The plan and architectural design of the campus is one part of green ecological building, which is the ingredient of architectural theory of sustainable development. Beginning with the plan of ecological campus, this paper analyzes design technique of ecological building in different areas. According to the characteristics and priorities of different areas, the different models of design are built and the different means of energy conservation and emission reduction are adopted in this paper. So the aim to save energy resources and utilize resource scientifically and efficiently will be realized. This paper will be a salutary lesson to create humanistic, ecological and intellective campus landscape with abundant connotations.

A house in composite climate of Lahore (Pakistan) needs intensive cooling in summers; energy recovery ventilation to reduce humidity during monsoon and comfortable indoor temperature during winters. All these conditions have to be fulfilled with a reduced load on energy resources. Recent trends in construction and design of residential buildings in Pakistan symbolize uncontrolled use of energy resources. There is no data available with planning and developing authorities of housing sector that shows an account of energy loads of built houses. The potential of conservation of energy will be analyzed by actually studying the cooling and heating loads of recently constructed houses Key Words: Energy Conservation Potential, Module Study, Simulations

In an era of SMART BUILDING, SMART HOUSES, this project came up with an idea of building a smart device which works smartly on some level. The system always tried to use the resources in a way that it should be conserved and should also not disturb current need and fulfil it. In order to come up with a solution which will not only conserve the energy resources but will also be an assistant with its control over the device. The system using Arduino paired with sensors and bunch of algorithms which will help in controlling the device and the device which is to be controlled with this controller will be an Air Conditioner. Using the data analysis of different aspects of weather conditions and timings and will train controller to control the device with solving the W’s of the situation i.e. How, When, Why and Where. The device will automatically control the air conditioner like when to power on and off, like on what temperature the AC should be and more.

Energy conservation is one of the critical issues facing society today. Our civilization depends on energy for its sustenance. However, energy resources are finite and the ever increasing demands being made for diminishing supplies increases the cost of energy putting it beyond the reach of a large part of society. Renewable energy concepts for new communities offer exciting possibilities for new forms of living. Since India is blessed with abundant sunshine, we can plan and organize our settlements for utilizing renewable energy resources and implementing innovative concepts for shelter, transportation, etc.

The paper presents an analysis of the terms “energy efficiency” and “energy conservation” in relation to oil production. The consumption of fuel and energy resources of an oil and gas company is increasing from year to year, and taking into account the growth of tariffs for energy resources, the introduction of energy-efficient technologies is one of the urgent problems of production.

Consider ways to stimulate heat and energy conservation in Ukraine and other countries, based on an analysis of the legal framework and practical experience. Review and analysis of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine for the period up to 2035 “Security, Energy Efficiency, Competitiveness”, Laws of Ukraine “On Energy Saving”, “On Energy Efficiency Fund”. Review and analysis of the practical experience of applying different ways of stimulating energy saving, improving the efficiency of use of fuel and energy resources by economic entities, consumers in the housing sector in Ukraine and other countries. The ways of stimulation of heat and energy conservation in Ukraine are proposed, which envisage both the system of financing of projects of resource saving and ways of informing consumers about the energy efficiency of new equipment (through marking), buildings, households. The main directions to be developed for efficient management of energy efficiency projects, in particular, the efficient functioning of district heating; combined production of thermal and electric energy; use of local renewable energy resources; introduction of resource-saving eco-friendly technologies. The legislation, which provides financial and informational ways of stimulating energy and heat conservation, as well as ways of financially filling the energy efficiency fund in Ukraine and the corresponding funds in other countries, is considered. The operation of the Energy Efficiency Fund is necessary for the provision of tax benefits, subsidies (targeted state and others), irrevocable appropriations for various types of energy conservation works, for the introduction of new types of energy saving equipment and technologies.

This article considers possible solutions to the main problems of improving the efficiency of energy resources usage at the regional, interregional, and intersectoral levels based on the dynamics of changes in the legislative framework of the Russian Federation to improve the efficiency of energy resources use. The relevance of the study is due to the need for improvements in this area. The methodological basis of the research includes the main provisions of the legislative and regulatory framework for state management and regulation of the economy, economic security and development. The main method of research is the analysis of legislative and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation adopted and currently in force to improve the energy efficiency of the economy. The author has studied the process of creating and making changes to the regulations of the Russian Federation; in addition, he has analyzed the content and comparative analysis of the legal framework. The problems of implementing certain legal acts were also considered. The results of the study have shown the necessity and role of a systematic approach to solving issues of managing measures to improve the energy efficiency of the Russian economy. While there is a fairly extensive legal framework for energy conservation and energy efficiency, the Russian Federation does not have a well-established national mechanism for interaction between generating and marketing organizations, on the one hand, and end-users of energy resources, on the other. This article depicts that most of the developed municipal and regional programs to improve energy efficiency, when they are ready for implementation, are focused exclusively on the end user. The interests of generating suppliers of energy resources and supplying organizations are not taken into account; therefore, there is no interest of energy suppliers in energy conservation in the domestic market of the country and there is no stimulation of necessary measures to reduce energy consumption on their part. The author has formulated the conclusion about the necessity of public administration and promoting development and achievement of balance of measures to improve the efficiency of energy use at Federal and regional levels and by industry and end-users of energy of all levels and forms of ownership.

With the growing global need for energy conservation to reduce the waste of natural resources which is depleting and to preserve the environment from pollutants produced from the use of such energy resources.  Most countries and relevant organizations are seeking means and effective tools to achieve these targets. It could be noticed that the most effective way to tackle those issues is to apply labelling measures for the different appliances which indicated its usefulness. The paper is trying to address this issue, indicating its dimensions, prospects, importance, and mechanisms of implementation and resettlement. And also, it addresses the expected difficulties and problems, and the ways to overcome them, to actively contribute to the rationalization of energy consumption in Libya.
