The development of the concept and tools of stratification metamodeling (SMM) is proposed, which is a new object-oriented methodological approach to the synthesis of a complex model of the economic system (enterprise), in particular, in order to distinguish the set of variants of the combination of heterogeneous object-components of its various strata into a single hierarchical structure. It is emphasized that it is necessary to consider conceptual provisions and tools for evaluation and management of such systemic characteristics as safety and risk in the system of the SMM in order to increase the sustainability of the economic system under consideration.

On the basis of a theory by B. Schlesinger a method is described which permits direct observation and measurement of man's experience. Neurological identification of a syndrome comprising bodily and mental symptoms of fatigue led to a pilot test on aging with old, young, and fatigued Ss. The marked influence of the object, i.e., its quality and its “right” or “left” preferred orientation, was observed and led to two exclusively object-oriented studies, one applying direct viewing and one using a reticule. The former was repeated by Tent (Marburg) with confirming results. The latter now in use showed that systematic training of selected Ss could achieve about 94% agreement on spatial determinants. The method permits the development of a new kind of personality analysis, based on concepts derived from direct observation of factors of experience.

Although many efforts were taken until now, the fact is that environmental questions are still challenging governments and civil society, what is evidenced by the continuous tendency of pollution´s growth, depletion of resources and loss of biodiversity. Considering that considering that anthropocentric conduct, reflected particularly by capitalism, as economic system, and industrialism, as production method, would have led to this disastrous and generalized level of environmental degradation, Klaus Bosselmann has purposed the Ecological State, a theoric model of State (re)organization, ethically based on ecocentrism. The present work intends to introduce the economic assumptions of the Ecological State, to understand in which way it can contribute to improve the notion of strong sustainability. The study points out that economic modern standards, seen as dogmas, are a difficult obstacle to changes and brings some of Tim Jackson´s purposes to reach prosperity without growth to a democratic transition to an Ecological State. The methodological approach is qualitative, pure and the main source of research is bibliographical.

Purpose. To substantiate the methodological approach to the development of research components of the integrated system of complex economic analysis and internal control of the enterprise. Methodology. The main methods of this research are statistical methods, the latter being used for processing of statistic data; methods of formalization and mathematical simulation used for development of conceptual analysis base to control the enterprises activity. Findings. A complex model of diagnostics of enterprises activity in a competitive environment is proposed, which is based on the methodology of complex economic analysis with the use of financial and non-financial indicators. To assess the competitive advantages of the enterprise, we offer an algorithm to calculate an integrated indicator of the level of its competitiveness using a balanced scoring system. Originality. In the course of research, the scientific and methodological approach to a complex evaluation of influence of a research component on development of competitive strategy of the enterprise was developed. Unlike the existing ones, this approach involves: - development of an integrated system of complex economic analysis and internal control over business processes of enterprises with the use of modern information technologies, which allows assessing their competitiveness, forming a development strategy; - methodical procedures of internal control of the enterprise with the use of financial and operational budgets and management reports based on a balanced scoring system, using CVP-analysis, which allows forming flexible budgets. Practical value. The results of the study can be used by practitioners, scientists, government officials to monitor the development of the corporate architecture, to study enterprise development processes.

The study reviews approaches to macro-economic and macro-territorial modelling presented in international and Russian economic publications. We focus on opportunities to improve forecasting the development of economic system in Russia at the macro-economic, inter-sectoral and inter-regional levels. We described dynamic macro-economic, inter-sectoral and inter- regional models developed in the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IEIE SB RAS). We analyse more in details three complex models proposed in IEIE SB RAS: CAISI (comprehensive analysis of inter-sectoral information), SRNES (synthesis of regional and national economic systems) and CSNES (coordination of sectoral and national economic solutions). We consider theoretical foundations of the complex models and their application in analysing and forecasting economic system development at various levels. The three complex models are based on different basic models that influence their development. IEIE SB RAS has been developing a two-level system of forecasting models, which combines advantages of dynamic stochastic general equilibrium models and dynamic input-output models applied in the CAISI system. The paper describes theoretical foundations of the SRNES system, whose latest versions are premised on the general equilibrium and cooperative games theories. Then, we characterised the most developed elements of the complex model CSNES, which has the CSNES-TEK subsystem used in forecasting developments in the fuel and energy industry of Russia’s territories and SIBARP (balance calculation system for the future). The conclusion outlines directions for further research on improving the methods of macro-economic, inter-regional, and inter-sectoral forecasting based on harmonisation of analytical and forecast calculations performed using the CAISI, SRNES and CSNES systems. The results of forecast calculations using the two-level system of macro-level models can be applied in the complex models SRNES and CSNES to ensure coordination between the forecasts of socio-economic development of the Asian part of Russia and projected dynamics of macro-indicators.

The presented study examines human capital and methods of its assessment at the micro-level of the economic system, in the activities of trading enterprises.Aim. The study aims to substantiate a methodological approach to the assessment and prediction of the human capital of a trading enterprise using the concept of enterprise value management.Tasks. The authors determine the importance of human capital for the efficiency of managing a trading enterprise, explore the essence of human capital and specific aspects of its analysis at the micro-level of the economic system, and propose a combined method for assessing and predicting human capital indicators at an enterprise.Methods. This study uses the methods of institutional and structural analysis, assessment of investment projects, systems analysis, enterprise value management, and specific methods of human capital research.Results. The study provides a detailed description of human capital with allowance for the specific aspects of its manifestation at the micro-level of the economic system and industry-specific features of trade; examines the methods of and approaches to the assessment of efficiency of investments in human capital, also taking into account industry-specific features; proposes a combined method for human capital assessment at a trading enterprise based on a combination of CIV and MVAIC methods and a criterion for the assessment of efficiency of investments in human capital based on the relationship between the value of investment and human capital growth during the reporting period.Conclusions. A new method for assessing and predicting the human capital of trading enterprises is proposed. It is harmonized with a value-based approach to management and can be integrated into the management systems of trading enterprises.

This paper presents an advanced verification environment based on VMM verification platform architecture which is constructed based on an object oriented language named System Verilog. The portable, reusable and extensible verification environment, which has a hierarchical structure, randomized excitation and self-check mechanism, efficiently improves the adequacy and reliability of verification and validation efficiency. The environment was used to verify an EEPROM controller which generated the reading and writing timing signals to operate EEPROM. The AHB bus function model-VIP, that used in the environment, reduced the development cycle efficiently. Additionally, the function coverage collected in the test platform gave an intuitive evidence of the verification adequacy and reliability.
