The paper highlights the influence of the angle of sharpening of tillage working bodies and their theoretical justification. The work is of a research nature, expressed in the fact that a theoretical analysis of the method of determining the angle of sharpening of tillage working bodies by their degree of wear is given. The type of construction is proposed and described. As a result of this work, the angle of sharpening of the working bodies and the influence of wear on the traction resistance of the blade plough are theoretically proved. The conclusions present the main results achieved so far.

Abstract The development of agricultural technologies, the mechanization of the cultivation of ordinary crops for a long time has gone differently in different ways. The working bodies of agricultural machines process various materials, the number of which is increasing. In addition, the way the same material is processed often changes when trying to improve agricultural technologies. All this forces us to create new mechanisms of agriculture that were previously known. The use of replaceable gear bodies on flat cutting cultivators helps to reduce the energy intensity the process and improve the quality of non-falling soil. To protect against it, various agricultural techniques are recommended: plowing along the entire slope, deepening the arable layer, the formation of irregularities on the surface of arable land in the form of holes, intermittent furrows. The article describes the mechanized protection of the soil of the technological process and technical means for growing crops on erosive lands on the slope. Methodology for improving agricultural machinery for working on the slope of erosive dangerous lands. Ways to increase the stability of the movement of agricultural machines on slopes to improve the quality of technological operations are justified. The operating mode of the active disk needle is described.

The actual issues of social adaptation of workers in modern organizations as one of the elements of the application of a scientific approach to the growth of labor productivity have been considered. From the standpoint of an interdisciplinary theoretical analysis and review of the results of research aimed at studying this phenomenon, the features of social adaptation of employees of the telecommunications company of the Perm region and the factors causing them have been analyzed. The specifics of the social adaptation structure has been described meaningful. The types of social adaptation of the telecommunications company employees have been highlighted. The main factors that form these types have been identified. The arguments of substantive dependence of the quality of work and the daily life of employees on the level and characteristics of its social adaptation have been presented.

The work is devoted to main tillage, namely the theoretical justification of the angle of sharpening of tillage working bodies. The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that the theoretical analysis of the method of determining the angle of sharpening of tillage working organs on the degree of gradual wear of working bodies. Also, the type of the proposed design is justified, its description and the flow of technological process are given. As a result of the work done, the theoretical dependence of the sharpening angle of the working bodies and the influence of the degree of wear on the traction resistance of the arable unit are obtained. The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far.

The purpose of the research is improvement of soil level processing quality by justification of key parameters of working bodies of the combined plow. The combined plow consisting of a frame and sections of working bodies is developed for realization of technological process of level processing of the soil with loosening of the subarable horizon. The working section supports the movements of the unit which are consistently established in the direction plow cases of the top tier with a ploughshare surface and the lower tier without ploughshare surface, containing a chisel and dump surface. For implementation of agrotechnical requirements to level processing of the soil the theoretical research on installation of depth of the course of cases of the top and lower tiers of the combined plow is conducted. The interrelation of bottom crests height of furrow from arrangement of working bodies in section and the angle of shift of the soil is investigated by chisel in the case of the lower tier. The distance between the case of the top tier and the case of the lower tier of the combined plow in the longitudinal plane for ensuring the free movement of the soil and stubble is proved. The carried-out theoretical justification and settlement and graphic determination of constructive parameters of working section cases of the combined plow are shown that their rational values are equal: width of capture of cases of the top and lower tier – 0.45 m; chisel width – 0.07 m; an interval of arrangement of working bodies on a plow – 0.45 m; distance between the case of the top tier and the case of the lower tier of the combined level plow – 0.55 m; depth of the course of the case of the top tier – 0.06- 0.18 m; the layer height which is cut out by the case of the lower tier – 0.25-0.35 m; processing depth chisel – 0.06-0.08 m.

Abstract The article deals with the problem of improving the drive of the driving wheels and working bodies of agricultural machines. The analysis of works on the research topic showed that this problem is solved by giving the very executive mechanisms of the agricultural machine the ability to adjust the characteristics in the direction that improves certain indicators of the quality of functioning, by the purpose of which it is possible to judge the efficiency of the operation of such a machine. The flexibility of the structure can only be ensured by the presence of additional degrees of mobility. Therefore, it is proposed to use differential mechanisms of varying complexity in the drive, which will provide continuous automatic regulation of its own operating parameters depending on changes in the resistance of the working medium to the executive bodies of the machine.
