Based on the interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) characteristics of the analysis, combined with the current situation of China's engineering machinery repair, comparative analysis of technical advantages of using IETM technology in engineering machinery repair in data acquisition technology, from the speed, fault isolation efficiency and personnel's work efficiency and other aspects, discusses the necessity of its application; combined with IETM production standards, from the main creative part of IETM, such as information generation, information management, production of interactive interface, several aspects of publishing, explains IETM make the development process and the main production platform. By using the structure block diagram, showing the method of information production and information management mode, and the main modules in the block diagram and function are described; and discusses future development proposals.

With the development of sports in colleges and universities, the research on innovation reform of sports industry has been deepened. Therefore, based on the above situation, a study of the status quo and development direction of sports industry in colleges and universities based on the Euclid algorithm is proposed. In the research here, according to the traditional sports industry concept to sum up, and then according to the advantages of computer technology to deal with the relevant data. In order to realize good overlap between data, an application of Euclidean algorithm is proposed. In the test of Euclidean algorithm, the efficiency and function of the algorithm are tested comprehensively, and the test results show that the research is feasible.

A method is proposed which uses the IBM OmniFind Enterprise Edition combined with IBM open source of unstructured information management architecture of Unstructured Information Management Architecture (UIMA), to realize the IBM OmniFind Enterprise Edition semantic search engine search and result classification. This method makes the search space and function more widely, which can not only meet the higher demand of the part of the user, but also increase the competitiveness of the client application.

Whilst the amino acid sequence of a protein is determined by its gene sequence, the final structure and function are determined by posttranslational modifications (PTMs), including quality control (QC) in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and during passage through the Golgi apparatus. These processes are species and cell specific and challenge the biopharmaceutical industry when developing a production platform for the generation of recombinant biologic therapeutics. Proteins and glycoproteins are also subject to chemical modifications (CMs) bothin vivoandin vitro. The individual is naturally tolerant to molecular forms of self-molecules but nonself variants can provoke an immune response with the generation of anti-drug antibodies (ADA); aggregated forms can exhibit enhanced immunogenicity and QC procedures are developed to avoid or remove them. Monoclonal antibody therapeutics (mAbs) are a special case because their purpose is to bind the target, with the formation of immune complexes (ICs), a particular form of aggregate. Such ICs may be removed by phagocytic cells that have antigen presenting capacity. These considerations may frustrate the possibility of ameliorating the immunogenicity of mAbs by rigorous exclusion of aggregates from drug product. Alternate strategies for inducing immunosuppression or tolerance are discussed.

A good diagnostic policy can not only shorten the detection time of faults but also improve the effectiveness of system maintenance. This paper presents a function-based diagnosis strategy that provides a helpful methodology for fault identification. The diagnosis trees of the systems are constructed based on a functional block diagram consisting of function elements (FEs) and test points (TPs). The correlations between the FEs and the TPs are first analysed according to system information flows. Two weighted indexes for fault detection and fault isolation are defined to determine the priority of these TPs in testing. Several parameters related to diagnostic ability are also introduced to provide an evaluated approach for system testability. The diagnostic steps and costs between traditional sequential testing and the function-based diagnosing are compared. The study results may be useful in planning diagnosis actions and testability design for a system. A hydraulic system is used as an example in order to depict the proposed methods.
