The quantitative distribution of igneous rocks has recently assumed a place of importance in petrogenic discussions. This is due largely to the influence of Daly, who made a survey of the areal distribution of rock types as shown by their outcrops on published maps, and reached the well-known conclusion that intrusions are overwhelmingly granitic in composition, and that extrusions arc largely basaltic. If further research should firmly establish this result, it will unquestionably be a fact of the first order of importance of which any general theory of petrogenesis must take cognizance.

The geometric structure of pore space in some carbonate rocks can be correlated with petrophysical measurements by quantitatively analyzing binaries generated from SEM images. Reservoirs with similar porosities can have markedly different permeabilities. Image analysis identifies which characteristics of a rock are responsible for the permeability differences. Imaging data can explain unusual fluid flow patterns which, in turn, can improve production simulation models.Analytical SchemeOur sample suite consists of 30 Middle East carbonates having porosities ranging from 21 to 28% and permeabilities from 92 to 2153 md. Engineering tests reveal the lack of a consistent (predictable) relationship between porosity and permeability (Fig. 1). Finely polished thin sections were studied petrographically to determine rock texture. The studied thin sections represent four petrographically distinct carbonate rock types ranging from compacted, poorly-sorted, dolomitized, intraclastic grainstones to well-sorted, foraminiferal, ooid, peloidal grainstones. The samples were analyzed for pore structure by a Tracor Northern 5500 IPP 5B/80 image analyzer and a 80386 microprocessor-based imaging system. Between 30 and 50 SEM-generated backscattered electron images (frames) were collected per thin section. Binaries were created from the gray level that represents the pore space. Calculated values were averaged and the data analyzed to determine which geological pore structure characteristics actually affect permeability.

Malaria is one of the health problems in Indonesia, especially West Sumatra. Determination of the description of Malaria disease in an area is needed to determine the spread and severity of the disease. This study aims to determine the frequency distribution according to age, sex and place of residence, description of the types of Plasmodium causes of Malaria and hematological features in Malaria patients at Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018. This type of research is a descriptive observational study with an approach or design cross section (cross sectional). The frequency distribution of Malaria sufferers in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 according to the highest age was in the age group 21-30 years as many as 28 cases (36.8%), the highest sex among men was 46 (60.5%) and the highest number of residences was found in Koto Tangah sub-district there were 31 cases (40.8%). The type of Plasmodium found in Malaria cases in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 was P. vivax (73 cases (96.05%)) and P. falciparum (3 cases (3.95%)). The results of laboratory tests on Hb, hematocrit, platelet and leukocyte levels in Malaria positive patients in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 were in the normal range.

As organizer of social health insurance, social security health agencies continue to work so that all health facilities in Indonesia to support the passage of the health insurance program optimally so that all participants BPJS health benefit services. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of health care received by patients in health centers health BPJS participants Lempake cities Samarinda 2015 consists of variable promotive, preventive care, and curative services. The research method used is descriptive quantitative survey approach. The total sample is 100 patients. Data analysis using frequency distribution. Resulth of analysis using frequency distribution of 100 respondents showed that patients benefit as much as 89 respondents promotive services, patients feel the benefits of preventive care as much as 66 respondents, and patients feel the benefits of curative services as much as 95 respondents.
