthcare professionals to better understand how work system design influences team cognition barriers and facilitators. Using Systems Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety (SEIPS)-based process modeling, we identified when each barrier/facilitator occurred. The ED to OR transition had more barriers in transition preparation, while OR to PICU had more facilitators in the transition. Future research should explore solutions to support team cognition early in the ED to OR transition, such as designing a technology to be used by distributed teams.

A questionnaire concerning environmental conditions, work organization, and health-related symptoms was administered to 209 male and female workers in fish-processing plants in Quebec. Jobs in these factories were “ghettoized,” with 88.9 percent of job titles held primarily (more than 75 percent) by members of one sex. In general, significantly more women than men reported that their work sites exposed them to environmental aggressors such as noise and cold. Women also reported significantly more often that their jobs were uninteresting, that they could not move around, and that their work speed was fast. Women reported fatigue, stress, insomnia, digestive problems, and aches and pains significantly more often than did men (analysis controlled for age). When the effects of work speed were examined specifically, it was found that a fast work speed was associated with fatigue, stress, insomnia, and digestive problems in both sexes, and with aches and pains in women. It is suggested that women are required to work at a faster speed than men, and that this is a factor in the greater prevalence of health-related symptoms among women. Our interpretation of these data calls into question the commonly held belief that men and women are assigned to sex-specific jobs in order to protect the health of “the weaker sex.”

Rembang Regency is one of the biggest catching fish producing regions in Central Java. Abundant marine fisheries products encourage the development of processed fish products. There are 2,740 Fish Processing Units, but most are still dominated by small and medium scale areas. Activities in the fish processing unit have a positive impact on the economy of the community, but on the side it raises new problems such as a decrease in environmental quality. Indonesia through Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management includes participatory principles as one of the principles in the formulation of every policy related to the environment. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation and perception in environmental management in the fish processing unit in Kaliori District. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results obtained indicate that the community's perception of environmental management is quite good, but community participation in environmental management in the area of fish processing units in Kaliori District is still relatively low

Abstract Increased competition has demanded the adaptation of SMEs to environmental changes and challenges for the success of companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy and contingency power of SMEs of fish processing units in reaching the level of sustainability. The object of the research is the SMEs of fish processing units in Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi. This type of research is qualitative, which is descriptive by using case study techniques. Data collection techniques through field observations, in-depth interviews, and related documents. The results of this study indicate that the sustainability level of SMEs of the boneless milkfish processing unit in Pinrang Regency is proactive towards the continuity of production, continuity of sales, and continuity of raw material procurement. The sustainability of SMEs of fish processing units is shown by its ability to surf in chaotic dynamics. SMEs of fish processing units which have a high level of sustainability has been able to build an input process-output system dynamically so that it has contingency power and appropriate strategies in dealing with environmental dynamics. The contributing factor to the unsustainability of SMEs of fish processing units is the low ability to; build systems to be able to establish contingencies with the external environment. To improve and maintain its level of sustainability, the SMEs of fish processing units are improving the input-process-output system dynamically, optimizing contingency power with the task environment as well as with the political, economic, social, cultural, technological and natural environment.
