The educatonal program development process is challenging with many stakeholders: students, teachers, parents, administrators, employers, and the government. Each stakeholder has compettve priorites; Quality, risk, resources and costs limitaton. Large complex projects require the management of a skilled and experienced project manager. It is the preparaton of curricula for joint internatonal educatonal programs with the use of Agile tools and technologies. The main "customer" in this program is a student, and the ultmate goal of each project within the program-the competence of the student in the labor market afer receiving the diploma. Therefore, this program can be considered difcult, and it is constantly evolves, because the demands of the labor market of China is constantly changing and developing.

This special issue marks the tenth anniversary of the LOPSTR workshop. LOPSTR started in 1991 as a workshop on Logic Program Synthesis and Transformation, but later it broadened its scope to logic-based Program Development in general.The motivating force behind LOPSTR has been a belief that declarative paradigms such as logic programming are better suited to program development tasks than traditional non-declarative ones such as the imperative paradigm. Specification, synthesis, transformation or specialisation, analysis, verification and debugging can all be given logical foundations, thus providing a unifying framework for the whole development process.In the past ten years or so, such a theoretical framework has indeed begun to emerge. Even tools have been implemented for analysis, verification and specialisation. However, it is fair to say that so far the focus has largely been on programming-in-the-small. So the future challenge is to apply or extend these techniques to programming-in-the-large, in order to tackle software engineering in the real world.

Adult guardian ad litem programs are a necessary public service to protect adults from abuse and neglect. This article describes the development and implementation of an adult guardian ad litem program. We discuss the program’s impetus, pilot testing, evaluation, and implementation of the program. Our experience highlights the vital role of diverse inter-sectoral stakeholders. Furthermore, the development process highlights the need for flexibility in program development, tension negotiation among stakeholders, and engagement of aging stakeholders in nontraditional arenas.

This research aimed to investigate and compare teachers’ conceptualizations of their students’ and their own outcomes of our earlySTEM program at the K4 level in two distinct roles: practitioners only and practitioners and program developers jointly. The study group included 66 teachers, 26 of whom had actively contributed to the development of the earlySTEM program. Teachers in both roles were supported by teacher guides, student books and workshops throughout the 8-month long academic year. Data was collected at the end of the academic year through an open-ended survey. The program developer teachers identified more student outcomes under more diverse categories while the practitioner teachers mainly concentrated on cognitive outcomes and limited their conceptualizations to the national curriculum. In addition, the program developer teachers valued their involvement in the program development process and expressed more diverse professional outcomes referring to different types of teacher knowledge.

Continuous Integration (CI) is a practice in the software program development process where software program builders combine code into a shared repository frequently, more than one instance throughout the day. Jenkins is a continuous integration tool which assists developer and testers by using automating the entire test, on the way to reduce their work with the aid of tracking the development at each and every stage in software development, each integration push is then tested by means of automated test cases, and an easy way to make CI quicker and accelerate. CI procedure is to automate the testing of a recent build. In this paper, a real scenario is taken into consideration, how the software program trying out is performed in corporate sectors and how Jenkins can save developers/testers important valuable hours by automating the whole software development system.
