With the enactment of the Education System Act no 20 of 2003 (better known as the Sisdiknas Act), the State has determined that educational institutions should have a legal umbrella in the form of a legal entity, or better known as the Legal Entity Education. As a non-profit organization, the Foundation is the right legal entity that becomes a place for educational institutions, especially private schools. ABSTRAK Kabupaten Pekalongan merupakan lokasi yang memiliki potensi tinggi dalam penggunaan Surat Kuasa Membebankan Hak Tanggungan (SKMHT), hal ini disebabkan oleh gencarnya pembangunan oleh masyarakat yang membutuhkan dana besar yang antara lain berasal dari kredit yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembaga Hak Tanggungan yang selanjutnya menimbulkan berbagai masalah seperti apabila debitor wanprestasi. BTN selaku kreditor dalam pemberian KPR bersubsidi kepada debitor umumnya tidak menguasai benda yang menjadi jaminan kredit secara fisik, tetapi hanya memiliki hak kebendaan secara administratif. Pengikatan obyek jaminan yang berupa tanah, yaitu Hak Milik, Hak Guna Bangunan dan Hak Guna Usaha, prosesnya hanya sampai dengan Surat Kuasa Membebankan Hak Tanggungan (SKMHT) saja, dengan tidak dibebankan Hak Tanggungan atas obyek jaminan tersebut, maka BTN belum memiliki hak kebendaan atas jaminan tersebut secara faktual.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis peran notaris dalam hal debitor wanprestasi, penggunaan SKMHT yang tidak diikuti APHT dalam hal debitor wanprestasi terkait dengan pemberian fasilitas Kredit Pemilikan Rumah Subsidi pada Bank Tabungan Negara serta upaya pihak Bank Tabungan Negara dalam hal debitor wanprestasi terhadap pemberian fasilitas Kredit Pemilikan Rumah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kualitatif, yaitu data yang diperoleh disusun secara sistematis kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif agar dapat diperoleh kejelasan masalah yang akan dibahas.Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa dalam menghadapi debitor wanprestasi Bank BTN mengambil langkah melakukan penjualan kembali dengan menggunakan kuasa menjual yang tercantum dalam akta “Pengakuan Hutang”, serta peningkatan SKMHT ke APHTkepada calon debitor, dan peran notaris yang hanya sebagai pembuat akta sehingga tidak turut serta jika terjadi wanprestasi.Kata kunci: Notaris, SKMHT, APHT, wanprestasi ABSTRACTPekalongan Regency is a location that has a high potential in the use of Power of Attorney Charging the Guarantee Right (SKMHT), this is caused by incessant development by people who need big fund which among others comes from the credit obtained by using the Mortgage Institution which further cause various problems such as if the debtor is defaulted. BTN as a creditor in the granting of subsidized KPR to the debtor generally does not control objects that become credit for physical security, but only have the right of property administratively. The binding of the object of collateral in the form of land, namely Right of Ownership, Building Rights and Cultivation Right, the process is only up to the Power of Attorney Charging the Guarantee Right (SKMHT) only, without the burden of the Guaranteed Fund on the object of the guarantee, BTN has no material right the guarantee is factual.The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role of a notary in the case of debtor wanprestasi, the use of SKMHT not followed APHT in the case of debtor wanprestasi associated with the provision of Subsidized House Ownership Credit in the State Savings Bank and the efforts of the State Savings Bank in the case of debt defaulting to the grant Housing Loan facility. The method used in this study is the method of qualitative analysis, the data obtained is arranged systematically and then analyzed qualitatively in order to obtain clarity of issues to be discussed.In this study it is concluded that in the face of debtor wanprestasi Bank BTN take steps to resell by using the power of sale which stated in deed "Recognition of Debt", and increase SKMHT to APHT to debitor candidate, and notary role which only as deed maker so do not participate if there was a default.Keywords: notary, SKMHT, APHT, wanprestasi

This article explores the connection between the decline of unions and the rise of the right; provides examples of the effect of union member engagement in political engagement; and makes the case that changes in policy and new organizing can restore the crucial role of unions in civic life.

This chapter reviews the evidence for the origins of morphomic patterns in the effects of defunct sound changes or extinct functional motivations and reflects on their substance and on the types of alternation involved, concluding that morphomic patterns exist independently of their phonological substance and that it is possible that any kind of formal difference (suppletion, defectiveness, heteroclisis, periphrastic structure, internal allomorphy) is liable to morphomic distribution. The chapter reasserts the crucial role of lexical identity in explaining morphomic structures in the face of formal difference. It invokes the principle of synonymy avoidance to explain speakers’ exploitation of morphomic patterns in the distribution of such differences. Finally, it considers the role of intraparadigmatic predictability in morphomic structure. Contrary to some current views, it argues that predictability is not an inherent property of morphomic patterns but an acquired property that favours the diachronic survival of morphomic patterns.

This chapter provides an analysis of party system attention to immigration based on the issue incentive model. Two questions are central, namely the general increase in attention to immigration and the pronounced increase in Denmark. Based on the issue incentive model, the issue of immigration shows the importance of problem information. The increased share of foreigners has, combined with the growth of radical right-wing parties, generated more attention to the issue. In all countries, the issue has become an established issue on the party system agenda. The chapter furthermore shows the crucial role of large, mainstream parties’ coalition considerations in explaining how issues can make it to the top of the party system agenda. Only in Denmark has a strong focus on immigration been attractive from a coalition perspective. Denmark is thus the only country studied where immigration has become a central issue in the competition between the large, mainstream parties for office.

