With the rapid development of social productive forces and increasingly higher level of social life, the sports humanity as the core spirit of sports culture in informational times, which is the sum of the psychological aspects of sports culture from the cultural spirit. Its essence is the pursuit of truth, good and beautiful as the core values and ideals, people's healthy development as the ultimate goal. This paper discusses basic mode ,the basic framework of the multimedia sports humanistic information system, the processing technology, development environment ,tools and methods . Through the analysis program implementation elements and design ideas of multimedia sports humanistic information system, in order to set up multimedia sports humanistic information systems, we proposes a viable framework and models with a theoretical basis and practical value.

In the society with the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, the management information system has become the hot field of software development. It runs stably in the browsers, like IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9 and FireFox, with high efficiency, sound security, friendly interface and simple operation. It has done research on the design and realization process of HTML5 off-line data storage on the Android platform. Under the Eclipse integrated development environment, with Android SDK and HTML5 grammar, develop the system, which realize the functions of off-line storage, addition, deletion and modification of user data. It enables the application of HTML5 of Android platform and has made detailed analysis on the Android platform and HTML5 application module. The result indicates, the webpage application design of HTML5 conducted on the Android platform, is simple and fast, which can better meet the demand of Android cellphone users.

Agent technology is playing an increasingly important role in developing intelligent, distributed and collaborative applications. The innate difficulties of interoperation between heterogeneous agent communities and rapid construction of multi-agent systems have motivated the emergence of FIPA specifications and the proliferation of multi-agent system platforms or toolkits that implement FIPA specifications. In this paper, a FIPA compliant multi-agent framework called AADE (Autonomous Agent Development Environment) is presented. This framework, originating from the engineering fields, can facilitate the rapid development of collaborative engineering applications (especially in engineering design and manufacturing fields) through the provision of reusable packages of agent-level components and programming tools. An agent oriented engineering project on the development of an e-engineering design and optimization environment is designed and developed based on the facilities provided by the AADE framework.

Project 8 is applying a novel spectroscopy technique to make a precision measurement of the tritium beta-decay spectrum, resulting in either a measurement of or further constraint on the effective mass of the electron antineutrino. ADMX is operating an axion haloscope to scan the mass-coupling parameter space in search of dark matter axions. Both collaborations are executing medium-scale experiments, where stable operations last for three to nine months and the same system is used for development and testing between periods of operation. It is also increasingly common to use low-cost computing elements, such as the Raspberry Pi, to integrate computing and control with custom instrumentation and hardware. This leads to situations where it is necessary to support software deployment to heterogeneous architectures on rapid development cycles while maintaining high availability. Here we present the use of docker containers to standardize packaging and execution of control software for both experiments and the use of kubernetes for management and monitoring of container deployment in an active research and development environment. We also discuss the advantages over more traditional approaches employed by experiments at this scale, such as detached user execution or custom control shell scripts.

The openEHR project has developed specifications for future-proof interoperable Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems [1]. This project provides the specifications and implementation on which the ISO/CEN 13606 standards are based. The implementation has been formally described in Eiffel, C# and Java, but not in scripting languages (which are popular because of their higher efficiency and faster development). We have used the Ruby language to implement the openEHR specifications for the efficient development of new healthcare computing environments, and to investigate the universal applicability of these specifications. Our Ruby implementation covers almost all of the specifications and the Archetype Definition Language parser, and although some problems have emerged, most of them have been resolved. We are attempting to apply this platform to Ruby on Rails to obtain a rapid development environment for an EHR system.

Electrified railway got rapid development in recent years, increasingly highlights its electromagnetic compatibility problems. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors' research results, the virtual instrument technology is applied to the electromagnetic radiation of electrified railway signal measurement, complete embedded processing equipment design, make its have the electromagnetic radiation on the railway signal detection, acquisition and processing functions. Based on LabVIEW embedded development environment configuration and Windows CE operating system builds and transplantation, realize the man-machine interface easy to operate and flexible signal processing algorithms.

This case study describes the use of SAS technology in streamlining cross-sectional and retrospective case-control studies in the exploration of the co-morbidity of depression and gastrointestinal disorders. Various studies in Europe and America have documented associations between irritable bowel syndrome and psychological conditions such as depression and anxiety disorders; however, these were observational studies. Because it is impossible to randomize symptoms, it is difficult to isolate patients with these co-morbidities for randomized trials. Therefore, studies will continue to use observational data. In this study, all steps are conducted electronically in a rapid development environment provided by SAS technology. In addition, it examines the potential rate of health-care utilization particularly for GI disorders among individuals with depressive symptoms and anxiety disorders. We find that the proportion of patients with gastrointestinal problems and psychological disorders is typically higher than the proportion of patients with only gastrointestinal problems.
