Recently coastal tourism has increased rapidly and has negatively affected environmental, social and cultural sustainability. The Algarve is the main sun-and-sea tourism destination in Portugal, with a large number of beautiful beaches. Due to negative tourism impacts and climate change, coastal tourism management tools need to be assessed and implemented. Most beach areas have the dual mandate of conserving coastal natural resources and providing opportunities for recreation and tourism. This paper aims to identify off-peak season beach users' profiles and to segment them according to their priorities for sustainable beach management in the face of climate change and seasonality balance. Four beaches with different types were chosen in the municipality of Albufeira as case studies: an urban, a rural, a resort and a remote beach. A cluster analysis was applied to data collected through a survey applied to 200 tourists through face-to-face interviews. The survey aimed to measure beach visitors' opinion about beach environment and services, as well as about the importance of 25 quality beach attributes. The cluster analyses generated three segments of beach users with the following profiles: comfort and food lovers, young and active environmentalists and sustainable minimalists. The results provide valuable information and insights for both academics and beach managers, who can adjust their management tasks to suit market segments and their preferences, fulfilling emerging environmental policies.

Coastal tourism is a part of the tourism activities related to the beauty of the beach panorama, sports tourism and environmental sustainability. In the industrial era 4.0, there has been a massive changes in science and technology known as the rapid disruptive movement of technology, causing many large companies to state bankruptcy and change the pattern of behavior of the current millennial generation. A lot of sectors, including tourism, which have so far been worked on by human labor, are being replaced by technology, robots or artificial intelligence. The development of tourism areas requires medium and long term of strategic studies and involves some elements including investors, transportation facilities, hotels, communication, etc. Given that the problems faced are so complex, dynamically changing at any time and faced with uncertainty (probabilistic), it needs to review whether the development of Integrated ecotourism management model in the Seribu Islands implements a system approach that is able to provide benefits and satisfaction of coastal tourism stakeholders. This study aimed to focus on developing the development of an integrated coastal tourism management model in the Seribu islands that was intended for ecotourism management consisting of several sub-models, namely: 1). prediction of tourist visits based on Forecasting and 2) Focus Group Discussion of coastal tourism actors based on the MAAMS method. The results of the discussion show that: 1) the tourist visits tend to increase, 2) some actors in the ecotourism are identified and 3) there is a solution for the roots of problem of coastal tourism that brings benefits to all actors.

Tourism in general is often seen as an opportunity to promote economic and social development, as well as coastal tourism. Coastal tourism activities are also a driving force that can affect ecosystem structures and processes and reduce existing resources on the coast. The research aims to manage tourism coastal areas, both mainland and waters, therefore integrated zone development and sustainable between land and water can be realized. DPSIR analysis (Drivers, Pressure, State, Impact, Response) is a descriptive study with primary and secondary data obtained from respondents (tourist, community, expert) and literature review. The analysis was carried out with qualitative analysis and to test the results of the literature review and the results of field observations, an expert survey was carried out so that the factors in the management of coastal tourism in an area designated as a tourism zone were obtained. The dominant factors resulting from the DPSIR analysis can be concluded as influencing factors in the management of coastal tourism so that they will provide solutions for the realization of an ecologically, socially, and economically sustainable tourism area plan. Suggestions to managers, both private and government, to keep the environment in order to create a sustainable tourist area.
