The intelligent lighting control system is one of typical applications of the Internet of things. The method of intelligent lighting control system based on industrial wireless technology is proposed in the paper. It used proposed three-point-control technology, and adjusting the brightness of lamps, turn on/off the lamps and a part of fault detection can be realized. At the same time, it can greatly reduce the cost of system. It will be useful to engineer and researchers.

In order to ensure the stably operation for centrifuge, this paper presents a new speed regulation method based on the vector control technology, and designs the control system with the inverter for the centrifuge. The paper introduces the fundamental principal of vector control, and analyses the power and torque required for the centrifuge from the result of the calculation and simulation. At last, the paper shows the result the application of the vector control technology in centrifuge. The result shows that the vector control speed regulation system is simple, reliable, and its acceleration stability is very high. The analysis can also provide a reference for similar centrifuge design personnel

Designed the control system policy for automobile electric seat using fuzzy control technology, therefore established its control model by Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, and carried on the off-line simulation to choose controller's optimum control parameters. From the dynamic viewpoint, the auto electric seat adjustment system is not only a complex nonlinear function which includes the location of the DC servo motor and the speed, but also contains serious nonlinear coupling interference, so the system is a highly nonlinear strong coupling, variable multivariable system. Application of traditional control methods (such as traditional PID) is difficult to meet its order requirements, so the research is highly robust method of intelligent control is an effective way to solve the problem. Fuzzy control technology has become the field in which drawn greater attention and researched in recent years. It doesn’t depend on the mathematical model of controlled object, has a good robustness, and nonlinear control characteristics, so it is an effective means to control the object with time-varying, non- linear parameters. In this paper, fuzzy control technology to achieve the orders of auto electric seat adjustment control system functions in the Literature [1], and the tracking of the system was simulated.

If the hand joints patients have not been taking autonomic or external force rehabilitation, they might become disabled, even leading the cause ofirreversible disability eventually. Generally speaking, the medical treatment of rehabilitation has been doing by physical therapist by providing patients with external forces rehabilitation assistance as far as we know currently. For the purpose of both of reducing the workload of physical therapists and providing the quantitative data obtained during the rehabilitation process so as for physical therapist’s reference. This research will build an automatic finger stretch and grip control system by using the Human- Machine Interface for operation control. It can be done by physical therapist or physical doctor to set the operating conditions so as to help the patients with their finger joints motion so as to achieve the rehabilitation effect of their fingers. This research is trying to integrate the mechanism and control technology mainly. With regards to the control technology, it uses a micro chip so as to lead the motions of the stretch & grip for finger rehabilitation by a signal processing control servo motor. And its operation interface is using an embedded system along with Visual Studio compiling software so as to touch input the operating conditions. The system operation functions are including single finger joint motion orsynchronized actuation of all fingers and the setting of the cycle numbers. Furthermore, in order to soften the finger tendons so as to promote the rehabilitation effect during the rehabilitation process, the system adds external steam in so as to control the internal temperature & humidity of the rehabilitation box and apparently, the whole finger automatic stretch & grip control system will be better owing to it.

Configuration technology is a new technology for monitoring in the current society; it is the result of the development of computer control technology. To traffic light control system, it is to combine the use of configuration technology and procedures related to PLC, and through software simulation and traffic lights light changes, traffic light control system could achieve the monitoring problem, and if the system is in good condition, its application can save a lot of labor powers and materials.

SUMMARYUp to now, most people are still cooking in the kitchen, which makes them feel fatigued and also makes the air polluted. With the development of the numerical control technology, it becomes more and more urgent to apply the related technology to the automatic cooking field. In this paper, the cooking technique for the Chinese dishes is introduced and China's first cooking robot, named AI Cooking Robot (AIC), is presented. The robot mainly consists of four parts: the wok mechanism, the stirring-fry and dispersing mechanism, the feeding mechanism, and the mechanism of leaving the material in the middle process. In order to adjust the temperature, the fire control system is also given in this paper. Experiments show that the new robot will be a milestone in the cooking automation science because of its cooking technique.
