AbstractThis study investigated client satisfaction and completion of detoxification among 185 clients admitted to Darwin Detoxification Unit from February to August 1999. The aim of the study was to identify detoxification completion versus non-completion and to obtain information that could guide the development of the Unit. The sample was predominantly male (79%), Caucasian (80%), unemployed (83%) and with low education levels (71% with Year 11 or lower). 140 clients voluntarily completed an anonymous exit questionnaire (50% alcohol admissions, 50% other drug admissions) commenting on reasons for leaving the Unit and satisfaction with staff, daily routine/activities, medication and facilities. Respondents were also asked to rate their overall satisfaction and make any other comments that would improve the service. Half of all total admissions completed detoxification with alcohol admissions more than twice as likely to complete (p <.05). Reported satisfaction levels were high for both groups across all domains but no significant associations were found between satisfaction and completion of either alcohol or other drug admissions. Most complaints for both groups related to boredom and inactivity. The study highlights the challenges in retaining other drug admissions and the need to identify additional strategies to encourage detoxification completion, as well as confirming the value of consumer feedback in guiding service development.

The phenomenon of the need to complement the daily activities of urban communities in an area need to be responded to in a design strategy that can resolve various kinds of conflicts. This is happening in Jakarta where there were still problems with the lack of public space facilities that not reach the residential area. The issue that the region has its characteristics that also raises a variety of activities in addition to daily routine activities in the form of a variety of entertainment activities, commerce, and even some activities accommodate various events. The purpose of this study is to raise public space as a unifying space or transition from routine home (first place) and work (second place). Cross, trans, and dis programming methods are used by not eliminating or changing things that are already characteristic of the region, by studying activities that might be reactivated and then simulated, hypothetically Pasar Baru can play a role in realizing physical identity as the old city to continue to live and be sustainable. The step used is to insert certain events in an empty slot in a year with the program insertion method. The findings are that program events can continue to be connected at all times through embedded programs. The results of this third place project show that architecture can contribute to the development of the program.

Gamification methodology has a positive impact on software development (SD) processes, contributes to better product quality production and team involvement. To show how gamification can be used to motivate the SD project team to carry out daily routine activities and document it in PM tool the gamification framework is proposed in this paper. With this gamification framework is also tried to solve project manager challenge to get actual information in PM tool entered by the project team for correct reporting of project status and process overview. A prototype of a gaming tool has been developed, which is based on Jira's app functionality and is implemented as a plugin.

The article describes the methodology and methods of ethnographic knowledge in the focus of their application in sociology and sociopsychology. The author turns to classical studies of M. Weber, G. Zimmel, P. Sorokin and others, who laid the foundation for the study of professional (including scientific) communities. Interdisciplinary interaction of scientific directions focused on the daily routine world, on identification of methods used by a person in society to perform routine actions, which eventually determined the research vector of ethnomethodology. The author describes the undertaken studies of the daily life of the scientific community in the conditions of the laboratory, the fixation of many actions taken by scientists that require additional microanalysis and explanations, anthropologization of the study of the scientific community, gender approach in ethnography of professions. The author considers the main task of the ethnographer of science in the study of daily practical routine activities of the scientist, in the design of «laboratory world» - social institutionalization of the scientific community. The gender aspect is important in the ethnography of science, focusing on the scientist as an active social subject, on gender inequality in scientific (academic, university) communities.

The researcher was convinced that the development of a programme is the good idea that will enhance the proper application of reflective practice in clinical settings for nurses not simply to perform daily routine activities without paying attention to reflection. The developed programme was implemented through a two-day workshop. Therefore, the researcher considered the workshop to be an ideal strategy for implementation, because reflection can only be facilitated and practiced through active participation. The participants were drawn from various disciplines such as: Paediatrics, Surgery, Gynecology and Obstetrics and Internal Medicine. The facilitator explained the purpose of the workshop and the rules to be followed during the workshop. The content of the programme was presented and discussed during the specific sessions as it was scheduled. After the sessions, the participants were informed that they have to go back and apply what they learned from the workshop during their clinical practice for three months. And after three months the facilitator together with the participants contacted the evaluation of the application of the content of the programme.
