This study examines purchasing decisions of The Executive product, viewed from the aspect of foreig branding, price, and product quality in the perspective of consumer behavior. A quantitative approach was applied, using a questionnaire to 400 respondents. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that foreign branding, price, and product quality influence purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously had positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. The highest effect in this study was product quality, with comfort and quality of raw material which the main factor need to be maintened because they determined the purchasing decision of The Executive as a fashion product.

[Objective] Research on city sewage sludge shale brick in the firing process of crack formation reason, control cracks in the firing process of the brick body, thereby improving the brick product quality, summed up the law of temperature on product quality of city sewage sludge shale brick.[Methods] In order to shale and city sludge as raw material by make bricks, drying and sintering procedure different, to analyze the reason of brick in the process of drying cracks and cracks during the roasting process.[Results] The experimental results show that in the stage of drying and preheating stage if rising too quickly, the sharp increase in the number of brick cracks, resulting in a significant decline in the quality of the finished brick. During the cooling phase if the cooling too quickly, also will increase the number of cracks, leading to reduced quality of brick.[Conclusion] Have an important influence on city sewage sludge shale formation temperature cracks, the control of the temperature is not only reasonable will prevent the formation of crack, but also an effective means to improve the quality of protection brick.

The results of tests on the presence of yeasts and molds in cornstarch [AD ?IPOK? Zrenjanin, 2007-2008, made at the time when previous Regulations were valid] were analyzed in terms of bioindicative values of microfungi as indicators of quality and safety of raw material or final food products. Microbiological analysis was used to detect the presence of a number of microorganisms MMI-0001, and a questionnaire was designed at the Department of Public Health in Zrenjanin town (Republic of Serbia), where the anal?yses were done, regarding the microbiological tests on starch. In order to rationalize the analyses and make them more economical, several areas of product quality control (water, food, raw materials, space) were recommended either to be excluded or regarded as optional. Thus, analysis of presence of microfungi as indicators of product quality was categorized as optional. The results obtained from this research suggest a different conclusion because the bacteria in the samples indicated ?microbiologically?, namely bacteriologically, safe samples of food, while, on the contrary, the presence of some microfungi as distinct xerophilous or xerotolerant microorganisms, indicated that the food was mycologically non-safe. The obtained data are crucial for questioning the decision to exclude the earlier required (mycological) analysis of the samples (in the production of starch, or end products, etc.) and categorize such analyses in new Regulations as optional, depending on the manufacturer?s preference. Bioindicative values of microfungi as indicators of the quality of starch, clearly point to the shortsightedness of the new Regulations on food hygiene and safety, where tests on certain microorganisms (in this case, yeasts and molds) are not legally defined as mandatory, but the Law leaves manufacturers a possibility to choose (or not to choose) the testing and frequency of testing on the presence (absence) of microorganisms, which can be risky, both in the production and marketing of the finial products.

The raw material quality of Eucalyptus globulus during the first year was assessed in an experimental plantation established under four management strategies (control, fertiliser, irrigation and fertiliser/irrigation). The variation of bark content, moisture content, specific gravity and fibre length along the stem for 6-months and II-months-old trees is presented. Bark content decreases with tree diameter and was lowest for the irrigated and fertilised trees. Wood moisture was negatively correlated with specific gravity. No correlation was found between specific gravity and growth rate and fibre length was generally independent of management strategy.
