Under the new situation, the improvement of investment efficiency and efficiency will be the basic criteria for evaluating the quality of power supply enterprises’ investment activities in the distribution network. To this end, based on the characteristics of distribution network construction, combined with the internal and external development trends of power supply enterprises and development and promotion needs, this paper constructs a scientific comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method for the investment benefits of distribution networks, which is useful for scientifically grasping the investment needs and investment capabilities of power supply enterprises. It is of great significance to achieve a more precise and lean level of investment in the distribution network.

This paper proposes a comparative evaluation method for the carrying capacity of the owner's project department based on combined weights. This method first combines the current grid companies’ requirements for the construction of the owner’s project department and the current distribution network construction management issues to systematically construct the owner’s project department’s carrying capacity evaluation index system. Through comprehensive evaluation and collection of indicator-related data, it is determined based on the coefficient of variation method. The objective weight of the indicator is determined based on the analytic hierarchy process; then the integrated scoring model is used to comprehensively calculate the normalized indicator value and weight value to obtain the evaluation analysis result; finally, the method is verified by empirical analysis Effectiveness.

Aim. The presented study aims to theoretically substantiate and empirically test criteria and indicators for a generalized assessment of the level and sustainability of the quality of life in the regions of the Russian Federation in the context of challenges and volatile foreign economic and political conditions.Tasks. The authors use a system of indicators and the criterion of sustainability of the quality of life to conduct a typological analysis of the distribution and ranking of Russian regions by the quality of life and sustainability of development in 2016-2019.Methods. This study proposes an algorithm and mathematical tools for measuring the level and sustainability of regional development in terms of life quality based on a group of indicators relevant for current Russian conditions, generically characterizing the attractiveness of living conditions in the territory.Results. Methods for analyzing and managing the sustainability of regional economic development in Russia under the influence of political and economic challenges and risks are proposed. A method for comparing the ranking positions of Russian regions by the quality of life is proposed and applied. Several hypotheses about the regularity of regional distribution by the quality of life are considered, and the reasons for the violation of the sustainability of social development are analyzed for groups of regions that showed signs of instability during the analyzed period.Conclusions. Based on the proposed criterion of sustainability of development and assessment of the level of competitive attractiveness of regions and their ranking by the quality of life, the study shows that 43 out of 85 regions were developing steadily in terms of life quality in 2016-2019. Of the 42 regions that showed a decrease in the level and ranking of competitive attractiveness, the majority suffered due to increased unemployment, crime, reduced income, and adverse environmental changes. Increased sustainability of development is usually observed in regions with a high level of competitive attractiveness in terms of the quality of life and the level of economic development.

According to the connotation of the Scientific Outlook on Development, this paper constructed the comprehensive Human All-Round Development evaluation index system, determined the optimal weights of indicators by combining G1 method and Standard Deviation method and analyzed the Human All-Round Development of 14 provinces. The contribution characteristics lie on two aspects. Firstly, through the evaluation of the quality of life, quality of human and human capital environment, economic development environment, social development and environment reflect the harmony between humans and nature, humans and the society, humans and humans. Secondly, to evaluate the human All-Round development by determining the weights of indicators in using G1 and Standard Deviation could reflect its own characteristics and indicator data expertise.

This study uses descriptive statistical method to analyze the income and life qual- ity of 397 farmer households who are suffering social exclusion in an economic aspect out of a total of 725 households surveyed in five Northern provinces of Vietnam in 2010. The farmers’ opinions of the impact of the policies currently prac- ticed by the central government and local authorities to give them access to the labor market are also analyzed in this study to help management officers see how the poli- cies affect the beneficiaries so that they can later make appropriate adjustments.

Purpose of the study. Assessing the association between the life quality of patients with Sjogren’s Disease and ongoing therapy with various disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs.Material and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the regional rheumatology center of the consultative diagnostic clinic of the Sverdlovsk Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1. This work is based on the results of a simultaneous study of 74 patients with primary Sjogren’s Disease (SD), distributed in three comparison groups receiving various disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs chlorambucil, methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine. The diagnosis of SD was carried out according to European-American criteria AECGC (2002) [18]. In order to analyze the quality of life of patients with SD, the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF‑36) was used. Statistical data processing was carried out using Statistica 7.0 program.Results. Assessment of the quality of life of patients with SD, which is an integrative criterion of human health and well-being, revealed the absence of statistically significant differences (p > 0.05) on eight scales and two health components of the SF‑36 questionnaire in the analyzed groups that differ in the treatment of disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs chlorambucil, methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine.Conclusions. The obtained data indicate an equivalent quality of life in SD patients treated with different disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs methotrexate, chlorambucil and hydroxychloroquine, and therefore hydroxychloroquine can be considered as an alternative basic therapy in patients with SD with certain limitations and contraindications methotrexate and chlorambucil.
