This thesis regards TUT-CMDR type coal mine detection robots as the research object and put forward an application of optimized BP neural network based on Quantum Genetic Algorithm in PID Control of motor speed. Transfer function model of speed control system of TUT-CMDR motor was established. Firstly, initial weights and thresholds of BP neural network were optimized by Quantum Genetic Algorithm, and then BP neural network was designed to adjust the parameters of PID on line. Finally, the results show that the algorithm is feasible and superiority.

For the characteristic of the MMS series Thermo-Mechanical Simulator hydraulic control system, using traditional PID control method can not achieve the desired control effect. Basing on genetic algorithm, BP neural network, which has the arbitrary non-linear approximation ability, self-learning ability and generalization ability, has been used into the hydraulic control system to achieve the online adjustment of the weighting coefficients and the adaptive adjustment of PID control parameters. The results of simulation and online tests show that the control effect of hydraulic system has been improved significantly, and the accurate control of hydraulic system hammer displacement has been realized.

A compliant constant-force actuator based on the cylinder is an important tool for the contact operation of robots. Due to the nonlinearity and time delay of the pneumatic system, the traditional proportional–integral–derivative (PID) method for constant force control does not work so well. In this paper, an improved PID control method combining a backpropagation (BP) neural network and the Smith predictor is proposed. Through MATLAB simulation and experimental validation, the results show that the proposed method can shorten the maximum overshoot and the adjustment time compared with traditional the PID method.

Taking the temperature control of a refrigerated space as example, this paper designs a controller which is based on traditional PID operation and BP neural network algorithm. It has better steady-state precision and adaptive ability. Firstly, the article introduces the concepts of the refrigerated space, PID and BP algorithm. Then, the temperature control of refrigerated space is simulated in MATLAB. The PID parameters will be adjusted by simulation in BP Neural Network. The PID control parameters could be created real-time online, which makes the controller performance best.

Three-ratio of the IEC is a convenient and effective approach for transformer fault diagnosis in the dissolved gas analysis (DGA). Fuzzy theory is used to preprocess the three-ratio for its boundary that is too absolute. As the same time, an improved quantum genetic algorithm IQGA (QGASAC) is used to optimize the weight and threshold of the back propagation (BP). The local and global searching ability of the QGASAC approach is utilized to find the BP optimization solution. It can overcome the slower convergence velocity and hardly getting the optimization of the BP neural network. So, aiming at the shortcoming of BP neural network and three-ratio, blurring the boundary of the gas ratio and the QGASAC algorithm is introduced to optimize the BP network. Then the QGASAC-IECBP method is proposed in this paper. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm in this paper that both convergence velocity and veracity are all improved to some extent. And in this paper, the proposed algorithm is robust and practical.
