ABSTRACTThis study aims to provide an overview of the strategy and management of the Friday Khutbah production process at the Al-Falah Mosque in Surabaya as its object. The method used by researchers in this research is a case study with data collection procedures using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. So that researchers can explore the phenomenon of the object of research in detail and depth. The findings that occur in the field show results that are sharpened by descriptive descriptions of several categories of production. First, the process of determining the idea of the Friday sermon program at Al-Falah Mosque. Second, for the selection mechanism for Friday sermons at Al-Falah Mosque. Third, the design of the Friday sermon program at Al-Falah Mosque. Fourth, testing and evaluating the Friday sermon program at Al-Falah Mosque. Fifth, the final design of the Friday sermon program at Al-Falah Mosque.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi dan manajemen proses produksi khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya sebagai objeknya. Pertama,  proses penentuan gagasan  program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah. Kedua, untuk mekanisme  seleksi program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah. Ketiga, desain program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah. Keempat, pengujian dan evaluasi program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah. Kelima, desain akhir program khutbah Jum’at di Masjid Al-Falah.

Dissolved air flotation (DAF) incorporating filtration (DAFF) is used at the Bolivar wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) to polish lagoon effluent for reuse. Elevated algal populations are frequently experienced and can lead to increased coagulant requirements and process control issues. Streaming current detectors (SCDs) and a charge demand analyser (CDA) were used to monitor the full-scale plant. This was followed by an optimisation study using a pilot plant with a CDA. It was found that the normal operational charge demand range for DAF at Bolivar was between −46 and −40 μeq L−1. Decreasing the pH of coagulation reduced coagulant consumption and facilitated more sensitive CDA responses to changes in alum dose.

This study aims to analyze the practical use of the Balanced Scorecard as an instrument for the management of Strategic Planning in Novo Nordisk Produção Farmacêutica do Brasil Ltda (Novo Nordisk Pharmaceutical Production of Brazil Ltda), identifying points of divergence from the theory created by Kaplan and Norton in the 1990s. To develop the research, the analytical empirical methodological approach was adopted, with the conduction of a case study at a company unit located in Montes Claros - MG. There were 19 semi-structured interviews with directors and managers and 207 questionnaires were applied to the other employees. The results showed that among the managers of the company there is a common knowledge regarding the premises for the definition of Strategic Planning and also an alignment on the Balanced Scorecard. Contrary to what Kaplan and Norton presented about the stages of the creation of the Balanced Scorecard, it was verified that the process at Novo Nordisk in Montes Claros is developed in an inverse way: first, the goals coming from the head quarter are received. Then the Strategic Planning, which will lead to the attainment of these goals, is developed. The research also showed the adaptations made by the company under study to the model proposed by Kaplan and Norton, in order to minimize the barriers from the agency conflict that can lead to the failure to obtain the expected results for the goals defined in the Strategic Planning of the organizations. Keywords: Balanced Scorecard. Abstract Tofu contains various substances that are very good when consumed to improve people’s nutrition. In addition, tofu also has good taste. The problem is that the tofu production process produces products and non-product outputs in the form of waste that is very dangerous if directly disposed of in the environment. The BOD5 content of tofu small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Sugihmanik Village ranged from 3,667-4,933 mg/L and COD 7,668-9,736 mg/L. At the same time, the TSS values ranged from 701-1,189 mg/L. The BOD5 value in the river water content is 367 mg/L. It greatly exceeds the set Threshold Value. This study aims to measure the environmental impact using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). LCA can identify the impact of each activity based on the impact category to identify the processes that contribute significantly to damaging the environment. This study found that the cooking and frying process had the highest impact, where the climate change category was the largest. Wastewater treatment plants, biogas from the biodigester as a substitute for electricity for water pumps, rice husks, and corn cobs are expected to reduce environmental impacts. The IGPC's Engineering Department designed basic technological and machine projects for a granulated zeolite production plant, on the basis of which a pilot plant with an initial capacity of 5,000 t/y was constructed in 1984, within Birac - Zvornik production complex. The technology in these projects was developed in the laboratories of the IGPC.Several goals were realized by designing a granulated zeolite production plant. This technology is one of the newest state of the art high tech technologies. The product meets all quality demands, as well as environmental regulations, by which granulated zeolite production for various uses was developed. The granulated zeolite production process is fully automatized, and the product has uniform quality. There is no waste material in granulated zeolite production, because all products with unsatisfactory quality are returned to the process. The production process can be controlled manually, which is necessary during start - up, and repairs.
