Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada PDAM Padang belum optimal, tidak terkecuali pada pengolahan informasi kepada pelanggan yang masih manual. Sehingga menyebabkan informasi yang dibutuhkan tidak efektif dan efesien. Jadi dari hal tersebut penulis mencoba memberikan solusi dengan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan informasi serta proses transaksi pembayaran tagihan PDAM yang bertujuan untuk membantu atau mempermudah admin dalam melakukan pengolahan data informasi dan pelanggan dalam memperoleh informasi serta mengetahui tarif pembayaran. Penelitian perpustakaan dan penelitian laboratorium dimana data-data yang diperoleh dikelompokkan terlebih dahulu lalu dalam analisa dan hasil yang digunakan adalah Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang mana diantaranya, Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Aktivity Diagram, Collaboration Diagram, dan Deployment Diagram dan aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP Skrip. Sedangkan database yang dipakai adalah MySQL. Dengan pemanfaatan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan penerapan forum e-raport ini nantinya akan mampu mempermudah guru dan siswa dalam proses penilaian hasil pembelajaran serta dalam mendapatkan informasi yang lebih baik dan berkualitas. Sehingga tujuan yang diharapkan untuk kemajuan siswa dan sekolah dapat tercapai

Smartphone merupakan alat komunikasi yang menjadi kebutuhan primer di masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan. Penerapan teknologi informasi di perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu bentuk dari perubahan dalam proses pelayanan administrasi akademik kepada mahasiswa. AMIK HASS belum memiliki aplikasi mobile campus (m-campus) sehingga pengaksesan informasi aktifitas mahasiswa belum efektif dan efisien dapat diakses melalui smartphone. Perancangan aplikasi mcampus menggunakan alat desain sistem object oriented atau Unified Modelling Language diantaranya Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram dan Collaboration Diagram. Perancangan aplikasi m-campus dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam menunjang layanan akademik. Sehingga diharapkan dengan perancangan aplikasi m-campus dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Akademik dan informasi aktifitas kegiatan mahasiswa dapat diakses secara efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: m-Campus, android, mobile, akademik

Puskemas merupakan salah satu organisasi fungsional yang berada dibawah naungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten atau Kota, dimana Puskesmas ini ditujukan untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang belum bisa terjangkau oleh pelayanan rumah sakit.  Pelayanan yang dimaksud adalah mulai dari pendaftaran pasien baik pasien lama ataupun pasien baru, pencatatan rekam medis pasien, distribusi obat ke pasien, pengolahan data dokter dan perawat yang menangani pasien sampai sebagai bentuk keterbukaan informasi kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melakukan berbagai fungsi pelayanan dalam bidang kesehatan (e-health) yang bertujuan agar dapat membantu dan mempermudah pelayanan di Puskesmas terkait dengan pelayanan pasien, khususnya mempermudah pasien melihat riwayat kesehatannya sendiri, serta pasien bisa mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan.  Aplikasi e-health dirancang memiliki beberapa fitur yaitu pendaftaran online, pengiriman resep, pasien bisa melihat riwayat kesehatannya selama berobat di Puskesmas dan menyediakan informasi kesehatan. Perancangan sistem e-health ini menggunakan pendekatan perencangan berorientasi pada objek menguunakan tools Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari lima diagram yaitu usecase diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram dan collaboration diagram  dan pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database menggunakan PHPMysql dan Dreamweaver.

A building can be called intelligent when it has the means for automatic control of all systems for life activities. Intelligent environments are able to support ever-changing environmental needs by automatically and dynamically adjusting their key parameters without explicit human intervention. An intelligent building can be defined as one that is able to acquire and apply knowledge about its inhabitants and their surroundings in order to adapt to the inhabitants and meet the goals of comfort and efficiency. Agents are software programs designed to act autonomously and adaptively to achieve goals defined by their human developers. These systems make use of a knowledge base and algorithms to carry out their responsibilities. This article analyses software agent system in the building environment. How does the agent control temperature and humidity in the house, how does it make decisions? The creation tasks of software agent system are solved with the help of Agent Unified Modelling Language. The collaboration diagram describes a particular situation and is useful to present objective range analysis results. Temperature and humidity measurement and access control appliances can interact with each other with defined functions. Fuzzy controller ensures the comfort situation in the room. Fuzzy logic rules in line with the method of choice are very important during system design. Study the conventional fuzzy control, which is also known as the creator of the first Mamdani fuzzy system. Logical description of the decision engine IF - THEN a rule set of fuzzy expert system to provide connections between the fuzzy variables in order to obtain the changes that occur in the input sensor. The computer program of fuzzy system is analysed. Obtained results are discussed and conclusions are made.

The Unified Modeling Language - UML - is the most used specification language, and the way the world models not only application structure, behavior, and architecture, but also business process and data structure. In this paper, we aim to demonstrate a system development methodology by generating the UML diagrams from the requirements of the Automatic Banking Machine (ABM) System and discuss their relationships, differences and suitability. The high-level requirements of the system are specified by using use-case diagram, activity diagram, state chart diagram, collaboration diagram, sequence diagram, and component diagram, and the low-level requirements of each component using class diagrams. We briefly introduce each diagram, their usage, their advantages and some limitations, and then we discuss the relationships and differences between two or more diagrams, and suitability for modeling the different parts of the system.

Introducing substation to substation communication interface, tunneling communication and gateway communication described in IEC61850-90-1. For current differential protection, by adopting the idea of object-oriented modeling, dividing functions into logical nodes, gives the protection logic node model, shows the function of logic nodes and the realization of function based on the protection principle; Using Unified Modeling Language (UML) technology of collaboration diagram and sequence diagram, describes the protection logic node interaction and communication process from the messaging level and time level, providing reference to the design and development of Intelligent Electronic Devices (IED).

Spare part is important source in the warship maintenance support process. The spare part logistic support is a interactional course supporting the complex and dynamic warship maintenance by organizing different echelon logistic network including maintenance units, storehouse, transport unit, and so on. Based on the analysis of complex logistic support simulation system on warship spare part, the UML model of system design was built up to provide a common modeling method for the development of simulation system, which includes the use-case diagram, the entity collaboration diagram, class diagram, state diagram and interaction sequence diagram. According to the designed UML models, it has better effect on warship maintenance that the logistic support simulation system on anti-mine warship spare part was designed and realized based on HLA technique..
