This research was conducted by observing the location to see how the community looks for alternative policies that can help solve the problem of limited development funds in the surrounding environment, and finally to explore and understand sewu-sewu activities as a way to generate community-based development funds. This study used a survey method with direct observation, structured interviews and tested the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results showed that the provision of public goods (public facilities) can be realized through mutual cooperation which is reflected in sewu-sewu activities. This activity includes regulation and management in which there is a money collection process, distribution process and a process of managing sewu-sewu collection. The implementation of this activity is carried out in RW. 4 villages of Karang Asem, Luwemunding District, Majalengka Regency. Through the implementation of this activity, it can increase the independence of a community to be able to provide community needs, one of which is in the form of physical development through community self-help.

IN PONTIANAKTraditional markets or public markets are the centers of economic activity in an area that also embody the welfare of the people who have great potential and can drive the economy of the people. During financial crisis, the markets can survive, providing service needs to the community. Public markets have described the pulse of the people's economy. Therefore, the existence of public markets, which are now increasingly squeezed by the rapid growth of the modern stores, are important to be immediately saved. The government already has several legal protections to overcome this problem, one of it is the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007 concerning the Arrangement and Development of Public Markets, Shopping Centers and Modern Stores. However, various policies are often only applied to the public markets that are provided or built by the government or regional managers. Even though it is not uncommon that the existing public markets originated from markets that grow from nongovernmental community self-help. These markets are almost evenly grown in every city in Indonesia, as well as in Pontianak. Identification of the pattern of growth of the public markets in Pontianak is intended to find out how public markets grow and develop in residential areas. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, to describe the symptoms or phenomena about the growth that occur at the time the research is conducted. A quantitative approach is carried out to find out the number of people's markets resulting from nongovernmental community self-help. The results showed that the pattern of growth of public market in Pontianak which was formed from the self-help of the people was very relevant to be considered in the structuring of the public markets in Pontianak in the future. This is related to community needs, location, ownership, placement, and management.

Purpose This study explored group experiences and individual differences in the behaviors, thoughts, and feelings perceived by adults who stutter. Respondents' goals when speaking and prior participation in self-help/support groups were used to predict individual differences in reported behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. Method In this study, 502 adults who stutter completed a survey examining their behaviors, thoughts, and feelings in and around moments of stuttering. Data were analyzed to determine distributions of group and individual experiences. Results Speakers reported experiencing a wide range of both overt behaviors (e.g., repetitions) and covert behaviors (e.g., remaining silent, choosing not to speak). Having the goal of not stuttering when speaking was significantly associated with more covert behaviors and more negative cognitive and affective states, whereas a history of self-help/support group participation was significantly associated with a decreased probability of these behaviors and states. Conclusion Data from this survey suggest that participating in self-help/support groups and having a goal of communicating freely (as opposed to trying not to stutter) are associated with less negative life outcomes due to stuttering. Results further indicate that the behaviors, thoughts, and experiences most commonly reported by speakers may not be those that are most readily observed by listeners.

Purpose In the 10 years since the International Cluttering Association (ICA) was created, this organization has been growing in the scope of its initiatives, and in the variety of resources it makes available for people with cluttering (PWC). However, the awareness of this disorder and of the methods for its intervention remain limited in countries around the world. A celebration of the multinational and multicultural engagements of the ICA's Committee of the International Representatives is a common thread running through all the articles in this forum. The first article is a joint effort among international representatives from five continents and 15 countries, exploring various themes related to cluttering, such as awareness, research, professional preparation, intervention, and self-help groups. The second article, by Elizabeth Gosselin and David Ward, investigates attention performance in PWC. In the third article, Yvonne van Zaalen and Isabella Reichel explain how audiovisual feedback training can improve the monitoring skills of PWC, with both quantitative and qualitative benefits in cognitive, emotional, and social domains of communication. In the final article, Hilda Sønsterud examines whether the working alliance between the client and clinician may predict a successful cluttering therapy outcome. Conclusions Authors of this forum exchanged their expertise, creativity, and passion with the goal of solving the mystery of the disconcerting cluttering disorder with the hope that all PWC around the globe will have access to the most effective evidence-based treatments leading to blissful and successful communication.

Purpose It is known that people who stutter (PWS) benefit from self-help experiences, such as attending support groups or conferences. However, limited research has been done to explore the listening of stuttering-related podcasts as a form of self-help for PWS. This study seeks to understand the reasons why PWS listen to stuttering-related podcasts and provide descriptions of their listening experiences. Method Thirty-three PWS who have listened to stuttering-related podcasts were recruited to participate in an online survey that included multiple-choice and open-ended questions. Responses were analyzed and grouped into descriptive themes. Results Participants reported listening to stuttering-related podcasts as a way to gain information and perspective. They also reported experiences that fit themes of empowerment and camaraderie, as a result of listening. Conclusions Stuttering-related podcasts seem to be a positive self-help tool for PWS. Stuttering support group leaders and/or speech-language pathologists may consider introducing their group members or clients who stutter to this type of audio-based self-help experience.

Abstract. The aim of this study was to collect a Rorschach Comprehensive System (RCS) adult nonpatient sample from Italy using more stringent exclusion criteria and controlling for psychopathology, taking into account the methodological suggestions of Ritzler and Sciara (2008) . The authors hypothesized that: (a) adult nonpatient samples are not truly psychologically healthy, in that a high number of psychopathological symptoms are experienced by participants, particularly anxiety and depression, although they have never been in psychological treatment; (b) significant differences emerge between healthy and nonhealthy groups on Rorschach variables, particularly on CS psychopathological indexes; (c) RCS psychopathological indexes are significantly correlated in the expected direction with scores on psychopathological scales. The results confirmed the hypotheses, indicating the need to collect psychologically healthy samples in addition to normative and nonpatient samples. Because differences were found in the comparison between Exner’s sample (2007) and the healthy group in this study regarding form quality and coping styles, the authors suggest that future research should investigate the construct validity of ambitent style and culturally specific influences on form quality. Moreover, the Rorschach scientific community needs to have more extensive form quality tables, enriched with objects that are currently not included.
