The main idea for this reseach is to see the points that motivate Muzakki to use the Zakat Institution to fulfill their zakat. These points mentioned above are the religious side (believe) of a Muzakki, the feeling of being blessed, and the service given by a Zakat through Zakat Instution to the Muzakki who has a preference on fulfilling zakat thorugh Zakat Instution. On this reseach, the method used os experimental method, and for this method, it involves 51 people from Salatiga and some regions around Salatiga. The analytical tools used here is the multiple regression analysis using Tobit model. The findings on this reseach are that the variance of religiosity and the feeling in blessings are not significantly affected by the choice of a Muzakki in using Zakat Instution. And variance of the service given by a zakat institution is signicantly affected by the  choice of a Muzakki in using Zakat instution. Another finding is that from the total polling, 98% of the Muzakki say that they can feel the blessing when they fulfill the zakat, and this feeling is not related to the way of fulfilling their zakat, whether they go though the Zakat Institution or the do it themselves.

For the application into country point highway of Xiamen to Kunming, a series of the C40 concrete with fly ash and slag have been studied by rebound detection and compression strength, the detecting wave of rebound value and compression strength is set up by regression analysis of the testing data. It is shown from the example that the compression strength and rebound value have good relativity, this rebound detection method used in steel fiber concrete is simple and practical.

Regional materials and mixing ratio of Datong area are used to make the concrete testing blocks. The rebounding and ultrasonic non-destruction detecting testing for concrete strength were done by using the six types of strength grades concrete standard specimens according to the technical regulation. On the basis of regression analysis with least squares technique, the mathematical models between rebounding values, ultrasonic velocity values, rebounding-ultrasonic method values and concrete compression strength were set up by three kinds of functions’ regression analysis. The error analysis showed that the rebounding-ultrasonic non-destruction detecting testing method has higher precision results and the practical value.

The utilization of e-learning can improve learning effectiveness and flexibility. Universitas Bina Nusantara (BINUS) provides an online learning program called BINUS Online learning. It offers the student to do a study through online activities, where the students are couraged to learn individually. This research was conducted to obtain a perspective of student intention from BINUS Online learning to mark good achievement. Non experimental method with quatitative approached is implemented where the respondents are students of Information System department and Marketing Management Department. The sampling techniques used is non probability purposive sampling. All variables are measured using questionnaire based on Fishbein and Ajzen model. The data of the research are analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that the intention to mark an achievement of students of BINUS Online learning is very high. It means that BINUS Online learning Program students have strong intention to get good marks and study achievements.
