Abstract. Fuzzy Logic Implementation on A Portable Automatic Handwashing Station with An Android-Based Monitoring System. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world and Indonesia, washing hands with soap was the first step to prevent the virus from entering the body. The hand washing facilities used by the community are still operated by hand. This creates an opportunity for the virus to spread. This study aims to create a hand washing facility using ultrasonic and Arduino sensors to avoid touching method in its operation, and a monitoring system with Android to monitor waste, water and soap which is equipped with features facilitating the maintenance system. This study implemented fuzzy logic in determining the engine ignition reaction with the hand distance indicator to the sensor. The result of testing the accuracy of the ultrasonic sensor to read hand distance is 92.65%.Keywords: Fuzzy Logic, Android, Handwashing Station Abstrak. Saat pandemi COVID-19 melanda dunia dan Indonesia, mencuci tangan dengan sabun merupakan langkah awal pencegahan virus masuk ke dalam tubuh. Sarana cuci tangan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat masih dioperasikan dengan tangan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan peluang penyebaran virus. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat alat cuci tangan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik dan Arduino untuk menghidari metode sentuh pada pengoprasiannya, dan sistem monitoring dengan Android untuk memantau limbah, air dan sabun yang dilengkapi dengan fitur yang memudahkan sistem perawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan logika Fuzzy dalam menentukan reaksi penyalaan mesin dengan indikator jarak tangan ke sensor. Hasil pengujian keakuratan sensor ultrasonik untuk membaca jarak tangan ialah 92.65%. Kata Kunci: Logika Fuzzy, Android, Alat Cuci Tangan

There was one death case happened in 2018-2019 at Puskesmas Hinai Kabupaten Langkat regency for under five years children that caused by diarrhea. Low clean and healthy behavior (36,9) and total sanitation are one of the causes. Good total sanitation can decrease 94% incidence of diarrhea. The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between total sanitation with incidence of diarrhea for under five years children. The type of this research was cross sectional. The population of this research was all under five years children who live in suka mulia. The sample were 67 respondents. The instrument used  questionnaire sheet. The result of this study that there were  relationship between behavior defection (p= 0,0015), hand washing behavior (p= 0,006), rubbish treatment (p= 0,017), waste water treatment (p= 0,010), and there was no relationship of good and drinking water treatment with diarrhea for five years children (p= 0,804). The advice for society was to improve total sanitation in order not to be source or intermediaries of diarrhea. For related institution to give education about total sanitation to prevent diarrhea

System The process of counting and storing in a manual water reservoir analysis has a high percentage of error rate compared to an automated system. In a company industry, especially in the WWT (Waste Water Treatment) section, it has several reservoir tanks as stock which are still counted manually. The ultrasonic sensor is placed at the top of the WWT tank in a hanging position. Basically, to measure the volume in a tank only variable height is always changing. So by utilizing the function of the ultrasonic sensor and also the tube volume formula, the stored AIR volume can be monitored in real time based on IoT using the Blynk application. From the sensor, height data is obtained which then the formula is processed by Arduino Wemos and then information is sent to the MySQL database server via the WIFI network.
