AbstractWe develop a dynamic economic model based on contemporary understanding of learning and motivation. The model and resulting comparative static analysis show the instructor's role in providing a productive learning environment. Instructors should set the complexity of course assignments and assessments to be consistent with student preparedness. Learning is enhanced when the rate of change in challenge is based on the rate of change of how rapidly students are learning. Instructors steer students toward a productive trajectory with tasks that cause students to work hard and by consistently providing feedback and fostering a culture of learning.

Two processes can be used to summarize the productive-mix of a tourism-led economy: the lack of a significant secondary sector and strong tertiarization. Both developments have had significant consequences for productivity gains that, as shown by empirical research, are key to understanding economic progress. In fact, this productivity has been predominantly concentrated in the industrial sector while services have relied more on factor accumulation. However, this varying economic pattern has permitted long-lasting economic growth in current tourism-led economies. This article develops a theoretical dynamic economic model (a dynamic CGE model) to explain the beginning, development and long-term growth consequences of tourism-led economies.

The purpose of this research is to know thestudent learningoutcomes of grade X SMA KARTIKA XIII-1 AMBON as well as knowing there is a difference whether or not the results of student learning using cooperative type Team Games Tournament(TGT) with type Make a Match as the learning model. This research is the comparison research which the sample consists of two classes, the class was given further study of chemistry at the consept of moles materials, first classexperiment (X-1) using the cooperative type Team Games Tournament(TGT) and in secondclass experiment (X-2) using the cooperative type Make a Match as the learning model. Based on the results of the study gained note that both models of learning that can enhance the learning outcomes of students, it can be seen from the success of the qualifications obtained from both the class when there has same qualification of 75% of students are on completed qualifying, 25% of students are on failed qualifying, with average from X-1 class used Type TGT is 66.125 and X-2 class used Type Make a Match is 57.3125. Hypothesis test data derived from posttest both class indicates the value significance of 0.25 (> 0.05) this a value of H0received and value of H1 rejected so it can be concluded there is no difference in student learning outcomes are either the cooperative type Team Games Tournament (TGT)and type Make a Match as the learning model.

The objective in this research: (1) Determine a better learning model to improve learning outcomes physics students among learning model Inquiry Training based multimedia and Inquiry Training learning model. (2) Determine the level of motivation to learn in affects physics student learning outcomes. (3) Knowing the interactions between the model of learning and motivation in influencing student learning outcomes. This research is a quasi experimental. The population in this research was all students in class XI SMA Negeri 1 T.P Sunggal Semester I 2012/2013. The sample of this research was consisted of two classes with a sample of 70 peoples who are determined by purposive sampling, the IPA XI-2 as a class experiment using a model-based multimedia learning Training Inquiry as many as 35 peoples and XI IPA-3 as a control class using learning model Inquiry Training 35 peoples. Hypotheses were analyzed using the GLM at significant level of 0.05 using SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing conducted found that: (1) Training Inquiry-based multimedia learning model in improving student learning outcomes rather than learning model physics Inquiry Training. (2) The results of studying physics students who have high motivation to learn better than students who have a low learning motivation. (3) From this research there was an interaction between learning model inquiry-based multimedia training and motivation to study on learning outcomes of students.
