We investigated the perceived quality of teleradiology services offered at a rural hospital in comparison with radiology provided by three other methods: circuit riding', an on-site radiologist, and a hybrid arrangement. The research design was a case study, with interviews of administrators, technologists and physicians at the rural hospital, followed by a structured survey of all staff physicians. Responses were analysed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Both interviews and the survey indicated that teleradiology was perceived to be as accurate as on-site film interpretation. All other aspects of the service- efficiency, reports, communications and the overall contribution to patient care-were judged to be poorer than on-site radiology. We conclude that the provision of acceptable teleradiology requires considerable attention to all aspects of the radiology service, with attention to differences in institutional culture and mission, and to communication.

Pramesti branded is an online store selling bags, clothes and cosmetics, where the sales system still manual and not computerized. Pramesti Branded resellers have had many both inside and outside the city of Bengkulu city. To solve the above problem, namely to increase sales, minimize the work and provide the needs of customers primarily acts as a reseller then Pramesti Branded want to use technology in the marketing and sales strategies by designing an e-commerce system for express orders dropshiper resellers. To build an application e-commrce express order system for resellers dropshiper analysis in the design of systems that are used to describe the system model using tools such as UML (Unified Modeling Language) in order to facilitate the transfer of the concept system designed to be a program in the form of a use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, deployment diagram, components of the diagram, statechart diagram, sequence diargram and in database design using mySQL database. Based on the case study it can be concluded that the application of e-commrce express order system for resellers dropshiper who made this can be a media campaign that helped increase sales, especially for resellers and reduce operating costs for companies and consumers to facilitate the process of booking and payment of a product because it is done online. This research aims to describe women farmer’s participation in the establishment of Kampung Kucai (Chives Hamlet) through Women Farmers Group, to identify existing gender roles, and to review to what extent do women contribute to household income by means of house-yard land optimisation for farming practice. Study area was determined purposively in Kampung Kucai, Kranggan Hamlet, Pojok Village, Blitar Regency. This research was conducted between March and April 2018. Snowball sampling was used as sampling method. There were 20 respondents interviewed, both husbands and wives actively involved in Women Farmers Group, and 5 key informants. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approaches. It was found that women’s participation in the Kampung Kucai’s establishment made up from chives cultivation, promotional activities, and managing sustainably. Gender roles in the house-yard land chives farming management were identified according to role/activity, control, access, and benefit disparities between men and women. Men were found to have allocated more time on productive role compared to their women counterparts. Men allocated 10 hours per day or 66,7 % worth productive role where women allocated 5 hours per day or 33,3 %. Therefore, each contributions to household income per month were Rp. 460.230,- and Rp. 229.770,- respectively, whereas women allocated more reproductive role than their men counterparts at 50 % rate compared to 14,5 %. Keywords: Gender Roles, Women Farmer, Workloads, Income Contribution. Received: 26 February, 2017; Accepter: 15 March, 2017

Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) is an approach for designing, deploying and managing services that represent reusable business functionality. SOA removes the gap between software and business. Reliability and fault-free implementation are major concern for SOA based applications. Traditional testing are no more beneficial for verifying and validating the quality of services in SOA systems. Regression testing is inevitable that is undertaken every time to provide confidence that modification do not introduce new bugs into previously validated code. In this paper we addressed the UML based regression testing method using UML use case diagram and UML activity diagram to generate a test case in the context of case study named ' Online Shopping System' .

The Unified Modeling Language - UML - is the most used specification language, and the way the world models not only application structure, behavior, and architecture, but also business process and data structure. In this paper, we aim to demonstrate a system development methodology by generating the UML diagrams from the requirements of the Automatic Banking Machine (ABM) System and discuss their relationships, differences and suitability. The high-level requirements of the system are specified by using use-case diagram, activity diagram, state chart diagram, collaboration diagram, sequence diagram, and component diagram, and the low-level requirements of each component using class diagrams. We briefly introduce each diagram, their usage, their advantages and some limitations, and then we discuss the relationships and differences between two or more diagrams, and suitability for modeling the different parts of the system.
