The surrounding rock strain field monitoring have been done during a highway tunnel excavation. The rock rheological parameters was inversed by neural network based the field monitoring data. The predicted value and the field monitoring data have been compared, the result shows that the difference is 12%, the predicted value is credible.

The paper deals with the back analysis method in geotechnical engineering, that goal is evaluation the more objective and reliable parameters of the rock mass on the basis of in-situ measurements. Stress, deformational, strength and rheological parameters of the rock mass are usually determined by some inaccuracies and errors arising from the complexity and variability of the rock mass. This higher or lower degree of imprecision is reflected in the reliability of the mathematical modelling results. The paper presents the utilization of direct optimization back analysis method, based on the theory of analytical functions of complex variable and Kolosov-Muschelischvili relations, to the evaluation of initial stress state inside the rock massif.

In economic literature, the analysis of the effectiveness of on-site tax audits is underrepresented both with regard to the economic and mathematical calculation and within the behavioral context. On-site tax audits, as one of the forms of tax management, affect budget incomes and expenditures. Effective audits promote budget replenishment. Ineffective audits cause budget expenditures for their execution without fiscal payoff. The study aimed at the development of a technique and using it for the analysis of the effectiveness of on-site tax audits in the Russian Federation. The analysis of normative base, statistical tax reporting, and summation of the practice of on-site tax audits formed the basis for the proposed technique of analysis of the effectiveness of on-site tax audits. The analysis technique is characterized by the revised structure of criteria, dynamic and static parameters. The authors determined and considered in real-time the percentage of on-site tax audits, which identified violations of law; carried out the analysis of payments additionally accrued according to the results of on-site tax audits. The study identified and analyzed in real-time the effectiveness of one on-site tax audit, as well as the ratio of payments additionally accrued according to the results of on-site and desktop tax audits. The authors analyzed the transformation of the structure of on-site tax audits. The paper proposes organizational ways of improvement of the effectiveness of on-site tax audits: the development of electron interaction of tax authorities and taxpayers with possible temporary access to tax and accounting reports and other documents, implementation of digital control of tax bases at the stage of pre-inspection analysis; the expanding of welcoming face-to-face and remote contacts with taxpayers as the participants of the process of the national economy development.

The main idea of this venture is to have an irrigation system which is self-controlled .it is also observed that the setup is available for a low price. Wi-Fi technology is used to design this setup. It also aims to reduce manual operation in the agricultural field. The changes taking place are noted. The results obtained are further used to develop the field. As the whole setup is online the readings and values are obtained in real-time a Liquid crystal display is used to know the readings of the conditions.

According to the quayside container crane, the pitch angle of the front crossbeam only can be used to classify the states of the whole crane into operating and non-operating. The Vibration Carpet Value (VCV)is presented in this paper. By means of VCV, the motor states including working and non-working can be correctly classified. Based on the classified result, by the methodology of Wavelet Packet Quantization Analysis Technique based on EMD, the real-time monitoring and evaluation of the motor condition are more correct and effective.
