Introduction: Ibnu Sina or Avicenna in “Asbab‑e‑Settah‑e‑Zaruriah” has pointed out that physical activity is one of the keys to a good health. However, urbanization has dawned upon the urban population and brought changes to their lifestyle. Among the change it brought is obesity. Obesity has been an epidemic with physical inactivity and unhealthy diet has taken the blame for this rising issue. Objectives: As sports facilities plays an integral role in providing urban dwellers with facilit ies for physical activity, this scanning review investigates how availability and accessibility of sports facilities affect the participation of the urban community in sports, a form of physical activity.Methodology: This article has been written based on papers found using Google Scholar from journals like Pubmed, Lancet, and others. Results: There was a total of 100 articles found and only 53 fit the criteria of the search. Conclusion: It can be concluded that most papers suggest that the participation of urban dwellers in a particular sport depends on the availability and accessibility of its sport facilit ies. However, from recent reading, there is no paper which concludes a direct relationship between the availability and accessibility of sport facilities and adult obesity in an urban environment. The implication is that we hope is to further comprehend the role of sports facilities as a working strategy to reduce obesity in urban areas with the help of technology and gamification of sports.International Journal of Human and Health Sciences Supplementary Issue: 2019 Page: 58

Use of a method of share tendencies in the analysis time of some R-R intervals of the electrocardiogram after performance of 20 knee-bends and after 1 minute of restoration has allowed to establish a role of the centers of vegetative nervous system in restoration of a rhythm of heart at 4-th level of dynamic hierarchy. After 20-ти knee-bends and through 1 minutes of restoration the maximum vegetative centers of the central contour dominate. In interaction of the central and independent contours each center entering into them is characterized with distinctive features of dynamics which are shown in an increasing role of the centers of an independent contour after 1 minute of restoration.

In Slovenia, the role of general practitioners in counselling physical activity for prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD) is well recognized. The role of general practitioners in advising healthy lifestyle for individuals who are at risk of developing CVD is formally defined in the National Program for Primary Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease, which has been running since 2001. Part of the program is counselling on healthy lifestyle including physical activity, performed in all health centres across the country. First a screening and medical examination is performed. In case of higher risk for CVD (>20%) the physician should give advice on the particular risk factor and direct patients to health-education centres, where they can participate in healthy lifestyle workshops lead by health professionals. Physicians and other health professionals who are involved in the implementation of prevention activities within the program need knowledge and skills that are crucial for successful counselling on healthy lifestyle. The educational program “basic education in health promotion and prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases in primary health care/family medicine” consists of two parts. The first part of the training is open to all health professionals working within the program. The second part is intended for health professionals working in health-education workshops. In the last few years a new family practice model has been introduced and disseminated. Some duties of the family physician, including health promotion and counselling, are being transferred to graduate nurses who become part of the family practice team. This new division of work undoubtedly brings many advantages, both in terms of the work organization, and of high-quality patient care. Nevertheless preventive action cannot be fully passed on to graduate nurses. Careful planning and education are needed to ensure a comprehensive approach in healthy life style counselling.

The European report "Bulgaria - Health Profile for the Country 2017" reflects statistics on the obesity and immobilization of young people in the country. Although adult obesity levels are below the EU average, they have increased by 25% since 2008, with statistics showing that among young people they have risen by two-thirds in the 2005-2006 and 2013- 2014 and have reached 20%. Also, more than half of Bulgarian pupils in 1-12 grades (51%) are extremely immobilized, one of the reasons being rare visits to physical education classes and lack of interest in additional sport outside compulsory schooling. Separately, every third grader in Bulgaria has a problem with extra pounds, although in most cases it is the parents who refuse to accept that their child needs change and help, not to mention a strict diet and encouragement to exercise sports. More than 50% of the children who crossed the classrooms for the first time this year in Bulgaria are already having vertebral distortion. Only 3% of Bulgarian teenagers say they sometimes go to the gym because they want to look good and build up muscle mass. However, a positive aspect is that a higher percentage of girls and boys at 15 years of age in Bulgaria report regular physical activity than in other EU countries, although less than 25% report moderate exercise intensive physical activity on a daily basis. This study aims to analyze, on the basis of an authoritative survey, the opinions and the vision of active training parents as to whether their children should be attending fitness training. The survey was conducted within 2 months through an online survey of 21 questions, with a total of 187 active sporting parents. Questions concern both the sporting aspects, the healthy diet and the overall condition of the child, through the eyes of his/her parents.
