This article describes the simulation method of water temperature and the model classification of water quality in lakes and reservoirs, and classic model of ecosystem dynamics of lakes and reservoirs - BA model from the water quality parameters of the relationship between two aspects of the basic equations are introduced. On this basis, establish the eutrophication of ecological models of lakes and reservoirs.

Comprehensive system of sensory evaluation was developed to obtain information on the different varieties by determining asparagus quality parameters. 9 sensory characteristics were estimated to describe flavour differences. The tests were carried out in 4 varieties of white asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.) grown on brown humus sand soil by etiolate method in ridge cultivation. The experiment was performed at the University of Debrecen in Debrecen-Pallag. To increase the Hungarian asparagus consumption, a classification of varietiesregarding to asparagus flavour is necessary. In our experiment it could be stated that there are strict correlations (0.892) between the sweetness – total impression and between lacks of unpleasant aftertaste – total impression (0.870). The result of surveys can lead to higher popularity of the asparagus. These results are presented in order to recommend the varieties to producers for a successful marketing. The taste of asparagus is mostly influenced by variety, soil type and growing conditions. In our experiment, ‘Vitalim’ hybrid exceeded by several sensory parameters. This hybrid scored 788.38 over 900. The elder population showed more interest in asparagus consumption than younger ones. 50% of the participants are able to pay only 500-600 HUF/kg. It could be realized to ensure the proper growing place, hybrid and direct trade. Marketing and more information is necessary to increase the popularity of this vegetable among the younger generation.

The quality assessment of the aquatic environment from some freshwater resources situated in Bucharest and Ilfov County - Romania has been performed in an extended study and data obtained will be presented in several papers. This first paper presents a case study on water quality assessment of the Mogosoaia, Herastrau and Pantelimon Lakes, lakes built on the Colentina River. Two water and sediment sampling campaigns were conducted in the summer and autumn 2016, 29 specific parameters were determined for water samples and heavy metals content for sediment samples. The obtained results for water samples allowed the classification of lakes water in quality classes and the heavy metals values for sediments were compared to the standards of chemical quality, according to the national legislation M.O. 161/2006. Furthermore, for an overview of water quality, the Water Quality Index (WQI) method was used, where the indicators were grouped into two categories: the first category took into account 18 quality parameters (WQI-1) and the second considered heavy metals content (WQI-2).

Association of Lactoferrin Polymhorphism on Milk Yield and Milk Quality in Holstein-Friesian Dairy CowsABSTRACT. The purposes of this study were to identify the polymorphism of the lactoferrin gene and the association of genetic variants of the lactoferrin gene on milk quality in Holstein-Friesian (HF) cows. The study was conducted on 194 heads of HF lactating cows coming from semi intensive of small dairy farmers in two villages of the KPSBU Lembang, Lembang district. Investigation on variant genotypes of the lactoferrin gene used PCR-RFLP method. Genotyping of the lactoferrin gene with EcoRI restriction enzyme produced two genotypes, i.e. AA (65%) and AB (35%) genotypes. Both the AA and AB genotypes had inconsistency in controlling component of the milk quality. Further, the AB lactoferrin cows had a higher frequency in the classification of low somatic cells count (0.75), while the AA cows were at a higher frequency in the classification of high somatic cells count (0.60). It was concluded that there is no strong relationship between intron 6 lactoferrin gene with milk quality parameters. Further, the AB genotype of the lactoferrin gene had a consistency in producing lower somatic cells count compared to the AA genotype.
