The work is devoted to main tillage, namely the theoretical justification of the angle of sharpening of tillage working bodies. The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that the theoretical analysis of the method of determining the angle of sharpening of tillage working organs on the degree of gradual wear of working bodies. Also, the type of the proposed design is justified, its description and the flow of technological process are given. As a result of the work done, the theoretical dependence of the sharpening angle of the working bodies and the influence of the degree of wear on the traction resistance of the arable unit are obtained. The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far.

The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that the theoretical analysis of the method of determining the angle of sharpening of soil–processing working bodies according to the degree of gradual wear of working bodies were shown in works on this problem. There was also substantiated the type of the proposed design, there were given its description and flow of a technological process. As a result of the work done, there were obtained the theoretical dependence of the sharpening angle of working bodies and influence of the degree of wear on traction resistance of an arable unit. The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far.

The article is devoted to the theoretical justification of the process of rolling stems by planetaryrollers of the fruit separator in the harvesting of Solanaceae vegetables as reusable as at direct fullharvest. The article has a theoretical, research character, expressed in the fact that the issue of Solanaceae vegetables harvesting was theoretically considered, the analysis of methods and means for the introduction of dry inorganic substances was given, when considering the process of rolling stems of Solanaceae vegetables as a rolling of elastic–plastic material there were obtained the dependencesthat determine the kinematic and energy parameters of planetary multi–rolling fruit separators.The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far. The type of the proposed design was theoretically justified, its description and the flow of the technological process were given. As a result of the work done, the process of fruit removal from a plant with offered working elements was shown.

The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that theoretically the analysis of kinematic parameters of a fruit separator, as well as works of leading scientists on the problem, their shortcomings and ways of solving these problems are indicated. Machines used in gardens do not fully comply with the quality indicators of tillage, especially in the near-trunk zones of fruit trees. Theoretical analysis made it possible to establish that the preferred protective distance in the aisle of the garden should be at least 0.20 m in each direction, and in the inter-barrel space of the boles along a row of 0.38 m and to establish the optimal width of the extension section of 0.55 m. As a result of the research, an original design of the deflectable milling section of the garden milling cutter with an autonomous hydraulic system was proposed and developed, as working bodies knives with special sharpening are used. The tracking system of the remote section is equipped with a double remote probe, when exposed to which the section is retracted to the required distance to protect the trunk of a tree. The use of a deflectable milling section of a garden milling cutter allows to increase the accuracy and quality indicators of processing in the near-trunk zones of garden plantings, while the density of the soil decreases on average by 24%.

The article is devoted to the introduction of dry inorganic substances, mixtures, complex solids on field surface or on the object of treatment by a universal dispenser. The article has a research character which is expressed in the fact that the analysis of methods and means for the introduction of dry inorganic substances as well as extracts from the works of leading scientists on the subject are given, promising scientific developments in the form of patent analysis which provide optimal flow of the technological process are shown, their shortcomings and solutions to these problems are pointed. There was justified the main tendency of development of dispensers and improvement of their designs for advancing the quality rates of their work. Also, there was shown the type of the proposed design, its description and the flow of the technological process. As a result of the work done, there was obtained the design of the dispenser of dry inorganic substances with proposed working elements. The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far.

The features of the process performed with root cutter and plant lifter, as well as the forces acting on their working bodies are examined. It was established that resistance to the root cutting increases with an increase in their number and diameter, but also depends on their mechanical strength. The studies obtained dependences of forces acting on the working bodies in accordance with their geometric parameters and specific application of technological process that can be used in the development of root cutters and plant lifters.
