With the development of digital image processing technology and computer technology, the capturing and processing of anterior segment image by computer to acquire feature information is possible. This paper captures the anterior eye segment by slit lamp, and then uses image processing technology to preprocess, extract the edge and fit the edge of the captured image. At the same time the paper establishes the information management system based on SSH framework, which can register patient information, manage patient files and images, and finally realize the paperless medical procedure.

This paper presents a new context in the logistic field of organizations. This concept emerged due to the expansion of the application of the original concept proposed by the area of software development, in which the goal was to enable the exchange of information between different systems in such a way that no extra effort was needed. Therefore, this area of Information Technology (IT) is constituted by the standardization of programming language, commands, data storage format, among others. Eventually, principles that were already quite widespread in the sphere of IT gradually became used in different areas, untilit started being used amongst the business field. Thus, in order to make corporate processes interoperable, it has contributed to approach and facilitate the communication between companies based on some of the principles of the software field, such as standardization, form of communication, frequency of orders…etc. On the logistic field, which actually connects industrial and commercial companies through the flux of material and related information, the inoperability has by goal help on the resolution of problems regarding received and sent information management, fulfilling more rapidly the demands and opportunities of the market. In this context, we intend to define the part of interoperability on organizational competitiveness.

It is becoming a development direction to study green forming process in mechanical. The processing technology of machining deep hole in relative thin sheet is a kind of green mechanical processing technology in this paper. The process uses the friction between driller and workpiece and plasticity of workpiece to form hole. The new technological process not only saves material, but also saves man-hours, and the workpiece has a good piece of assembly. In this paper, the forming process of deep hole on thin sheet was simulated, and some effect factors of forming hole were studied, such as the stress, temperature and shape of forming area, etc. The forming simulation is proved to be feasible by the test in this paper. The study results are useful to improve the machining parameters, and laid a foundation for further research on forming deep holes process on thin sheet metal by friction heat.

While crowdsourcing is developed as a business model, it has become a new method of information exchange under the development of mobile Internet and SNS, and promoted the method of information production and exchanging on Internet. During the processes of global huge disaster relief, mass of information released by normal people have been used and played an important role. Using crowdsourcing in disaster information collection can improve the efficiency of rescue. Based on the analysis of current status of disaster information collection and crowdsourcing model, this paper studied the crowdsourcing-compatible disaster information management system, including its content, architecture and future development direction.

With the continuous progress and development of die industry, the traditional die processing has been unable to meet the current needs of society in the quality and quantity of production. Therefore, die manufacturing industry has improved its processing technology, and then high speed machining technology for dies emerges as the times require. The paper summarizes the elaborations of the characteristics of modern die manufacturing and the advantages of high speed cutting die, and the key technologies of high speed machining technology in die manufacturing are also introduced. Thus the paper illustrates that high speed machining technology is an important development direction of the current die processing.

Based on the interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) characteristics of the analysis, combined with the current situation of China's engineering machinery repair, comparative analysis of technical advantages of using IETM technology in engineering machinery repair in data acquisition technology, from the speed, fault isolation efficiency and personnel's work efficiency and other aspects, discusses the necessity of its application; combined with IETM production standards, from the main creative part of IETM, such as information generation, information management, production of interactive interface, several aspects of publishing, explains IETM make the development process and the main production platform.