French Protestantism has remained famous in the history of political thought mostly for its theories regarding popular sovereignty and the right of the people to resist and replace a tyrannical ruler. However, before the civil wars pushed them on this revolutionary path, French Protestants stressed the duty of obedience even in the face of manifest tyranny. The reasons for this were ideological, due to the significance placed on St. Paul’s assertion that all political power was divinely ordained, but also pragmatic, as Calvin and his followers were acutely aware of the danger of antagonizing the secular authorities. More importantly, they were fervently hoping for the conversion of France to the Reformation and, in their mind, the surest way such a process could take place was through the conversion of the king and the royal family. Therefore, Protestant propaganda of that time constantly urged the most important French royals to convert to the Reformation, and, for this purpose, they deployed a language full of references to the pious Biblical rulers who led their people towards the true faith—whom the addressees of these propaganda texts were advised to emulate, lest they incur God’s wrath. This paper aims to analyze the occurrences and the role of these references in the Protestants’ dialogue with the French monarchy.

Em tempos de crise humanitária, provocada pela Pandemia do novo coronavírus, debates sobre o uso inteligente dos recursos públicos ocupam os tabloides com a opinião dos especialistas. No conjunto da sociedade brasileira, a fratura da desigualdade social ficou ainda mais exposta, e com isso a discussão em torno de políticas públicas e o papel do Estado diante do delicado momento ganhou espaço na esfera pública. Nesta direção, cabe referenciar a existência de contingentes populacionais significativos vivendo em localidades que não possuem o acesso adequado a serviços públicos básicos, que não gozam do direito à Cidade, e que são sistematicamente invisibilizados, inclusive no plano da estatística pública. São localidades sem CEP (Código de Endereçamento Postal), importantes não apenas para o serviço essencial de recebimento de cartas e encomendas pelos Correios, mas para atribuição de endereço aos indivíduos em contato com as malhas do Estado. Não ter endereço com CEP, por logradouro, significa ter a existência -espacialmente falando - atrelada a outro lugar que não é onde se vive, e por consequência, com danos ao exercício da cidadania plena. O enfrentamento ao Covid-19 depreende uma ação do Poder Público de forma eficaz, de políticas públicas articuladas, devidamente financiadas, transparentes e, não menos importante, territorializadas.Palavras Chave: Favelas. Políticas PúblicasTERRITORIALIZATION OF PUBLIC POLICIES: NOTES ABOUT COVID-19 AND THE POSTAL ADDRESS CODE IN RIO FAVELASIn times of humanitarian crisis, caused by the Pandemic of the new coronavirus, debates about the intelligent use of public resources occupy the tabloids with the opinion of experts. In Brazilian society as a whole, the fracture of social inequality was even more exposed, and with this the discussion around public policies and the role of the State in the face of this delicate moment gained space in the public sphere. In this sense, it is worth mentioning the existence of significant population contingents living in locations that do not have adequate access to basic public services, that do not enjoy the right to the City, and that are systematically made invisible, including in terms of public statistics. They are locations without CEP (Postal Address Code), important not only for the essential service of receiving letters and parcels by the Post Office, but for assigning addresses to individuals in contact with the state's networks. Not having a postal address, by street address, means having one's existence - spatially speaking - linked to another place that is not where one lives, and consequently, with damage to the exercise of full citizenship. The confrontation with Covid-19 implies an effective government action, articulated public policies, duly financed, transparent and, not least, territorialized.Keywords: Favelas. Covid-19. Document Review

Business actors have their way of finding and getting new customers. They develop the right marketing strategy to get new customers because they will win the business competition with their competitors. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach the data used in primary data and secondary data. The methods used in data collection are interviews, observation and document review. Sampling using purposive sampling. The data analysis methods used are data reduction, data display, and conclusions drawing/verification methods. From the research results, it can be seen that: 1) Honda Kebon Jeruk has a breakthrough, namely collaborating with E-commerce such as Tokopedia in marketing their products; 2) Direct Marketing used in Honda Kebon Jeruk includes social media marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, digital marketing, and direct marketing; and 3) The role of sales consultants is significant in the success of the marketing strategy made by Honda Kebon Jeruk using the face to face customer method.

Abstract With a focus on Eph 4:7-16, the article highlights the significance of the concept of “gift” in Ephesians. John Barclay’s work helps to situate the Paul of Ephesians among Jewish theologians of grace, especially the perspective of the Qumran Hodayot with respect to the incongruity of divine mercy. Moreover, the results of recent analyses of Ephesians within the Roman Imperial context, including civic and familial concepts, are pushed to a new level of understanding. The study includes an examination of the link between ancient ideologies and practices related to gift giving and the delineation of social bonds and communal obligations where the depiction of the role of Christ as the giver of ministerial gifts plays a crucial role. Ultimately, the essay goes some way to close the perceived gap between the undisputed letters and Ephesians in term of a theology of grace.
